We ordered Half a rack of pork ribs with Cesar & baked potato. The other order was a bone in Rib eye steak with Asparagus & Baked potato. We loved both our meals. We complimented the meals with a 9 oz Pinor Noir, a perfect match. The service was great too. We will definitely return.

Love this place, I am so obsessed with this food! The churrasco is to die for, WOW. My server Kimberly was phenomenal, she was so funny and kind I will definitely ask for her again. My favorite joke from her was when she offered my baby alcohol shots. Will come back soon……

I ate a bowl of the lobster bisque, house salad, 6 oz filet, sweet potato & for dessert, the strawberry shortcake! Everything was well-prepared & delicious! Our waiter was Victor A. - he was right on point, and this place was very busy on a Wednesday night between 9 and 10 p.m.! It has been quite some time i have been so delighted eating out, and it was well worth the money spent.

Our waiter Sebastian was super attentive, professional, and well spoken. We ordered a shrimp and lobster soup and surprisingly I received it cold🥶 I ordered a steak medium rare and it came back to me well done but our waiter was so awesome. He fixed everything. I totally recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse at this Pembroke Pines location. I look forward to my next visit.

The best meal I had during my visit to Miami! Everyone in our party enjoyed their dishes, steaks cooked as requested, HUGE portions and seasoning was spot on. I can't wait to go back to the US to visit LongHorn Steakhouse again.

Matthew was such a wonderful waiter and very knowledgeable on the menu. Went with his suggestion of the Longhorn and the outlaw and they did not disappoint. The meat was cooked just as I ordered and so flavorful. Will definitely come back to this location.

It’s always good to come back here, the staff is friendly and attentive, the food tastes awesome every time, their Porterhouse which they call The Longhorn is my to go steak, comes with salad and two sides, never before I had tried the spinach dip and I liked it a lot, the flatbread chips were made in the restaurant. Will come back soon for more.

excellent food ,the place very nice ,with a great decoration with excellent attentions the food a great taste I recommend the ribs also a great variety of beer the family atmosphere the attention of the people and all the excellent staff extensive menu have gifr cards! From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Our server was knowledgeable and very attentive, which made the experience even better. But what truly stood out was the food absolutely phenomenal. The cook clearly knows what they’re doing. Every dish came out perfectly prepared and full of flavor. You can taste the passion and skill in every bite. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the food are top-notch. This restaurant delivered on every level. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I am normally not a fan of Longhorn however this trip might have changed my mind. Stopped in to have lunch and had a great time. Food was good. Service was excellent and overall just good experience. It looks like the team has worked together. Food was fresh. The onion appetizer is incredible. Would definitely recommend coming here for lunch or dinner!

A fantastic dinner at LongHorn! I recently stopped by LongHorn Steakhouse, and my visit couldn’t have been better. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming—cozy lighting, rustic décor, and that unmistakable aroma of steaks sizzling on the grill. I started with their famous Wild West Shrimp, which arrived perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. For the main course, I went with the Outlaw Ribeye, cooked to a flawless medium. It was juicy, flavorful, and had that signature char LongHorn is known for. The side of parmesan-crusted broccoli was a surprisingly delicious bonus. The service was equally impressive. My server was friendly, attentive, and quick with refills and recommendations without ever feeling pushy. I wrapped things up with their Chocolate Stampede, which was decadent in the best possible way—definitely one to share unless you’re fully committed to a chocolate adventure. Overall, my visit was an absolute treat. If you’re in the mood for great steak, warm hospitality, and hearty portions, LongHorn delivers every time.

This Longhorn in particular has the best tasting food out of any Longhorn I have been to. I love their perfectly prepared steaks, healthy options and bold flavors. The service was excellent as well. Parking lot was too small, but that's not their fault.

They were ever busy and I can see why. The food was delicious. We were told there would be a 25 minute wait but was able to be seated within 5 minutes. The wait for our steaks was a little long but u can’t rush perfection! The steak was flavorful and juicy. Worth every penny! Will be back! Our waitress was awesome. Although she had many tables. She made sure to check in with us and make sure we were ok.

We came for dinner and ordered two Caesar salads, fries, and mashed potatoes as sides with full ribs and an 8oz sirloin. The salad was delicious but had a bit too much dressing. The fries were okay, but the mashed potatoes tasted obviously artificial, which was disappointing. The ribs were tender and amazing, though they had a bit too much barbecue sauce, giving them a strange taste. Unfortunately, the 8oz sirloin also had an odd taste, and we couldn't finish it. Our waiter, Felipe, was awesome—thank you!

