Food is always good. Usually a long line but I get in fast sometimes. Customer service is pretty good. I'll go back for the food, it's so good and I love that KFC and Taco Bell are both combined. It's weird going to just Taco Bell and trying to get honey and they're like ma'am we don't have honey. Oh yes because I'm blessed to have KFC and Taco Bell together. 5 stars because yum.

I think her name was Michaela, but she was the nicest Taco Bell worker I’ve ever encountered in all my years of Taco Belling. I had to go back in because my order was made wrong, but she handled it swiftly and professionally, and always maintained a smile. Give that girl a raise!

This is a combination KFC & Taco Bell location. We ordered from both on June 3, 2018. Family of 6, originally from Herkimer and Mohawk but now live in Florida. We came here to get food to eat at the Herkimer KOA in MiddleVille. Staff was friendly and the order was fulfilled as requested

Typical KFC Taco Bell. Eating inside has no privacy. Drive through loops around building and its all giant glass windows where you are seated.

3/12 8pmish Place was packed but food came out fast and correct. Down side was ALOT of teenagers hanging around and take up seats. So the meal that was suppose to be sit down was then made to go.

Good food. Wish they had the taco bell breakfast though. Overall great experience. Slow service at times otherwise would have 5 stars.

I love Taco Bell! I always love the food that I get here, there's more than enough parking, the drive through does their best (even when the cars are literally backed up into the road..even into the parking lot for other businesses,) the prices are low, and they always keep the dining room clean. It's fast food, so you can't expect perfection (or health,) but it is good for what it is.

The food is always good but this location often forget items that I ordered or forgets to take things off my order such as onions or beans, etc. The woman that take the orders with the dark hair (sometimes colored), sounds like she doesn’t want to be there and is a mood burner. She never has any enthusiasm. Just blah & very rude.

Best Taco Bell I’ve been in a long time . We were traveling back to Indiana. Nice friendly crew. We were there Wednesday 5/10/23 around lunch. The only complaint my husband had was a couple tacos were broke.

Food is good. Service is pretty good if you go inside and eat. Drive through is just average. They are quick though so props to them. Inside more tables are dirty then not which isn't a big deal to me. But the store is in a severe need of a remodel to be up to par with most of the other taco bells and be brought into the modern era.

I only gave 3 stars because I was in the super long drive-thru line, my mom and I were ordering a lot of food for dinner (separate families) and they would not do 2 orders so we had to go around again and wait and by that time my food was cold....

Shells were stale and broken and they asked if I wanted sauce but didn't give any. Normally I'm a big fan of Taco bell

Food is ok, but do not come here right at mealtimes. The drive-thru line goes out onto the main street most nights.

Out of mild sauce and breakfast salsa. Didn't ask if I wanted sauce in the drive through so wasted time going in to be told there was no sauce. Food was what you would expect.

Let's not delude ourselves, it's Taco Bell. You already know what you're getting. Add enough CJ sauce and a shoe would taste good. Enjoy.

Good food just the soda machine in lobby sucks there's no flavor to any of there fountain drinks other then that my experience was ok

Fresh and great tasting .. Our order taker was outstanding .. The delivery of products and service was on point .. The food falling out of wrapper as i picked up food item.. Wasn't so pleasant .. Be careful .. For the tomatoes and cheese will be missing .. Unless specified as such ..

Love the popcorn chicken on the KFC side. Not to keen on the original chicken and what not so I dont bother. The mac-n-cheese is pretty good also. Normally we just get the Taco Bell. The chicken quesadillas are good. The tacos are good, however the double stack taco is a lie. It doesnt come close to looking like the commercial and the hard shell on the inside... right where the meat is is soft. So no crunch on the bottom. The burritos are good but calling it an XL Burrito is a bit of a stretch considering I can eat 2 plus a few tacos. Otherwise the staff is usually pretty nice. I would say the drive thru is faster than ordering at the counter. Maybe it takes top priority.

Waiting 30 minutes at the drive thru just to order. The woman taking the order spoke to other people and made me repeat my order 3 times. Then it was an additional 10-15 minutes before getting my food.

