It was 51 degrees outside on a Friday night in November, and I decided to visit Chili’s in Farmingdale, NY. I ordered the Chili’s 3 for $10.99 deal, and I was amazed by the fact that after everything (including tax & tip) the entire meal came out to only $14. The burger that I ordered was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was truly one of a kind there. It was extremely busy inside of the restaurant, which indicates to me that Chili’s in Farmingdale is rightfully getting a great amount of business. The dinner that I had at Chili’s in Farmingdale tonight was one of the best dinners that I’ve ever had on the entirety of Long Island. I would even go as far as describing tonight’s dinner as the dinner of a lifetime. I will definitely be going back to Chili’s in Farmingdale! Excellent job, Chili’s in Farmingdale!

This evening my app messed up and I lost my free food reward. I called the store and explained my situation. The to go girl was very nice and expressed genuine concern for my issue. She then passed me to the manager who said he’d honor the reward! I was so grateful! When I arrived at the store I experienced nothing but great service once again! Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, the food is always pretty good and solid when I visit here. They also have been fast with the food and service, never had a complain with their timing. Just had lunch here today. Had the "3 For Me" special with a "Big Smasher" burger, mashed potatoes, potato soup and iced tea. Everything was at least good, with the burger being very good - a heckuvalot better than fast food! And all for less than $20 (tax & substantial tip included)! This is one GREAT DEAL! And everything else was good as well - I was seated next to the bar and it wasn't that noisy. Appearance, cleanliness, service was all good. Highly recommended.

Our server Melanie was everything a great server should be. She was enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I hope that she and staff like her are recognized! A breath of fresh air! Further more our food and drinks came out very quickly and were 100% correct and delicious! All in all it was just a great visit to Chili’s. We stopped in after shopping at Walmart for car tires (The best prices) and were seated right away. She even told me I can make it a triple, but in my mind, it’s not a burger at triple, it’s just turns to sloppy joe on your plate, so I got the double (and a diet coke, lol). I wanted to taste everything that makes a burger a burger. THE DOUBLE OLD TIMER WITH CHEESE AND FRIES No cheap thin patties here, this thing was a big ugly monster, only a true hamburger expert would appreciate what’s happening here – The smell alone was intoxicating, what would enter your mind when you think of a delicious juicy burger! Slanted slightly toasted Brioche bun to expose the juicy patties with that amazingly slightly charred look, cheese melted just right, with that little bit of drip falling off the patty, so juicy, it slightly moistened the bottom bun! I didn’t think I could finish it, or even fit it in my mouth, but after that first bite, it was all over for that “Old Timer”. In 2024, at a time where a fast-food drive-thru meal can push upwards of $14, Chilis is serving up quality food at quality prices. The $11 combo here speaks for itself - It is a great value! It does not try to pretend to be something it isn't, and the price reflects that. When every lunch joint these days seems to be slinging $17 'bowls' , it is refreshing to see a place like Chili's still offering a truly good option at a competitive price. This place was absolutely popping on a Friday night, so it definitely shows that their efforts are not unnoticed by people.

*Honest review* This isn’t a 5 star restaurant so don’t expect to be blown away. The food was decent I would compare it to Applebees. The service was regular nothing will blow you away here. I would come here if you have kids and want American food. I ordered the sizzling grilled fajita entree it came with a lot of food and sides however it wasn’t extremely flavorful like a Mexican restaurant obviously. I would say they have $6 margaritas and those were good.

Fantastic meal at Chili's. After getting seated at my favorite booth seat, we reordered this staple Trio and Wings order at Chili's. Absolutely awesome, but definitely beware the jalapeno unless you want some serious slow built heat! You can always scoop out the inside of the pepper as needed. Honestly I had a delightful time at Chilli's. First let's start with the precision of our waiter. She was lovely, and went to our table as soon as she could. When asked what dishes are her favorite she educated me on the Chillis Cajun Pasta, which I ended up getting and it was a 10/10. (If you are a health freak) you can also pick this very healthy option called the Ancho Salmon, which my best friend got that fit her macros. Overall the service, and also the food was amazing. The atmosphere was also great, our table, and the ladies bathroom was very clean.

