We had a great experience today . The servers were attentive the entire time, especially Jorge, who consistently checked in to make sure we were doing okay. The food was fresh and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. They even surprised my mom with a complimentary birthday dessert, which made the visit extra special. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

This was our first time at Fogo de Chão, and we came to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Jorge absolutely made the night unforgettable. He went above and beyond from start to finish, explaining everything clearly, checking in at just the right moments, and making sure we had an amazing experience. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our dinner feel special. The food was fantastic, but Jorge’s service is what truly stood out. Best happy hour spot! I've been to the Queens location a couple of times now and each time has always been a great experience. Went there on a Friday "FOGO FRIDAY" finished a few emails at the bar over some happy hour drinks, then migrated to the main dining for dinner. The food and drinks were delicious, ambiance was such a vibe and the service was outstanding. Big shoutout to David, Hutten, Jaden and Lesly who took amazing care of us the entire evening. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

First time going. Went here with my family for my birthday. A total of 6. Our server Thiago was very attentive and kind. The churrasco experience was pretty good too. Really liked the Brazilian Lemonade. Was given a complementary dessert for my birthday as well. Will be returning next week for their lunch specials!

Definitely 10 out of 10 went here for my bday and it was amazing! Great atmosphere and great customer service! The bathroom was COLD lol it felt like I was outside but overall I would again. I asked for my steak to be medium-rare and that’s what they gave me. The sides were amazing and worth eating with your steak . The drinks 10/10 even thou I drank wine with my meal, I loved 🥰 everything about it. Perfect for date night .. anniversary and more.

Fogo de Chão was amazing. We went for lunch and chose the unlimited meat option. The servers kept bringing different cuts nonstop. After a certain time they stop the service, but by then you’re more than full. It was my first time trying Brazilian cuisine and I absolutely loved it. The meats were high quality, the service was smooth, and the atmosphere was great. I was especially obsessed with pão de queijo and picanha. Definitely worth it and I’d go back again.

I brought my cousin here for a birthday dinner and we received excellent service from our server, Ursula. She was patient, explained the menu in detail, and all of her recommendations were wonderful. We even ordered additional desserts for family at home to try. She was also discreet in preparing the birthday cake I requested and definitely surprised my cousin. We will definitely be back!

Had an amazing meal when I visited. I sat at the bar because I wanted a quick meal after some shopping and it didn’t disappoint. The space is gorgeous & the dim lighting adds to the elegant ambiance. I also really enjoyed the music. They have a really great all day happy hour special. $10 drinks all day from the bar menu. Loki was attentive & gave me great suggestions for my meal. I had the passion fruit caipirinha & the filet mignon shareable plate, which was perfect as a meal for me. I’ll be back with a bigger appetite to try the full menu experience.

JORGE, our waiter and the meat carvers were excellent working on October 15, 2025 at 330PM. They were very attentive and accommodating to our needs. The food were all good, seasoned very well. The lamb chops 😋 were comparable to middle eastern cooking. Will be back hopefully soon.

Went there for Father's day and they were very short-staffed. I recommend joining the waitlist online. That helped us sit faster. Our server was sweet even though she was so busy. I appreciate that. We ordered apps 1st and then the main. Everything came out in good timing. She first brought over some warm bread and butter and our drinks. Food tasted great and the dessert was unexpectedly yummy.

Came here for some after school lunch with my son. Upon entering the restaurant had a weird mildew smell. We were seated immediately and waited 10 mins before host came to take our order. He greeted us but never mentioned his name, you can see the aggravation on his face. We ordered a few things and when food came out one of our starters was missing. I didn’t make a big deal because it wasn’t on the finally receipt and the other food that we had was very tasty and hot ✅ The 🥖 was warm and the sweet butter did right ✅ Free parking lot ✅ Brussels sprouts ✅ Mac and cheese ✅ medium-well steak ✅ ribs ✅ dragon-fruit margarita ✅ the bathroom was clean but no hand towels was in either of the machines on the wall….Would I return yes, definitely not on the weekend or late night place seem short staffed.

