Nos esforzamos por brindar un excelente servicio al cliente, creando una experiencia de compra agradable y eficiente. Aunque nuestro espacio es acogedor, algunos clientes han notado que los pasillos pueden ser un poco estrechos y a veces la mercancía dificulta el tránsito. Contamos con una gran variedad de artículos, desde útiles escolares hasta decoraciones festivas, y aceptamos tarjetas de crédito y débito para su comodidad. Estamos abiertos de lunes a sábado de 10AM a 7PM, listos para atenderle.

Well-stocked, but the merchandise takes a long time to arrive. The staff is very friendly. The store is very cramped; you can't walk in the aisles because there's always merchandise on the floor being put away, making it even harder to move around. Prices are good, and they offer wholesale for those of us who buy a lot of merchandise.

Good products, good price, I like it because they have everything, the only downside I would put is the rude, impolite lady they put on duty, I don't know if she's a relative of the owner or if they just have her there because she works a lot, but she's terrible at customer service, it seems as if she's doing you a favor by selling to you, they should have someone more courteous, friendly there who likes to do that job, like the girl at the first counter, other than that everything is fine.

It's a place where you can find variety and find what you're looking for, but the aisles are very narrow and there are always obstacles in the way. You can't get past the merchandise they have in the aisle, and the checkout process is even worse. There are many elderly people who take a long time.
It's the cheapest stationery store you can find in Ensenada ❤👌🏻 They have a good selection and variety. The bad thing is that sometimes everything is disorganized and the lady who serves seems to be in a bad mood all the time :s

They have a variety of what you're looking for. The atmosphere seems tense; the cashiers get annoyed and make faces if you ask them for a bag. And boy, was I carrying a lot.
They open really late. It's already 10:15 and there's a line outside, even the post office is waiting here, haha.
Well, the service was more or less good. The employees didn't bother to ask if you needed anything, but the cashier was friendly. As for the prices, they were very good.

Good place if you want to feel ignored; the employees are more focused on seating than providing customer service.
Very cheap, and sometimes you can find what you need. The customer service is FANTASTIC (sarcasm), they don't give you dirty looks, in fact, the five employees they have completely ignore you. It's like you're asking for a handout; they should hire people with more manners and common sense.
In my experience, only an older lady at the register is the one who treats customers badly... Other than that, everything is fine 😊
Apparently, it hasn't changed, and they continue with their terrible customer service. I went to buy supplies, and since they weren't serving me, I helped myself, but an employee came and put her basket on top of my things, and the filthy rag on the display case. Ugh. They were more concerned with arranging trays than serving the customers. VERY BAD
I don't like it because there is almost no variety and the treatment of the employees to the clientele is very bad apart from ugly, poorly faced despots, they need people who are willing to work and serve as employees
They have good prices and a wide variety of products. BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. I've been there several times and they continue to treat me poorly. 😕
