Absolutely amazing experience, delicious food, friendly servers, and very relaxing atmosphere. Whenever nervous, just go there and you’ll be calm soon. As for the food, we always order Quattro al Forno which is an assorted plate of Cannelloni, Cheese Ravioli & Stuffed Shells. The portions are very big and at least good enough to feed 3. Best place to celebrate your special days!

The place is nice with different rooms with different designs. I've already uploaded photos of the room that we dined in. I recommend ordering "Stuffed Pasta"s that include several choices, and it is worth the money that you are going to spend. It is delicious and enough for three or four people. Their portion are small for three and large for five people, then don't panic when you see the prices because you should divide it into three or five. Their pastas are excellent and highly recommended. About wings, it was okay, but nothing beyond normal wings, which we see everywhere. I will go over there again.

We ordered Spaghetti and meat sauce, we were brought Spaghetti and meatballs. We asked for parmasean cheese on the side we were advised the grated cheese was already at the table. The spaghetti sauce was watery. I really enjoyed the Broccoli Romano and ther famous meatballs. If I go to an Italian restaurant I expect fresh cheese for the pasta. I want the pasta sauce to be a bit more flavorful I tried the Italian Lemon cake, it had too much bread. Not enough strawberry sauce. The atmosphere was pleasant. I wish I could have enjoyed it more. Sorry it's not very authentic. The waiters were very nice and helpful.

We brought a big group here thinking this would be good for that but it was difficult and overpriced for the portions. The catering option only allows you to order 2 different pastas for the whole group. And since every item you order is for 3 (more in price than in actual portion), it is difficult for a group to order off the menu. And when they served us, they didn’t tell everyone that the pasta bowls were to share, so some kids started eating out of the bowls. Anyway, not a good choice for a large group. The fact that you can get your own room is nice.

My wife and I decided to Buca di Beppo to celebrate Mexican Mother’s Day since Sunday I was on the line cooking for almost 12 hours. (12 pm to 11:30 pm) Our visit got off to a rocky start and to be honest didn’t fare very well. My wife approached the hostess and was overlooked. Literally the hostess helped a gentleman that walked up after my wife but never acknowledged her until I stepped forward. We were escorted at a booth and it took a while before anyone came to talk to us. A gentleman came up to us and took our order. He said that he would pass it on to our server who would be over shortly. He didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink, he just walked away with our order. We sat there undisturbed , pondering if our order was really placed or not. About half an hour later our server came up and took our drink order. He apologized for the wait and walked away. A few minutes later all our food came out at the same time with our drinks. We ordered calamari for our appetizer, Eggplant Parmesan and lasagna. The food was good, it felt as if it sat in the window waiting to be run out to the table but it was still enjoyable. The highlight of the meal was the Italian creme cake. It was light and delicious Now there was a lot of apologizing through the rest of our evening. I know what it is like to work on a busy night and I know there are times when tables have to wait. That’s when our managers walk over to the tables and apologize. They say let me take care of that dessert or that appetizer for you. They make you feel that they are truly sorry for the wait. That didn’t happen tonight and that would have been a sign that our patronage and patients were truly appreciated.

I was there for a Christmas or New Year's dinner. We ordered our food, but on the menu, we hadn't noticed that several dinners had options of different sizes. Our plates arrived and they were large, not as large as the bill was. I felt like we were taken advantage of, haven't been back since. The waiter took it upon himself to not ask us which size portion, instead giving all four of us the largest portions and prices. It wasn't just a few dollars, it was much more.

We had a reservation for two at 9 PM. Despite many empty tables, we still waited about 15 minutes to be seated. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful, but the food was disappointing. We ordered a pizza and pasta with meatballs — both lacked flavor and mostly tasted like sour cheese. For a $90 bill, the quality did not meet expectations.

Large party of 25 in 4-5 groups. Restaurant is beautiful! Food wasn't bad, we ordered a family-style lunch. The food was delivered in a very dish-sparing manner - It was clustered too tightly. Many people had to walk to plate their food, but everyone had good things to say about the food and portion size. Overall the meal experience was enjoyable. The atmosphere was terrible due to a photographer spontaneously showing up and asking the group to pose. The photographer left after photographing everyone and returned with cardboard framed photos of our group. 20 photos were handed out. Everyone was laughing and excited for the memories until he asked 20$ each photo or we needed to return them. It felt shady because it was. It killed our vibe, all photos were returned (none were purchased). The tactic was tricky, and uninvited during our visit. It doesn't matter how good the food was, this behavior needs to stop. I won't be returning to any establishment that allows a third party company to trick and tease the patrons.

Visited Buca recently. Seated by the bar in a cozy, crowded space with lots of frames on the walls. Drinks took a while, and the draft beer was disappointingly watered down. Had to switch to bottled beer. Portions seemed smaller than usual – loved the chicken parmesan, but the spicy pizza had an odd flavor. The spaghetti & meatballs were decent. Requesting the check took ages, and on the way out, saw staff munching on chips in the kitchen. Overall, a bit off-putting.

Absolutely horrible smell as soon as you pull into parking lot. Smells like nasty sewer. Customer Service was not up to par. Server didn't get the order right. The food was dry & this is the second time that I dined at this restaurant and they did not have the stiffed shells. Don't Waste your time coming here.

While I’ve had such amazing experiences with all other locations in the past, this was both of our first time having a bad experience at any Buca, and feels like a terrible representation. I went in excited to share a wonderful meal with a friend for the first time in years, and we decided on Buca di Beppo for its’ food portions and quality. The entire experience was a culmination of us being left to wait to be sat for 10 minutes, being told we’d be given a few minutes to decide on food and then being forgotten, and then being rushed out 30 minutes before close by the staff. One man in particular only saying “you finished?” while we are still eating. He then moved on to standing in the corner glaring at us so he could grab the plates immediately off the tables as I’m still in the process of putting things in the to go boxes and waiting for the check to be picked up. We felt uncomfortable and like we were not welcome, so we thought we’d quickly wash our hands and leave and in the middle of looking were told by the same glaring man “that way.” with a sarcastic tone and smirk assuming I could not find the door I came in through. I won’t be back, and neither will any of my friends or family.

We ordered the lasagna advertised as feeding 3–4 people for $40 for New Year’s Eve, and it was a huge disappointment. The portion was extremely small — nowhere near enough for 3 people, let alone 4. On top of that, it didn’t even look appetizing. For the price and the way it’s marketed, this felt misleading and not worth the money at all. Very disappointing experience, especially for a holiday meal.
