We had our rehearsal dinner there last Friday night and the service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the setup and the food. The servers did a great job with keeping up with what we needed, so they get 5 stars from us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The food was delicious! We had the calamari appetizer, my husband had a tavern pizza & I had the parmesan crusted chicken breast meal. A little pricey BUT the portions are big so we had some to take home. Our server was awesome! He checked on us just enough, kept the table clean & was very nice.

I just wanted to share the wonderful experience I had at BJs hosting a family birthday party there. I have a sister and cousin who celebrated their 70th birthday party at the Evansville, Indiana location. From the beginning, the manager and waitresses were so accommodating. They not only helped with the table set up but also the decorations that I brought in. The balloon displays and banner were things I thought would be difficult and take a long time to set up but Jen, Emily, and Paige helped to have it together in under 40 minutes! They seemed genuinely excited to help as though they were throwing their own party. DJ and Daija(sp?) were great servers during the party. They stayed on top of the orders and went out of their way to assist with the party activities. And the pizza was great! I usually order other entrees when dining at BJs but I will definitely have to get the pizza during my next visit. Overall, the food and BJs staff made this a great festive event for my family. Thank you!

Drinks and food came out fast. Salmon in picture had good flavor and was served with sides at the right temperature. Service would have got a better score if my chowder came before or at the same time as my entrée. Quite a good place for a quality lunch not breaking the bank big time.

Ms Lily R was a very friendly and helpful waitress. Clam chowder soup ( planning to try the bread bowl serving next time ) was very good Chicken wings were plump and moist Not very hot though They have a long list of menu to choose from. Beverages ( non- alcoholic) list is long too Shrimp Scampi pasta was very flavorful and moist Chicken sandwich was so so French fries were good Mini pizza ( Great white) was too small. Tasted ok Pizookie ( cookies with ice cream and toppings) dessert is a must try. So many choices to choose from. We liked the strawberry shortcake pizookie that we ordered. Restrooms were clean. Had toilet seat cover sheets. 👍

The overall experience was good. We were a party of 4 on a Sunday evening around 7. The waiter was absolutely fantastic except for the issues with food. We ordered drinks and appetizers. The food presentation and taste was overall good for everyone else except for the prime rib. I told the waiter I was a steak guy and he raved over the prime rib and stated I wouldn’t find a better tasting cut of meat in Evansville. I ordered it rare with the center at least room temperature. The pictures can speak for themselves. The steak was well done? It was brown all the way though, (as seen in the cut pieces in photo). It looked as it had been microwaved and was very very greasy. The broccoli had pieces that were uncooked and cold and the mashed potatoes were cold. After the food was dropped off, the waiter didn’t come back until everyone else was done eating and began taking dessert orders. He asked if I needed a box because what you see in the photo is what wasn’t eaten. I stated the 2 bites I took of the steak were not good and I was sick at my stomach possibly from the grease and the leftover food wasn’t worthy of keeping. I figured he would alert a manager but he brought the desert back and boxes. I was so sick I could only eat about 2 bites of the desert which is a shame because it looked delicious but you can’t really take ice cream to go. Would really have to be hard pressed to return after the overall experience.

I am not sure if our server was new but the service was poor. My friend got a boba drink and had to wait a very long time to get a straw for it. I had to flag down a different server to ask for one. Our server did not come back around to check on us after our food and drinks were dropped off for way too long. I enjoyed my ahi tuna salad and margarita. My friend like her buffalo wings and my other friend got the crispy chicken salad. We did not like the atmosphere with one of the tvs basically just playing tik toks on it.

From the moment we walked in our waitress was rude. We came in the wrong doors and tried to get seated she pointed us where to go and said we don’t do that here just a rude tone. Once seated she took our drink orders and came out eventually for the food order we both decided on sirloin and she said we are out of sirloin. Most of the things on that part of the menu were sirloin I said well that doesn’t leave much she got rude and said well I really can’t help that and said I’ll be back and left us there to look again I told her one second I’ll have hat I want she did not wait. I said my order chicken parm and that I wanted a side order of Mac n cheese for my 9 month old baby. She stated we do not do that you have to get a whole kids meal so I looked and was ordering Mac n cheese on there only to find out it is Kraft Mac n cheese for a higher end restaurant Kraft Mac n cheese for anyone is just ridiculous and I said fruit then tried to change it to smiles and she said ugh I already sent it in. The food was dried out there was one small fallow of sauce on top of the chicken Parmesan and hardly any on the spaghetti it was dry like it had sat under a heat lamp. The steak was good but they were so concerned it was undercooked and made us check for them.. that’s great but concerning at the same time. The waitress had a horrible attitude the whole time and no one was cleaning anything there was a lemon and trash on the floor next to us that everyone walked past. The beer I got was horrible as well I wish there had been a beer menu at the table that stayed that would’ve been nice to have. I snapped a couple of pictures of how dry the spaghetti was and the gross Kraft Mac. This was over $100 for two people they didn’t even get the baby his drink that comes with his $10 meal or anything it was just sad as this was for our anniversary. Will not be going back. The only thing that was great was the steak and asparagus the flavors were good for those.