I really love this restaurant. Of course the food is great. I'm a huge fan of steak. But what I enjoy most is the quality of service that you'll receive as a guest here. No matter what kind of problem that I've ever had here has been dealt with in the most professional manner. The servers truly go out of their way to give you the best experience possible while dining here. The food is classic American with a menu of steaks, chicken, and fish. The salads are delicious. The desserts are great. I do enjoy the food here. It's the service that keeps me coming back. They have never let me down. I certainly recommend this place for lunch and dinner.

Celebrating our 21st Wedding Anniversary at a restaurant we both enjoy! Love the service! The manager Kim is amazing and my Margarita was the tops! Best bartender in the building is Jean! I absolutely love their Strawberry Fields salad. Totally unbeatable. Also had their stuffed mushrooms, ribeyes, lobster & crab soup and chocolate stampede for desert. I personally don't do chocolate however Honey enjoyed it! Never hurts to try this place out! Give it chance!

We absolutely love Longhorn Steakhouse, so we tried this restaurant in Weston, Florida. We were seated at a nice table in the back of the restaurant.Unfortunately, we were surrounded by children that were not well behaved or well disciplined. Sometimes having children running around in such a nice restaurant can be very distracting and also dangerous for the waitstaff, as they're trying to move in between these kids. Our waitress did an excellent job of taking care of us.She made suggestions and always had a smile on her face.The salads were great.The steaks were delicious and the salmon was divine. The restaurant is a little worn from being there - it looks like many years. They do try to keep it clean by vacuuming quickly after someone leaves. It's easy to tell that this restaurant brings in a lot of people who want to enjoy some very good food.

I must admit it's been a while since I've patronized LongHorn and I must say I the food was delicious. Consistency is key and they did it. The appetizers ordered was the wild west shrimp and wings, they both are good and just as I remembered. My steak (bone-in ribeye) was cooked perfectly and sides seasoned well. Glad to reconnect and will be back more frequently.

We had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse Pembroke Pines. I had the kids’ 6oz sirloin meal with mashed potatoes which was a good portion, cooked medium just right, and very tasty. The chopped steak with seasoned fries, mushrooms, and onions was super delicious. I also tried the lunch special half-pound burger with mac & cheese. The burger was juicy and the creamy mac was excellent. Overall, the food was fresh, flavorful, and a great value for a chain restaurant. Definitely recommend!

I enjoy eating a good steak, so my partner and I decided to give the local LongHorn a shot. We went for the first time on a Saturday night, and the place was buzzing. The atmosphere was lively with people constantly coming in and out. Young looking hostess with glasses in the front held it down though. We didn't have a reservation, so we waited for about 40 minutes before being seated. The service from our waitress could've been better but wasn't bad either. Besides that, the food was delicious. My only complaint was the ribeye, which was overcooked, although I ordered for it to be medium/rare. Overall, we had a good experience and will definitely be back to try some more stuff on the menu 😉

Great Steak! I like it medium rare & it was cooked perfectly, just needed a lil extra salt. The potato could've used more fixings, but that's a note for our 2nd visit. Hubby got the lamb chops & they were amazing as well. His mashed potatoes were good too. We will definitely be back!!!! Prices were fair thi the bill including a dirty martini & dessert was about $75.

I truly hesitate to mention this because the food is delicious, affordable, and the customer service is always warm and welcoming. However, upon entering the restaurant, there is an odor that seems to come from the carpet, which may need replacing. While the dining experience itself is wonderful, improving this aspect of the venue could make visits even more enjoyable and help the restaurant earn even higher ratings.

The food and service were pretty good but the restaurant needs a DEEP cleaning. The restaurant smells like a wet dirty rag. Seats were dirty and the edges were ripping. Also, we got an additional plate to share food and the plate came out dirty.

I typically order to go & it’s always good and pretty accurate! the restaurant is kinda worn down & gnats fly around and the smell like other reviews point out, so i only eat at the bar if i do dine in which is rare. But nonetheless, food is great and they have good customer service!

Wonderful Bar and steakhouse for friends and Family visits. Appetizers, Entrees, and sides tastes so good. Location is Great and perfect with lot of parking. Little bit of wait time for 8 people but great Service. Easy to locate the restaurant from the road. Best restaurant for a Family dinner time. Wonderful ambience makes feel so great.

