Me sentí en una "Lunchería Venezolana" y fue cómodo, justo lo que estábamos buscando, el típico rinconcito de venta de empanadas, pastelitos y tequeños que hay en toda Venezuela en muchas partes, por un momento me sentí en mi país natal. Las empanadas estaban riquísimas, super resueltas y con tremenda sazón, la de cazón y la de mariscos han sido una de las mejores que he comido, la salsa de ajo riquísima y la chicha extraordinaria. Un ambiente tradicional, clásico, sencillo y familiar. Seguro volveremos pronto.

Fue mi primera vez en este lugar. Me gustó mucho la atención, el servicio y especialmente la comida. Mucha variedad en selección de comida y bebidas y postres típicos también. Las empanadas son super grandes. Mi favorita fue la empanada de pabellón, también recomiendo la de carne mechada y el pastel de papa con queso.! Y sin olvidar la salsa tártara que es excepcional y sin límite. Los recomiendo al 100%. Uno de los mejores lugares que he probado.

Muy buen sitio para desayunar, venden las mejores empanadas de pabellón que he probado desde que llegamos a este país, los pastelitos de papa con queso no pueden dejar de probarlos por que son una verdadera delicia. La atención de verdad que es de primera. En Pembroke Pines es una bendición tenerlos tan cerca de casa.

As a Venezuelan myself, this is one of the best small food spots I’ve ever been to. The food is so fresh, and it tastes just like.. home! (If you are not from Venezuela, well, it just tastes like what you would eat if you went to Venezuela.) The people are so nice, it is so relieving to have conversations with people that have same tastes and cultural knowledge as you. The tequeños? Perfect. Empanadas? Perfect. Cachapas? Perfect. I love everything about this place! If you are a little nervous to come because you don’t know what Venezuelan food is like, let someone that has been eating this food all his life give you a brief explanation. Oh, that’s me, by the way. If you are not ready to read a lot or you just want to know what I think of the place, stop reading right here so I don’t waste your time. But if you want to know a lot just to make sure everything will be good before coming in, read on! So, empanadas are exquisite and one of my favorite Venezuelan foods and let me explain to you why. It’s grains of corn mixed with water to make a sort of dough. Then, you lay it down as a circle and you put toppings in it! It’s usually Carne Mechada (or ground beef), cheese and/or ham, and much more delicious toppings. Then, after it is filled with goodies, flip it, and close it. Then, you are actually going to fry it. They are delicious! Then tequeños are a little easier to explain. It’s just sort of like cheese sticks but the cheese is inside and on the outside is this beautiful crust of squishy, delicious bread. Then cachapas! I personally don’t like cachapas too much, but that doesn’t mean this place doesn’t make good ones. Since I don’t like cachapas, I can’t really fill you in on how to make them, but they are the same ingredients as empanadas (grains of corn and water.) You just cook them differently and they are like pancakes, almost. They taste best with cheese. That’s it! Sorry if this was too long to read, but I want to make sure people know about Venezuelan food before they try it so they are not nervous or anything. I recommend this place, 110%.

Is a pleasure to have this restaurant so close, real Venezuelan food, well cook, the staff is very friendly. Prices standard not cheap not expensive but worth it. A bit messy with online orders, lines and stock.

Way too expensive, they need to lower the prices. A medium chicha for almost $7? They are taking advantage of people who miss their country of origin, and that is wrong.

The empanadas were fantastic!! Fresh and hot with great savory flavor. Language barrier messed up my coffee order and was a struggle to get my food to-go. Can’t wait to come back.

Lo que tienen que mejorar es la organizacion, no hacen recuento de la order para estar seguron que te vas a llevar lo que pediste. Pedimos golfeados y si no revisamos no nos damos cuenta que no estaban, les recordamos y nos dijeron que no habian (por que no lo dicen al entregar la orden?) pedimos el reembolso y porque estaban muy ocupados no querían devolver el dinero, a la final tuvimos que pedir pasteles para compensar. The food is very good, especially the cakes and empanadas; we tried the shark, seafood, and pabellon ones. Great flavor. What they need to improve is the organization; they don't double-check the order to make sure you get what you asked for. We ordered golfeados, and if we hadn't checked, we wouldn't have noticed they were missing. When we reminded them, they said they didn't have any (why not inform us when delivering the order?). We asked for a refund, but because they were busy, they were reluctant to return the money. In the end, we had to order more cakes as compensation.

The food is excellent but customer services is simply awful. If you com with the intention of having your empanadas here, be prepared to wait minimum 20 minutes. Personal is rude when getting orders. We thought to buy some raw empanadas they have in the refrigerator and they had such a very poor service reaction when I took the box by mistake, that we are not buying anything else!

Cliente frecuente son riquisimas sus empanadas tanto que manejo 40 min para ir a comerlas pero deberian mejorar su horario y actualizarlo aquí en google ya que dice abierto y me eche ese Viaje solo para encontrarme con que está cerrado.. tremenda sorpresa.! No basta con poner un papel en la puerta deben actualizar su horario en google en el monentico que estuve alli 5 personas mas llegaron y es bien desagradable pasar por eso! Uno va con hambre pensando que comera sus empanadas bien ricas y ZAS tremenda sorpresa se lleva!

Ante eran mas competentes, no se que esta pasando ahora, se vuelven un rollo, es lamentable, por lo menos yo ya no quiero ir ahi, las empanadas son buenas pero hay que esperar demasiado, inclusive si lo pides por telefono para pasar a recigerlas no estan listas, es un desastre. Al que le gusta esperar por mas de media hora, eso es a diario.

They charge 5 dollar for a 75 cent can of soda and no one there speaks English. I called and the lady that answered the phone keeps hanging up because i don't speak Spanish. This place takes advantage of the language barrier and charges outrageous price for a can of Columbiana soda. The empanadas are sweet like a Danish. Never again.