Not bad, lobby could be cleaner and check your food before you leave ( to make you they made your order correct)

It seems like I always have issues getting my order correct at combined Taco Bell KFC locations like this one. When I visited yesterday, I received two burritos with cheese sauce even though I ordered them both without cheese sauce. If you are not as fussy as I am, you might not mind the lack of attention to detail that I experienced.

Service here leaves something to be desired. They run out of product (especially fries) often and are pretty poor with communication. Service also slow. But when you get the food, if you can get what you wanted, it's really pretty good.

Second time I've used mobile for here and it doesn't feel organized. Staff has forgotten items both times for my order. Food is ready quick but I have to double check things when I shouldn't need to.

It's usually pretty busy and the lobby is a mess half the time. They said they didn't have a product that was advertised that they had. Cashier said that it was discontinued when it just started at other taco bells. The drinks were bad the syrup had run out. Food was a mess and not well put together. Sad because I really like Taco Bell.

I come here often. Usually in and out quick but that's not always a good thing. They have messed up my order on many occasions, one that really got me though was when I asked for two Chipotle chicken loaded grillers and they replaced the chicken with potatoe wedges, yuck. Also I'm pretty sure they're supposed to ask you if you want any sauce or condiments , but rarely do. The soda machine could use some updating, along with renovations to the inside.

Food was fine. Service is also usually good.. I find that wait times to order and receive order are SLOW!!! When going to this location Wait time is seldom less than 15 minutes. Not what I would fast food.

I have tried this place again because chicken is always a go to for me. They don't offer grilled chicken which sucks. Food was good. Service is ok. You get a basic interaction but never more. Atmosphere is horrible from small lot to just not a good interior. Always looks messy and things like tables look not enjoyable. If you have the time drive tru and get out.

They (company as a whole) used to be better. Chicken pieces were plumper and the biscuits were definitely larger. The gravy sizes are also smaller. At least the taste is still the same.

I am a very loyal customer to taco bell and kfc but i honestly wouldn’t really want to go to this location again. Last night they told me to pull around for my one item and I ended up waiting over 10 minutes, I pulled around the drive thru and sat there while people looked at me, someone finally came up and I politely said I was waiting on a burrito I paid for, and she grabbed it for me, the burrito was alright but then I told her I got a large baja blast with no ice that was completely flat, and asked if she could get me a new one. she proceeded to tell me that all the soda are flat right now and now i’m thinking in my head why would they serve me something that is flat knowingly? She told me she could get me a lemonade or fruit punch and I ended up getting a small lemonade with ice.

It's ok food. But sometimes they don't listen to your order, it's more speaker defect then person because they will rectify it when you pull up to the window. The syrups are barely sufficient to handle the volume of drinks a day.which is more a corporate thing. The workers are pleasant and accommodating but can only do so much.

Asked 5 times for lots of fire sauce. Literally over and over. Got told 'yup ive got like 20 here on the counter for you'. Got home & checked bag: TWO. THERE WAS TWO. Go figure.

I was hungry so I'll give this, it's a joint so it's hard to order, the operater of drive through was not good, I has to explain that I need beens not beef for 3 mins n also they put sour cream in my crunchy tacos 😣 they were soggy when I get them.

A male worker was very rude and kept pointing at us because order was wrong. I understand it's a busy place but not need for a disrespectful employee.

I asked for two carve boxes with a med fruit punch drink they gave me coke instead I asked for mild sauce I get hot service was rude they never have your orders ready and when they do they pretty Much throw your bag at you

A dirty and slow restaurant that needs to be renovated desperately. Nothing was wrong with the experience. The building just needs to be renovated.

Without fail I get something wrong in each order even if I order just one thing off the menu. Today I got a chicken quesadilla with literally nothing but a small amount of cheese on it. No sauce, no chicken. I usually order a caramel empanada and 9 times out of 10 its never in my bag despite being charged for it. They rarely include silverware or ask if I want sauces before they slam the window after choving my food at me. I've worked fast food, it's can be a hellish experience and be difficult to get everyone on the same page but shouldn't be for the majority of the experience for the customers. Check you're orders before handing them out and have a shift leader train backline because this needs to stop.