I ate there last night at location 9900 Pines Blvd..I had the flo's filet with a lobster tail with butter sauce and rice pilaf..absolutely delicious..the steak was soft and tender, cooked just right at medium. Also had a delicious Caesar salad. I did not give a 5 rating because the French Onion soup was served lukewarm..I did not bother to send it back..it was tasty znd authentic but not served hot..disappointing. The second reason is that Longhorns do not serve steak sauces like Mushroom or Red wine sauce. Otherwise very good.

I had a fantastic experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! My steak was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The spinach dip was off the chain and easily one of the best appetizers I’ve had in a long time. Our server, Sarah, truly made the night even better. She was very attentive, friendly, and had such a wonderful personality that made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire meal. I also want to give special recognition to Kimberly, the manager. She was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. When my friend’s steak came out incorrect, Kimmy handled the situation promptly and with great attention to detail. She checked in personally, made sure the issue was corrected quickly, and went above and beyond to ensure my friend was completely satisfied. Her calm, positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out and made a big impression. It’s clear she takes pride in her role and truly cares about both her guests and her team. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience with great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

I was traveling for business and I had take out to bring back to my room and my meal was fine. The plastic cutlery they gave me was not good enough quality to eat my steak with and I'm not going to say it ruined everything but my eating experience was not good.

Did was ok, the server was amazing as was the manager but this is my 4th time over many years going to a Longhorn and honestly this is not a place to get a rare steak. There flame is not near hot enough to get a sear on the steak. This has been my experience each time over the years at different locations.

My plate was ok the steak is well done but the fries very hard and cold it’s look like they have a left over and they put it in the plate I recommend but you have to check your steak to make sure it’s cooked the way you want. Customer service is fine too

I order the regular ribeye steak with mac and cheese side with salad. The steak was cook medium rare, however the seasoning is very strong. I think the steak is very average to good. The mac cheese was good. I order a side of grill 4 piece shrimp, it was okay. I also order the shrimp appetizer, it was very average. The free bread with butter, is very average also. The service was excellent. Lots of free parking. Very clean restaurant it was pack with people on a Sunday evening.

Cons: 1. Caesar Salad came really thin on the dressing, I felt like a rabbit eat vegetation. Salad was tasteless and boring. 2. The Brussels Sprouts came out completely burnt drowning in oil! 3. French fries where old and dry. 4. Staff NOT Once asked me about my food. I was left without ketchup or drink for almost half the dinner. 5. My finished up soda was topped off with more soda and no ice. So watery drink ensued. Ewww. 6. It felt like they really do not need your business. 7. This restaurant has really fallen off in quality over the years. Most Longhorns are great but this one is no comparison to those standards. We waited 40 minutes for our entree after the salads arrived. No manager in sight or anyone came to our table to check on us. The food was still pretty good once it finally arrived Parking is always poor here. You may need to walk a distance after parking. I think 3 stars is kinda generous for this visit. 2.25 is probably a more fair score but we love the Longhorn so sentiment promted a 3 star rate. C'mon Pembroke Pines location get your act together you don't want to be the black sheep of the family.

Best time to go is during lunchtime between the hours of 12 to 3 PM. You got your specials and also the food seems to taste fresher because there’s not many people at the restaurant during that time. You also get to experience the better attitude, waiters and waitresses because they just started their shift And looking to make their tips by end of day.. my favorite is the asparagus and I get the kids meal steak medium well with a sweet baked potato. I love their butter and cinnamon to go with it.

Ordered a drink at 8:50 PM alerted the bartender that he was bleeding 🩸 at 8:51 PM. He wiped it off and said he had a scratch. When he didn’t get a bandaid or gloves, I asked to see the manager at 8:58 PM at 9:25 PM he is still bleeding and no manager in site, so I asked to see the manager again… chatting it up with the couple next to me and they alerted me it’s been 2 hours since they ordered and no food yet. Yikes, 9:30 PM I asked for the check and still no manager. I have never been this disappointed in a restaurant or the service, like where is the manager and where is the stop the bleed kit and where is the couple next to me food. At this point Longhorn is holding me hostage … because I can’t leave without the check and they still haven’t alerted the manager… normally I give great reviews because I appreciate the craft and effort of service and I don’t bad mouth businesses, but I feel obligated to share with the public when your employees won’t put on a simple bandaid… that’s a public health hazard… you’re bleeding over the ice 😱and your manager can’t be bothered to show up. It’s now 9:50 PM no manager and no food and no bill… like someone from Longhorns needs to sit through customer service and the serve safe training again… this can’t be right

The first thing I noticed was the smell; I wanted to think it was just the carpet at the entrance, but I was wrong. There's a rather unpleasant odor that permeates the entire restaurant. The service was quite good. The appetizers arrived fairly quickly, and the cocktails were fine. As for the main courses, my wife's lobster was tasteless, although at least the meat was cooked properly. I wasn't so lucky with my dish. My steak was undercooked. I don't like sending food back to the kitchen, but this steak was so undercooked that I'm sure a veterinarian could have revived it. I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant, at least not until they replace the carpet.