Get the bread. They're running low and ask if you'd like some. It's worth it 😎 I've eaten at some of the best steakhouses in NYC so this was interesting to me as the cost was very cheap but the steak was pretty decent. Only thing I'd say is that the consistency (medium rare for me) was very good but my sirloin was chewy. If there were no sides, I don't think i would have just enjoyed the steak.

I’ve been here 4-5x since I moved to Queens and it has never disappointed me. The service here is good - I’ve never had a negative experience. The servers are welcoming and always made me feel invited. The cocktails here are pretty good and the prices are good too! As for the food, no complaints! I always order the rib eye and it’s always cooked the way I like it ‘medium rare’. Their mashed potatoes are good and seasoned just right. My favorite is their mac and cheese, it’s delicious and not overcooked. I enjoy coming here and it has never disappointed.

Listen the wait is no joke at this location, definitely has to do with them being well under staffed. The food was great, but youll wait for that red meat for about an hour. Great for groups loud setting. Bill arrived already split so that was super helpful & you can pay on your phone no need for the waitress! Love longhorn!!

Saw on Instagram that they have a great all day everyday happy hour (at the bar only) which intrigued me. 10 dollar caipirinha which was made pretty well, definitely packs a punch, there are also some wines and cocktails to choose from in addition to flavored caipirinhas. I picked the classic- lime flavor. Nice portion size for happy hour, which is hard to find. 10 dollar prime blend burger with the yuca fries supplement (instead of the polenta) was nice. I asked for rare, as you can see from the photos, it was not cooked rare and I felt it lacked seasoning- some salt and pepper could’ve went a long way to elevate this dish. The yuca fries were surprisingly seasoned very nicely and the dipping sauce was nice. Service was pretty good, friendly bartenders. Our bill came out to 20 per person (after tax and before tip) which isn’t bad for a burger and a drink (I think they didn’t charge us the extra 4 for the yuca supplement). Would love to return for the full churrasco experience. The ambience is beautiful, nice bathrooms and great location by the train and mall. I recommend and I would return.

Thank you very much Jesus and others for ensuring we have everything we need and we are comfortable 😊 If there’s one thing, I’d say it would be better if the skin of the fruits were peeled. The food was good the steaks and burger came out med-rare instead of medium, it wasn't too bad but kids dont like to see too much blood! The dragon berry margaritas were good! Overall a decent experience.

The service and the food was off. This was my second time visiting this location and this time made me never want to go back again. I felt like I was at a local McDonald's because almost everything me and my date asked for they didn't have. I was seated without utensils and napkins So I asked for some. They never came with any so my date had to walk over to the bar and ask smh. My appetizers came out and I had to ask for appetizer plates. I couldn't get the iced tea I wanted. They ran out. They didn't have any of the long pour glasses for my margarita so they put it in a regular glass. The drink had no liquor. Sent it back. Got another drink. And had to pay for both. My food... my salmon was way overcooked. I couldn't eat it and my mash potatoes were cold. At this point I packed up paid and left

September 17, 2025 @242pm. The girl at the bar was not nice, she was yelling at me from the register in spanish without even handing me the menu, then she gave me the menu n dissappear for a while, she acted sort of bias, the guy next to me was served bread with butter n I really wanted some, but I was not lucky enough. Finally I ordered a drink witch took a while, because she spent more time socializing with a bunch of people by the kitchen's entrance. Same happened with my food, which was brought to me after I complained about it, and when my plate was brought out it was already getting cold. Every time I come back to this place the service gets worse. Not recommended

I’m regular Customer I love this place but this time customer service and in reception their are so rude. They put us on three different tables and they start arguing when we ask them for menu so we left the place with no food after waiting 20 minutes Management should take action. I hate giving bad review but I have no choice.

Badly managed. I arrived at 8:55 and was told the wait time is 30 mins. Within the next hour I patiently waited and seeing many people who did not have reservation just like me got seated. And the hostess finally offered me one table at 9:46 when they were closing and this table was right next to the toilet. Meanwhile, there were more than 10 available table. Why the hostess did this to me has reasons beyond my understanding! I had to leave as I cannot spend any more time, all this non sense waiting has already delayed my evening activities.