We ordered a chicken Chalupa box that comes with hard/soft taco and Doritos locos taco, they didn't even ask what kind of dorito shell I wanted and when they gave me my drink, there was so much ice in it I got like five sips out of it. RIP OFF.

This place has the most ghetto bathroom I have ever seen in a Taco Bell. NASTY.. I made the mistake of going in there before I ate and totally got grossed out.. Seen bathrooms in POW war camps that were nicer!

Food is always thrown together sloppily. Everything is rushed and no one takes pride or cares about this job. That’s what it feels like anyways when we order here. A big let down. I’ve worked in fast food for several years and know what’s it’s like to have the cars pile up at the drive through and customers at the front counter. Take a breath and just focus on the customer in front of you and the line will dwindle down. Less mistakes will be made as well. Team work helps too. Hopefully this review will positively change in the future.

I got a $5 box that cost me almost twice. This is the third time. My taco was less than 1/3 and insides of the shell and the shell isn't that big. I love tacos but not wish tacos. Wishing there was something in the shell. Bad on pricing and quantity in the intens.

If you want to sit in the drive through for 40 minutes, this is the place to go. They usually screw up, so check your bag before leaving the window. Don't go inside. You'll lose your appetite fast. The sitting area is filthy and the tables are always full of garbage.

They did not have the taco shells that we wanted I don't know how you can be a taco restaurant and not have the taco shells on your menu. In the end we went to Walmart and bought the taco shells herself came home and made the food ourselves it took a lot longer but in the end it was probably a lot better for a lot cheaper.

Usually pretty good but today whoever was working had absolutely no care in the world how they made and presented our food. they gave us no napkins. the bottom of the bag was completely greasy because they just through in the cheese curds and they fell right out of the back

I must have caught them right before they closed, a little after 11pm. Drive thru was a little busy. The lady in the speaker talked me into up sizing my order for a second side and larger drink. Got the food in decent time. Pulled away and started my drive home, bit into my biscuit and it was hard, extremely dry and crumbled into pieces with each bite. It was very old should have been thrown out easily over an hour ago. Choked that down cause I was starving. Figured I would enjoy my potato wedges before they got cold. Guess what.... They should have been tossed in the trash right along with the biscuit. I didn't even attempt the Mac and cheese, went straight to the tenders. They weren't fresh either 😒. Just my luck. On the bright side, I didn't choke on my way home. Part of me wondered had I ordered from the Taco Bell side, would the food been better? 🤔 Who knows.... Maybe next time.

Almost 1pm, after lunch, I should not have had to wait almost 25 minutes at the counter. Almost 20 minutes before they even took my order, nothing difficult, 12 soft tacos and an order of fries. It's a Taco Bell/KFC place. I'm a patient person but when another person comes in long after I've already ordered, gets their meal and leaves, no good. Messy place, too. Only warm fries, but the tacos were typical Taco Bell.

Double steak nachos! Much like every fast food place the pictures you see are a joke. That being said I got a double steak nacho with literally one piece of steak... I dont want to call and deal with it none of these places solve any of these issues. I think the next great success story will just be the first place to have good service and food that actually looks like their ads

Food is average here. Service is far below that ! Repeatedly they mess up orders... exspecialy if it's a larger order. I years past as ou r children were growing up we were good for $30-$50 per week at this location. Now as they are older we should be spending more, but frustration has dwindled us down to less than $50 or month thru out the whole family of 5 adults. Even as I write this post food was missing from order. Tried to call to complain and phone busy over 3 hours till closing then no answer. Posted complaint on web page and they wanna give me a discount on more food... all I want is what I ordered and paid for without having to drive back to KFC/taco bell to get what they forget or prepare wrong.

Everytime I go there they are missing something i order , this last time I ordered 25$ worth of food for friends and I, and I don’t even get the one thing I ordered for myself the chicken quesadilla which is probably the most exapensive thing on the menu . And it’s not worth driving all The way back over but still very disappointing as usual . Don’t waste your time here!