Ordered a lunch special to go and when I got home I saw that my salad only had 3 pieces of chicken on it. What happened? Lunch is usually good here and priced just right.

Unfortunately, the service here is very slow. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time, but our server did not check on us at all. We tried calling out to her multiple times, as there was hair in our food. We originally just wanted a new dish since it was untouched, but then we couldn’t find her at all. We were finally able to ask another server to call her and she came, but by this point, everyone else had finished eating. I wouldn’t come back to this location.

My initial visit was pretty good. (Dine In Pictures) My go to items here became the the Tonions and the French onion soup. Wasn’t a fan of the Ribs, Steak and sides. At least every other week I stop by for French Onion Soup and Tonions. Today wasn’t a good day here in To Go Land. (To Go Pictures). Picked up my French Onion Soup which looked weird. Explained to the cashier (always a sweetheart) my concern. She explained I was given a cup instead a bowl, they put it in a bowl and added broth. Didn’t accept it and she said they’d make it over. Finally my French Onion Soup! Or so I thought....... Seriously?! Attempted to eat the soup along with the cheese but all the onions had dissolved and the bread was a mess, mostly re-diluted liquid. I poured it out. It’s better when made correctly and spooned together.

The service was really good. The waiter did his best and I could tell he had to serve many tables. The food was mediocre at best. But, it’s priced accordingly. But, what is inexcusable is the horrible smell of musty rags through out the restaurant. Everything is penetrated with this smell. It’s like they are using bacteria laden rags to wipe everything down and that’s an issue. Please do better, Longhorn! You need a cleaning crew to sanitize this entire restaurant.

Longhorn.. what’s going on? I haven’t been here in about a year but I came today and the food wasn’t the best and the restaurant smelled like fish. I ordered the sirloin with shrimp and rice with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I asked for the steak medium well. It came out well done. The wings are still good but it’s not as good as before. My husband got the ribeye and he rated it a 7. Loaded potatoes was a 7 as well. The bread didn’t even taste fresh. When my food came out, some items on my plate were warm and other items were hot. Please please please clean the carpets and napkins maybe? I don’t know what that smell was but I never had this experience previous times I’ve come.

We stopped in this Longhorns location for dinner while shopping in the area. Upon arriving, the hostess in the front was not welcoming and just stared at me as if saying, uh huh… as I entered. I greeted her and said we’re a party of 6 and she just said 20 mins abruptly. Not a very friendly person. As she took us to the booth in the back, an unpleasant scent was in the air. Smelled as if the rugs need a good cleaning. After settling into the booth, I noticed that the stone walls above our table and decor hanging around us has loads of dust which shows that proper cleaning hasn’t been done in a while. All that dust flies into the foods being served and that’s just unacceptable. Also in the women’s bathroom, the sinks show signs of not being cleaned correctly either as there’s build up around the faucet bases. The bathroom can use more attention in cleaning. If the employees don’t want to clean then up, then hire someone who will work and clean up those much needed areas. If the areas out in the dining areas look like that, now I wonder how back in the kitchen/food line/prep areas look 😳🤷🏻‍♀️ The server we had was nice and did a great job.

Hadn't been here for a long time and was very disappointed yesterday. From we walked in it smelled like moldy, wet carpet. I ordered the flo's filet medium, and while it was pink and tasted ok, it was thin, dry and chewy. One ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes got lost in the plate. My dinner could've fit on a small salad plate. Overall disappointed. Will not be rushing back there!

Waited over an hour for my food after sitting down. Loaded Baked potato had a sprinkle of cheese and three pieces of bacon. Steak was delicious though.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SMELL! I have always loved the food here and have been coming for a while. We started noticing a pungent urine like smell upone entering and it has gotten worse and worse to the point it is unbearable! It used to be only in the entrance but now it is allover the restaurant. Its very unpleasant to eat with that smell. We have told the staff and they know about it but it seems besides routine cleaning there's nothing else being done to adress this, so unfortunate 😔

Disappointing dining experience this evening. Upon entering the restaurant there was an over powering stench of mildew or dampness. After being seated, the 20 oz steak was not hot. In fact the plate was hotter than the steak. Unfortunately, our waiter was scarce throughout our meal. Once the meal came the food was good. Highly unlikely to visit this location again. Longhorn definitely missed the mark this evening.