No offer of refill on coffee. Bread was overcooked. Sandwich was cold and the cheese was coagulated to the bread and cold. The fries were cold too. My hubby had fish and chips. The portion size was small for the $21 we paid. All in all disappointed. $41. No desire to return.

Went to BJ's last night around 9 for the first time with some friends and got some of the worst service from someone named von he only came by our table 4 or 5 times had long waits just to get refills and he didn't bring out our food which is whatever I ordered the smash burgers and a ceaser salad now I thought I would get my salad then my burger and fries (which it comes with) but I get my salad eat it a few minutes later all I get is just a burger and I was confused because it came with fries now I eat half ny burger which was mid and I see him taking to someone at the bar for 5 min and then he brings more drinks so i ask him about the fries and he tells me her substituted my fries for my salad without asking which just pissed me off so bad I didn't even bother asking for the fries I had to go outside for a minute because I was already having a bad day I would have left no tip i honestly wanted to but im not an complete asshole so I left him 8 dollars on a 80 dollars bill because my friends knew him and I bought their food. Im just assuming he thought since im young and in high school I couldn't afford a 6 dollar salad which is fine im just never going back there

Our waitress was extremely rude and short the entire time. She gave us attitude for getting our own ketchup off another table after we had made eye contact with her multiple times to get her attention to ask. She did not even bother to ask us if we wanted dessert, she just brought our checks and put them on the table and left. I am a good tipper, but I did not leave a single penny for her. We were polite the entire time.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered the appetizer platter for $21 and asked if the beef could be replaced with chicken. When the food arrived, the sliders had only tiny strips of chicken - definitely not what you would expect from a proper substitution. To make matters worse, we were charged an additional $12 just to replace beef with chicken. This was never clearly explained to us beforehand. When we confronted the waitress about the unexpected charge, she seemed unconcerned and was not helpful at all. There was no effort to clarify or resolve the situation. Paying $33 for an appetizer platter with minimal chicken and poor service is extremely expensive and not worth it. The lack of transparency and customer care really ruined the experience. Would not recommend.

I now understand why I've never been here before. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. $25 for this embarrassment of a salmon dish. This was it. All of the core entrees are $24-30 that you get the same at all of these other chain joints for $15-19. No way I'll ever step foot in here again with these prices. $15 for 6 tiny chess sticks! No wonder they are financially struggling. Service was fine but the music was obnoxiously loud for no reason. Even the host and our server apologized for the noise. Not sure why you'd have it that loud anyway. Avoid wasting your time and money here!

I brought my family of 5 out to eat here for my son's 17th birthday. Upon walking in there was no one to seat us. Finally someone sat us. The server did not have the best attitude. Short. The drinks came. The sodas were not great but doable as well as the tea. We order chicken alfredo- cold and disgusting. Ribeye and fries- fries okay just warm, the ribeye was a complete embarrassment. It had so much fat and was poorly cooked. Pepperoni extreme personal pan pizza- great! 2 bbq smokehouse bbq burger meals- there was a quarter size amount of sauce on both. Out off all that- pizza was good and hot. Nothing else was. This restaurant did have a very large selection of beer/alcohol. It was nice in there. Not a place I would bring a young family with small kids. It is overpriced low quality bar food. Our order was $140. The restaurant was nice but it seems like the cut cost on the food. I wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a pizza with 3 toppings. 38.00 One of the signature loaded pizza highest price was 31.00 mixed drinks state 6.99 Was charged 12.99 for 1 Over all 76.00 for a pizza and 2 drinks and 2 soft drinks is absolutely ridiculous! Waitress didn't even ask if we wanted refills. And was seated by the door where we froze from the door opening. Restaurant had many other places to be seated but yet stuck us by the door when its 20° outside. Will never eat there again!

Terrible service. It is impressive to see how BJ’s gets worse and worse throughout the years. The waitress came to the table, perhaps 3 total times throughout the night. I needed sauce, so I had to stand up and go talk to her by the kitchen, because all the waiters were hanging out The wings were good, but the deep dish pizza was awful. The dough is a terrible quality, and they definitely forgot to put sauce in my pizza. It was super dry. The waitress also was not friendly at all, and every time that we were gonna order something, she made it seem like she was annoyed. This was definitely my last time eating at BJ’s. The food is terrible and overpriced. I can eat way better at other restaurants in Evansville, for a lower price.