A dreary cold building where the worker speak only ebonics one who worked with chicken claimed to have deficated himself while I was filling up my drink out of a machine with zero refreshment in it and why have a toilet when everyone apparently just aims for the corner

i had ordered chicken quesarido‘s and ended up pulling 2 long hairs out of them also in had ordered a chicken quesadilla and none of the cheese was melted and it was completely cold.

I went through the drive-through and got AT6 they completely screwed it up I was supposed to get a beef no tomatoes no sour cream add spicy ranch and natural cheese day gave me a chicken with tomatoes and sour cream then I went back and they remade my order they still unmastered out and gave me beef with nacho cheese on shredded she is no lettuce on it severely passed off because people only have a certain amount of time for lunches and I just throw it out waste of money and time going there

Pulled up at 9:57 in herkimer, ny to the taco bell/ kf and it said it was closed. Dont know if the online hours are wrong. If so they need to update it.

We went to the counter for take out. Still cant eat inside. They were out of all beverages except pepsi, dr. Pepper and 1 kind of mt. Dew. I had a crunchy taco supreme that was almost empty, and a chicken power bowl...the rice was raw. my son had a burrito that was almost empty and a naked chicken chalupa that was good, and a soft taco that was almost empty. Our order took for ever. People that came in after us were like why dont you have food yet? Idk, i said. She apologized because her food was done before ours. Workers didnt apologize for delay or quality or for poor beverage selection. She said "thats all we have"...very disappointing. My 14 year old told me we're not going back. I agreed.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell, something is wrong with my order or they are out of something. This time it was sour cream. I ordered two nacho bell grandes with extra cheese and received only chips, a splash of cheese and refried beans. No meat! Who forgets the meat? Needless to say the chips were stale. The tacos I got barely had any meat on them either. Every time I eat here, I say never again. And months and months go by and I crave Taco Bell and come here, and same thing! Do not waste your time. Just garbage. No standards.

Sodas were very much just carbonated water, no taste. Food was very unsatisfactory.

They never get your order right. Never. Not once. And they are a Taco Bell and KFC in one. The chicken is always dried out from hours upon hours in the warmer; and when you request fresh chicken they burn it just to be nasty. They will never give you the kind of tacos you ordered, they forget ingredients when making tacos, and truly they hire the most incompetent employees. Sadly there really is no other Mexican solution in Herkimer; so the safest bet is going to Moe's in Utica or just buying the ingredients at Hannaford and making your own.

Would not recommend, service and quality has gone down in the last 6+ months. The fountain drinks taste funny, they keep running out of supplies inconsistently, and food quality is nothing to write home about.

Love the food but service ia horrible. Employees don't ask if you need sauce and when you ask for sauce they forget to bring it out to you (because 90 percent of the time they tell you to pull forward and send somebody out) so we have to go through the drivethru twice because people dont listen or do their jobs correctly

Completely aweful service! Snotty rude workers, what kind of taco place runs out of tacos?! Order stuff that's on the menu and they don't even make it anymore. Crappiest taco Bell I've ever been to! Writtinf this as I've sat in the drive thru line for the past 12 minuts

Just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with maybe 3 cars in front of me. The worst part is I get up to the window and no one says sorry for the wait. I can see the employees inside laughing and joking. I get it I work in food service and a sorry for your wait would of went a long way. I come here all the time but will no longer be coming back.

Save yourself your money and eat somewhere else. Used to really like taco bell but the fact that now they mainly give you a taco shell with literally a sprinkle of meat and cheese is absolutely ridiculous. A taco shouldn't be 95% shell.