I haven't been to this restaurant in a while, so I decided to give them a try again. As soon as I walked inside, there was a STRONG mildew/wet rag smell that reeked through the whole building. That was a huge turn off for me, but I decided to go ahead and eat here anyway. It took a while for the waiter to come, but he finally came and took my order. I ordered a steak medium, and it came well done! I sat there for a while, because my waiter was no where to be found. One of the managers walked by, and I told her the steak was not cooked to my liking. She immediately took it back and got me a new steak, which was nice. The new one she brought out was much better, but it was still a waste of time to wait on a new steak. Overall, I wasn't too happy with the experience. Eating the steak with the nasty smell of the restaurant, made me not enjoy it as much as I should have. A DEEP CLEANING needs to be done inside the restaurant. Don't think I'll be back for a while.

Walked in with my wife and noticed an odd smell. We sat down and saw my menu was full of grease stains, my wife had something that looked like a giant booger in her menu, we where grossed out and left.

I just left longhorn on 3/28/24 at 2:30pm. I am in complete shock with my experience. In addition to my order, I ordered a side of broccoli. When the broccoli arrived I saw something on the plate which I initially thought might be butter but after I placed the Knife in it I realized it was a chewed up piece of gum. I told the waitress someone left a piece gum of on the plate. She responded you got to be kidding me and took the plate. She came back and said I told my manager what happened and another order of broccoli is coming. I said is your manager coming to speak with me. She said sure of course. A few moments later a man comes to the table and puts broccoli down and said you’re missing a soup(I never ordered a soup.) I said are you the manager, he said yes, I said did the waitress tell you what happened, he said yes. I said it’s no way that plate was washed and a piece of gum was left on it. Secondly, the integrity of the food here is compromised and I’m not paying for any of this. He said ok and walked off. The moment he walked to the table he should have introduced himself instead of walking to the table as a server put the food down and begin to walk off. He should have IMMEDIATELY ACKNOWLEDGE the situation at hand and apologize. For him to come off as nothing happened was very disgusting and disturbing.

I’ve always come to this location and never had a issue but today was by far my worst experience I arrived at 1:52 sat down didn’t get greeted until 10min later ordered my food at 2:02pm all I ordered was sirloin salad half pound burger and spinach dip i received my appetizer 20 min later and didn’t receive my entree at all I say down for a total of 1hr and 52min and only received bread and spinach dip mind you other people who arrived after us came in and out satisfied our sever was horrible highly disappointed

Very unpleasant experience. The restaurant had a strong, disgusting odor that made it impossible to stay. Clearly poor hygiene and no proper ventilation. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The absolute rudest encounter with the manager! My family and I love coming to longhorn to eat and we are a lot we have come with a group of 16-20 people before and it was no issue. My boyfriend had gotten there first and told the hostess it was 9 of us which originally it was and she said we might have to be separated. I get there with a sleeping child in my arms, my back hurting and i’m just hungry and wanting to sit down. I tell the hostess by the way it’s 11 now usually when we go they connect the tables in the back. She informs me that there is 2 or 3 full parties back there and I said i understand and to see how long roughly we would have to wait. She said okay let me go see the wait time. No issue there until the manager comes out super rudely without saying hi or anything just said exactly this “11 people now ok it will be 4 tables i can’t guarantee that it will be in the same section or at the same time ok, ok” that’s it and then he walked away absolutely rude and disrespectful If I don’t get a response about at least a talk that took into place with this manager I will make it my mission to go up the corporate ladder and straight to the darden company that my mom has previously worked for the company. The manager name is Kiyou Movafaghi. His mom obviously didn’t teach him how to talk to people especially women with respect.

Ordered my steak medium and it was but it was so charred and burnt on the outside that the entire steak tasted bitter. I guess the cook was in such a hurry they cranked up the flames to get it done quickly

This place stinks BAD, awful smell from carpet and seats- the shades with dirt & grease, the ac vents with mold. The food wasn’t amazing, I would not recommend neither will be back.

