If you visit Villanueva del Ariscal, you absolutely must go to a place as authentic as this. From the moment you step inside, it's like stepping back in time with its decor and ambiance. The earthen floor evokes those old taverns and wine cellars, the wine barrels... everything is wonderful. The food is excellent and homemade, and the service is exceptional. The atmosphere is also pleasant, and if you're lucky, you might even catch a flamenco band playing. Without a doubt, this is a place you shouldn't miss. We tried the meatballs, the tripe stew, the spinach, the fried chicken, and the braised pork cheeks. For me, the fried chicken and the pork cheeks were the best, although everything was delicious. Everything was accompanied by their own homemade grape juice. The flavor was so exceptional it left you speechless. They also have an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs.

A truly authentic place. Its decor transports you to another era. The moment you step inside, you feel like you're in Andalusia. The earthen floor makes you feel like you're enjoying an aperitif right in the bullring. They offer excellent food and top-notch service. It has a great atmosphere, and if you're lucky, you might catch a flamenco performance. Definitely a place you shouldn't miss. We ordered their homemade cod croquettes and paired them with a delicious homemade grape juice and sweet wine. The flavor was simply astounding. You absolutely must visit this fantastic place. They have an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs. Approximate price per person in our case: €10. Long live Betis!!!

Es una taberna de estilo antiguo, muy bonita, con el suelo de albero como curiosidad. La comida es buena, mejor los fritos, pescados y pollo, que resto de carnes. Eso sí, el menudo divino. La comida la llevan a la mesa pero no la bebida que hay que pedirla en barra, lo que resulta un poco engorroso. Pero los precios contenidos. Merece la pena la visita.

Tiene su encanto. Comer sobre papel estrasa, con los pies en albero y mesas de feria. La cocina es como la de casa y el queso, muy bueno. El vino dulce de pasas no me gustó mucho.

Típica taberna donde se puede tomar un buen mosto acompañados de tapas y raciones tradicionales y a muy bien precio. Es conveniente reservar con antelación.

Un viaje a mi infancia. Antigua bodega con suelo de albero y chimenea . Tomate con caballa muy bueno , espinacas a la sevillana , también ; y un menudo buenísimo. Y el mosto ... En este tipo de sitios , todo sabe mejor.

Típica bodega de Andalucía, con su curioso suelo de albero (la arena de las plazas de toros) y la decoración de sus paredes a base de carteles antiguos y objetos taurinos. Puedes tomar tapas o medias tapas que están ricas, no hay excesiva variedad pero hay para todos los gustos, tradicionales y un poco más modernas. Los langostinos en capirote muy buenos pero ración escasa.

A well-appointed establishment, an old wine cellar with a clay floor and traditional folding tables and chairs. Try the tapas of fried chicken, menudo, and patatas bravas. Five glasses of well-drawn beer, with a good temperature, totaling €19. For this price, and with the self-service drinks and food refilled at the table, it's fine—not for every day, but for once in a while—and the wine cellar's charm is fine.

A very peculiar place with its sandy floor and Andalusian decor. The food was quite poor. The service was a hassle because you have to make a list of what you want and go to the bar to order it, and if you want a second beer or drink, you have to do the same, which isn't very convenient. The place is very original, but neither the food—the only truly good thing was the cured meats—nor the service impressed me.