ATTN:DELIVERY DRIVERS AND ANYONE WHO WANTS FOOD IN A REASONABLE TIME. I was at this location on 1/26/2023 picking up a DoorDash order for 1 LG Baja Blast, 2 Crunch wrap supremes and 1 soft taco THATS IT. I checked into the restaurant at around 5:33 for pickup. The large baja blast was waiting to be picked up, with no food with it, the nice girl at the front of the restaurant said they were starting it soon, I checked at 5:47 nearly 15 minutes later, at this point I was committed to picking up the customers order, I asked again if the order was even started, they said it would be up soon. At 5:58 I was told if I wanted to unassign the delivery that would be the way to go, because they were training. While I understand everybody has to learn, I can not for the life of me understand why kfcs pickup was ready but my order was totally ignored by the staff. I don't work in fastfood and I understand it was peak time for dinner rush, but asking anyone customer or delivery driver to wait almost 30 minutes for food is CRAZY. I don't get paid for my lost time, customer doesn't get the food, and some other driver is going to pick it up not knowing the back story and get a bad review for being late for the staffs inability to tentative to the front of the store. If you want your food in a reasonable time avoid this restaurant or at least going inside anyway. Update: 7/8/23, entered drive thru at 9 9:45pm left drive thru at 10:10pm with no food was two cars in drive thru line when we entered and two when we pulled away. Every time I go they end up making my food wrong, I also went this past Thursday 12/5/18 which they waited 30 minutes to get our food out to us and only offered to remake our food which at that point their is no reason. I waited too long for a product. Sad part is the cashier was quick tried to offer any assistance as possible and held a smile the entire time. The manager on kassandra was smirking the entire time I had explained my issue and seemed to have little interest in resolving the matter at hand. Lost constant business from myself and family.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Cold fries, the soda machine was out of co2 so all you could taste was syrup, warm and no ice in machine. Also got kfc at same location and mac and cheese tasted like it was 5 days old and all mush. And the coleslaw was warm.

This location used to be one of the best locations that I’ve been to but whenever they hired their night manager it’s really gone downhill. No one asks if you want sauce anymore, they cut you off while ordering the drive through and the night manager, she’s the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. Honestly she’s a real Karen and Karen’s shouldn’t be working in fast food or retail!

If I could do negative stars I would! The place was so dingy and gross I did not want to eat there. Going into the bathroom I felt like I needed a tetanus shot. My husband got a quesadilla and I had just a mountain dew. We both got horrible food poisoning.

Got the wrong food in the drive thru, took it inside customer. While I was explaining to the cashier about what food I actually ordered another customer from the inside came to the counter with the wrong order turns out he had my order and I had his so the girl at the front took both boxes to the back and returned to the front counter with mine or the previous customers did not give me fresh new food we have no idea if that customer touched it at all very poor service and unsanitary

Worst fast food place in this area! There was no ice in the drive through so then they told us we have to go in to get the ice out of the lobby of the restaurant! And they were out of half of the menu! Also, barely any meat on the tacos food was also soggy I can finally say I will never be eating there again.

It was 7:20pm on 29th July 2018 on our way back from Michigan, I had an horrible experience of Taco Bell for first time in my life. (located at herkimer NY). The washrooms were flooded with human wastes and smelling sooo so bad. Moreover, the food was stell and cold. It also tasted weird. Also the soda was not carbonated and just a sugary water. We spend almost ~$50 and each one of my family was complaining about the food quality. Worst experience of Taco Bell ever. I m a huge fan of Taco Bell but won’t be able to even enter in another Taco Bell after this !!!! SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED.

Worst service I’ve ever received. My order got handed out to the wrong person, when they ended up giving it to us it was all wrong. Got remade 2 other times and we left the store and it was still wrong. Will never go to this Taco Bell ever again. When i proceeded to say what was wrong with my meal the woman who took my order said i never asked for no tomatoes but on the original receipt it even said no tomatoes.

My husband stopped there tonight to get dinner. He ordered 2 chalpua boxes. When he got home, it definitely wasn't what he ordered. I don't even know what it is. They only gave us 4 types of tacos and 2 chip and cheese. $20.00 later and didn't even get what we ordered.

im sorry but i have been to so many taco bells and NEVER received such a sad chalupa supreme. spent $14 on the two chalupa combo and i was excited to eat after a long day but then they both looked like this... How the hell do you even make this, LOOK AT IT, and have the audacity to SERVE it someone? this made me so sad