I was pleasantly surprised on how it surpassed by expectations when it came to the food, ambiance and service team. Me and my wife enjoyed the hot and delicious food. This was a great experience. I had not been to Chili's in several years. I was enticed by their latest 3 for Me commercial. The hamburger in the commercial looks so, so good and that is what I ordered. The hamburger did not disappoint. I had the hamburger with the side salad and the strawberry ice tea. I also had the $10 frozen margarita The entire meal was delicious. My family accompanied me to . lunch and they thoroughly enjoyed their meals also. We gave the entire experience at Chili's a high five. Our server Matt was outstanding. To top it all off, I joined the Chili's reward program and received a bag of chips and salsa to go. I can't wait to go back to Chili's. I plan to go often.

Lots of TV with sports going on, the atmosphere was nice and calm. Thursday night at 9 pm it was not too busy. I ordered the bbq plate with 2 choice of meat I did the dry rub rib and crispy fried chicken that comes with fries, corn, and slice of bread. I substituted the corn for mac and cheese. The ribs were soooo tender and tasty, the fried chicken was nice and crispy, the fries were perfect because they were not salty. The mac and cheese was a sad thing because the pasta was over cooked. Even though it was overcooked I still enjoyed my meal. I also ordered the mangorita they have a 2 for 1 deal. My husband had the fajita trio dish comes with chicken, beef, shrimp, beans, 4 wraps, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream and crispy rice. He said everything was delicious, tender and filling. Our Server was funny and very nice. We got taken by the electronic pad, because we didn't know that the games are not free. We played tic tac toe, we were surprised to see a $3.00 charge for the game playing. All in all we enjoyed our night and meal.

Stop by while I was at Wal-Mart for a quick bite. Food was quite good I had gotten asparagus as a side and a few of them still had a decent amount of the white bottom to them. But otherwise decent food and nice and relaxed environment.

Liked this location a lot. Went for lunch on a Friday afternoon and there was no wait. The staff was friendly, greeted is at the door and sat us right away. The server took our drink orders immediately and brought then out quickly. The food came out got and delicious. The restaurant was nice and clean inside.

I went to Chili's for the second time in 2 weeks for the 3-for-me discount meal & I love it. It comes with an appetizer (if you get chips & salsa, it all you can eat chips!), endless non-alcoholic drink & a choice of an entree (a few burger choices & sizes, chicken quesedilla, erc.) that starts @ $10.99 before tax. I fell in love with the chicken quesedilla that comes with sour cream, lettuce & salsa! The servers & the place are nice & food is good. I highly recommend it, especially before the deals are done.

I have visited this location a few times. Each time I have had a wonderful experience. Their secret sauce Burgers are fantastic. I usually get It well done with added bacon. It is exceptionally delicious 😋.

While the staff was friendly, we did have to wait a while to be seated on our last visit despite the restaurant being mostly empty. This was because there was no host/hostess. Aside from one off stuff like our seating issue, You pretty much know what you're getting walking in here, and this isn't one of the poorly run locations. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the mood for their Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce ribs or some chicken crispers.

The food was ok we had the classic 10 oz steak it was tender and tasty but a bit grizzly to. The table check out machine didn't work well and we asked the waitress for help she swapped it out and it worked for a few minutes but when it came time to get the recipe it would not work again so we asked the waitress for the recipe she said she would be right back with it nut then forgot about us so we had to ask her again. All in all I would have to say it must have taken at least 15 or 20 minutes to just to get the check pay it and get the recipet so we could leave. To me this is not very good customer service, if they want us to use the self check out to pay the bill then at least have machines that work right.

Food is good. Service is definitely iffy at this location. They seem to forget about you pretty fast here. I come here maybe once every two months or so and every time I come I have to remind myself to be ready to wait. I hope they fix it and then I go and it’s back to pretty bad service every time. Luckily they have a tablet you can pay on so the one thing you don’t need to wait for is the bill. If you don’t mind waiting, definitely would recommend.