Never have a had such a bad experience in a restaurant this was my first time going to Longhorn. The waitress had an attitude the food took long and the absolutely reason this review is being written is because my father forgot to write the tip on the check she comes back with an attitude demanding a tip and after my father writes it down we go speak with the manager because that is unacceptable. I've never had a waitress with that type of mediocre and disrespectful service. Never coming back to this place. You know what they say about first impressions...

picked up a takeout order from this location, and the takeout area was very dirty there was trash on the floor, a visible stain, and a bench that was dirty where customers sit. I ordered the chopped steak with mushrooms for takeout. About 30 minutes after eating, I became extremely ill. I experienced vomiting and diarrhea for two days. The only difference between my meal and my husband’s was the mushrooms, he did not get sick. Based on the condition of the takeout area and my experience afterward, I am very concerned about cleanliness and food handling practices. I will not be eating here again. I truly do not believe proper cleaning is done after closing.

I have been going to this location for a long time with my family. However, in recent months I have stopped coming here. This is due to the atrocious odor of like wet, old, dirty ragsas soon as you walk in. Most recently we decided to give it another try and thought “maybe they have fixed the odor issue”. As soon as we walked in, the smell was so powerful that I completely lost my appetite. We decided not to sit down and left immediately. I hope they are able to close their doors to renovate and remove whatever foul musty stench that is!!!!

Honestly if I could give a 0/0 rating in service I would. They had us waiting 2hours!! For a half rack rib and chicken breast. We ended up leaving because the waiter just kept stalling us. They have a bunch of young people serving that don’t even care to begin with.

We went to eat at this restaurant, and unfortunately, the food made both of us very sick. We experienced stomach issues shortly after eating. We also noticed a very unpleasant smell coming from the back area of the restaurant, which gives a bad impression about the cleanliness and hygiene of the place. It was a very disappointing experience. I hope they review the food quality and sanitary conditions to prevent this from happening to other customers.

My family of six walked in here and left immediately after getting to our table. I don’t know how this place is always full considering the horrible smell. It smells like wet rotting carpet or floors. I can’t imagine how dirty their kitchen must be if they allow their carpet or floors to smell the way they do. They honestly need to change their mops and most likely the carpets. My family and I used to come here ever so often and it never smelled like this. Hopefully management sees this and decides to do something because the food and service are actually good.

One star only because zero isn’t possible. The smell inside the restaurant was unbearable — it literally reeked of urine. We couldn’t even stay to eat. It’s completely unacceptable for any dining place to have such poor hygiene. Definitely not recommended.

On January 31 at approximately 1:29 p.m., I visited the Pembroke Pines location for lunch, as I routinely do on a weekly basis. I am a frequent customer and typically dine alone, so I sit at the bar. On this visit, Robin was my server. My experience was disappointing. After finishing my meal, I asked Robin for a small to-go container for my leftover soup. I noticed that she had already provided to-go containers to a couple seated at the bar, and the containers were visibly available in the same bar area. After waiting about 10 minutes, I asked her again. She responded, “I know, I’ll get it to you when I can.” Despite this, she continued to take other guests’ orders and did not return with the container. I asked a total of three times and was ultimately ignored. At that point, I paid my tab and left without the container. I have been visiting this location for many years and regularly come in on Fridays for lunch and occasionally during the week for dinner. I am familiar with the bartenders, Victor, Miranda, and Gene and have never experienced this type of treatment before. This was my first time being served by Robin, and I found her behavior unfriendly and unprofessional. I was disappointed by how my request was repeatedly ignored, especially given how simple and readily available the item was.

I’m extremely disappointed with my visit to LongHorn Steakhouse. From the moment we walked in, the place had a strange, unpleasant smell — almost like old grease mixed with something musty. It immediately threw off the atmosphere and made it hard to enjoy even sitting there. What made things worse was the complete lack of attentiveness from our server. We sat there for well over an hour while other tables — who came in after us — were served, finished eating, and even left. We barely got checked on, no refills, no updates, no apologies. It felt like we were being deliberately ignored. The energy was uncomfortable, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that we were being treated differently because we’re Black. There’s no excuse for this kind of service in 2025. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and basic courtesy regardless of race. I’ve eaten at other LongHorn locations before and never had an experience this bad. This location needs serious management attention — retrain the staff, clean the place properly, and address whatever bias is affecting how guests are treated. Until then, I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before dining here.

Here is a picture of my burned rack of ribs! Shame after l told my server tell them.not to burn. Same thing 2 weeks ago. I need to learn. And someone must've already eaten the meat off. All bones. Then they actually put two left over pieces from somewhere else to make the full rack!!!! Dishonest and disgusting. Prior time, ordered for my two sides rice pilaf and salad. Got no rice pilaf. I let that slide. You have to do better. My bill was 180! Food is good but needs more care.
