They won't let you use the bathroom; they ask you to show a BP or VIP ticket. Terrible service from the dispatchers, too. Even the cleaning staff is rude.

False advertising... At the Pedro Loyola VIP Market in Ensenada, B.C., they advertised Powerade Fruit Punch Zero Calories for 16 pesos, and they charged me 38 pesos for each one.

The place is very well-equipped as always, but a moment ago the cashier served me very rudely. I wanted to buy one of their homemade salads, and she said that wasn't her responsibility and rolled her eyes at me, saying that the cooks handle it. I asked if I could ask the cook, and she said no, I don't do that. The cashier's service was terrible, and she was wearing her mask on her chin with her nose and mouth uncovered instead of wearing it properly. Also, when people leave the tables where they eat, they don't sanitize them, and new people come and sit down.

The terminals never work for paying with bank cards; the excuse is that they have problems with the internet connection. That's why you're better off going to OXXO. The failure rate of the bank terminals is very low compared to VIP Market.