Last week i went with my friends, and our waitress was super sweet and the food was good but this girl with red hair who brought us our drinks was super rude. First she slammed our drinks on the table and spilled them all over the table and didnt apologize or anything, then she came back so we asked if she could clean it up and instead just dropped a rag on us and we had to clean it up and we had to clean it up ourselves. And again never even apologized which is ridiculous.

I got the limited time big smasher burger with fries and a side salad for $10.99 (without tax). The food was ok, I expected the food to be warmer since I waited to be made at the establishment. As far as service, it was okay. The person who took my order did not ask how I would like my burger. I thought that was a little odd since I was in a restaurant, not a fast food establishment. The restaurant is located on a shopping strip. There is a regular and a To Go entrance. In addition, there is a bar area located in the center of the restaurants. I did not see any outdoor seating, but there is some nice greenery around the establishment.

The food was subpar from my experience. I got a Cajun pasta that was not spicy or seasoned at all. Also, once our waitress brought out our food she left us without service for what felt like forever. Eventually after she noticed we were not leaving she came to check on us. Definitely would not recommend aside for if you're going for drinks. The monthly 5 dollar Margherita was a hit.

It’s convenient for us so we can take turns eating and take turns feeding her.. we’ve done it before at this chilis before too AND before our daughter, we were GREAT customers. Always came here and leave great tips & such. Then they gave us the option for a booster seat which was SUPER unsafe & she could have smashed her head on the table or even fallen out of with the slightest movement. I’m so upset, & they lost a long time customer.

I ordered a watermelon lemonade to drink. After drinking a sip I immediately realized it was strawberry which I am allergic to. They need to be more careful and should have defied one something to make it right!!

Last night, I ordered a medium-term sirloin. When the waitress brought me the steak, I made sure to ask her it was the medium term steak because my friends ordered the same as me but with different cooking terms. Then I realized my steak was fully cooked (as you see in the picture) and none of my friends had a medium-term steak (I thought the waitress got confused). Apart from that, my mashed potatoes were cold with unmelted cheese (see the other picture) while my friends' mashed potatoes were hot and their cheeses were melted. In the end, I didn't enjoy my steak and the experience was horrible. Finally, we had to ask for napkins multiple times and the refill drinks weren't refilled.

Cant pay for to go orders in person when placing an order through the website or the app. The to-go workers have no idea how their job works and just lie to get you off the phone.

We were quoted a 30-minute wait time for our group of six adults and three kids. After 50 minutes had passed, we asked about the delay since every other party arriving after us was being seated right away. We were told they were waiting to push two tables together, though it was unclear how that would ever happen when they kept seating every open table as soon as it was available. When we asked for clarification, one of the four hostesses became visibly rude, rolling her eyes and snapping that if we “wanted to sit so bad,” we could take two separate tables next to each other. With three hungry, restless kids, we agreed. We were told we’d be moved once a larger table opened. When our first server arrived, we explained the situation, assuming she’d still take our drink and food orders (she didn’t). She said the table we’d eventually move to wasn’t in her section, so she couldn’t serve us. Shortly after, a male bartender came over and defensively told us the delays were because smaller parties were seated first. That explanation didn’t make sense given what we’d already observed. Eventually, the manager stepped in, took over our table, and things improved from there. She even brought chips for our crying three-year-old, who had been waiting far too long. Unfortunately, by that point, the damage was done. We were there to celebrate a birthday, but the mood had completely soured, and we ended up skipping the celebration altogether. To top it off, we had tried calling ahead to make a reservation but were told they don’t take them, and their online waitlist wasn’t working either. All in all, it took nearly three hours to get through what should’ve been a simple family dinner. Once the manager took over, things were fine, but the initial experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and needlessly unpleasant.

Food looked good but tasted horrible, fish over cooked, watery ranch dressing, oily chips, pizza tasted like cardboard, broccoli was dry and tasteless, espresso martini was too sweet rather than coffee strong, chocolate lava cake tasted microwaved and nothing chololatey…. Server kept getting distracted and off tracked as he said by the coworkers singing happy birthday and stuff.. Last time I eat there.. prefer Applebees, tastes better..
