Cecilio was incredibly helpful and friendly! I ordered the KATSEYE Special: KBBQ Chicken Sandwich Combo and honestly… the food was to die for. The sandwich was flavorful, juicy, and perfectly balanced with that sweet-savory KBBQ flavor. You can really tell care went into making it. For my sides, I got the 2-piece biscuit, and I also swapped items to try the Mango Coconut Quencher and the Mango Peach Pie, both were AMAZING. The drink was refreshing and tropical, and the pie was warm, sweet, and the perfect dessert. We actually drove a while just to try Jollibee, and I can confidently say I don’t regret it at all. The food was worth the drive, the service was excellent, and everything exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend giving it a try!

Amazing new Korean BBQ collab with katseye! Sauce was really flavorful and breading was cripsy and crunchy with very fluffy chicken on the inside! Cecilio helped clean our table and took care of us! Must try!!! Cecellio one of the employees is awesome. He’s very friendly and attentive. He saw me looking around the establishment for some napkins, told me to stay put (at my seat) and he returned back with a STACK of napkins. It was my first time coming because of ALL the social influencer hype on YouTube. So I came and tried several items. Jose the manager was very nice answered all my question and was super welcoming. It was a busy Sunday and he treated everyone with kindness and respect... Even the customers that weren't so nice and being very demanding. He made sure to satisfy their needs with his excellent customer service. I've noticed at other fast food establishments employees aren't so nice. So I was surprised how he handled the busy lines and people waiting for their food. He was very hands on and helped employees with orders to get thru quickly so people didn't have to wait long. We have been to this Jollibee location before. They are always amazing. The service is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean . Their price is reasonable. The reason is because they do provide you with quality fried chickens and never let you down. The chicken is always juicy and crispy. Their mashed potatoes always tasty. The gravy is so tasty 😋 So yummy 🤤 As a fast food restaurant, they have the best fried chicken. You must try to believe! We definitely recommending others. We gave them 10 out of 10 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Had seen this pop up and decided to try. The restaurant is brand new and CLEAN. The staff is FAST and AMAZING. I have the 3 piece chicken with fries. The fries were AWESOME, I found the chicken comparable to Publix fried chicken, which is GREAT. Will return and try other things from the menu.

Heard about this from traveling, but had the chance to really experience it, until this location opened up. Glad I went and enjoyed every bite , including the Ube pie, which surprised me. I'm making it my go to for every visit.

Wonderful and different styles of food that are definitely worth trying. Hot, delicious, and juicy chicken. Even the chicken sandwich was juicy and fresh, seasoned well with great breading. Unique dessert pies that are a must grab. Dine-in seating is comfortable and all members of staff were kind and helpful, especially Cecilio who checked on us while we were eating and made sure everything came out well.

The grounds were incredibly clean (not that I would expect Jollibee to be anything but), and the service was fast and accurate. We had a wonderful connection with the staff (Cecilio) as well. Treat yourself and your Filipino friends, and especially your non-Filipino friends so you get them hooked too!

I must share my experience with you - I was filled with doubt before tasting the California chicken from Vietnam. The idea seemed quite odd at first, but to my surprise, the joke was on me and my family. We, a group of six, decided to explore different items on the menu. The spaghetti, an unexpected find, turned out to be exceptionally delicious. The array of sandwiches offered, along with their delightful flavors, truly stood out. I wholeheartedly suggest visiting this place, especially if you plan to enjoy a family outing without overspending. And please whatever you do do not forget the dessert those pies where on point what McDonald’s please. Lol

Delicious chicken, noodle dishes, and sides! Went on their second day of business and everything went surprisingly smoothly. There was a considerable line but things moved quickly enough and the employees kept it well organized. Their fried chicken and adobo rice were my favorites but everything was good.

The food was great but the service was amazing the time they took the time to help us decide what to get was and try! Always a good experience here. Friendly staff and order is correct. Can get busy especially if they are busy frying fresh chicken but that’s a good thing they always have fresh items for you. Easy to order ahead if you have the app. Mr. Cecilio is very friendly.

First time trying Jolibee's! I'm a very big fried chicken affionato so this was on my bucket list. UberEats had a 60% discount on a $30 order with free delivery so I went for the 6 piece chicken bucket with mac/cheese, fries & Gravy. The delivery person did NOT knock on my door to advise me that the food was here! NOT NICE! After checking my messages I was informed that the food arrived! The chicken was good but I still prefer Popeyes original. The Cajun Fries at Popeyes are much better. The mac/cheese was just OK! To tell you the truth, Jollibee's is no big deal & is more expensive than KFC or Popeyes. They say the spaghetti is special but I don't think so!

Waited to order till we were closer since it said it was only a 5 minute wait and still had to wait a while even after the drive there. As for the KATSEYE chicken, it's a sweet and spicy sticky sauce on their regular friend chicken or sandwich. We tried both a bucket and a sandwich. Not sure if the sandwich was worth it as the bun and toppings kind of muted the sauced up chicken. The bucket though was fire and while not as crispy (due to the sauce) the flavor more than made up for it. If you like Korean BBQ flavor then I'd definitely make sure you get to try this before the collab is finished as it says it's limited time.

As a fried chicken enthusiast, Jollibee has been on my radar for a while thanks to the YouTube hype. After finally visiting the new local spot, I can say it lives up to the reputation. The experience was seamless—plenty of parking, a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent service utilizing an efficient buzzer system. I ordered the spicy two-piece and the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, with a spice profile that rivals my gold standard, Popeyes. The sandwich also holds its own against Chick-fil-A. While the fries and mashed potatoes were standard, the overall quality is impressive. Having visited locations in Canada and Manila, I’ve found the quality remarkably consistent globally. It is easily one of the most expensive fast-food chains, but given how busy it stays, the "Jollibee tax" seems worth it for the quality you get.

I finally got to try this place while on a business trip in the area. We have one location in Orlando, but it's on the other side of town and quite a long drive for me, so the timing here was perfect. I ordered a 3-piece spicy combo with a side of mashed potatoes and the infamous spaghetti. The chicken was delicious—very juicy, and as you bite into it, you can see the spicy seasoning inside. Super crispy and very satisfying. In my opinion, this spicy fried chicken has an edge over Popeyes. The spaghetti was a big surprise. The sauce is on the sweet side, and the pasta was al dente. It was pretty good and I would definitely try it again. The mashed potatoes? Well, they're mashed potatoes. Nothing special there. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was great! The spicy chicken was very good and moist. The spaghetti was sweet...would not have again. Adobo rice had a good flavor but fries were soggy. I enjoyed the gravy.

Finally a Jollibees Location in South Florida! The new location is very spacious will tons of seating. The staff is also very friendly and helpful when ordering. The wait time can be a little long when they are busy, I’ve waited about an hour for my food during the lunch rush. It’s not the best Fried Chicken I’ve had, but for a fast food chain it definitely up there. The chicken is always fried fresh and crispy and I would definitely stay away from the Spicy ones if you can’t handle your spice.

I decided to give this place shot after a friend recommended it. I had my meal delivered to me and I had the spicy chicken with the french fries. The chicken was crispy and i haven’t had chicken like this in a long time. My order came with a side of gravy which to be honest I didn’t like, but I bet it goes super well with some mashed potatoes. I really enjoyed the peach mango pie, it was sweet and it my most anticipated part of the meal. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

I have heard so much about this place chicken. I could not wait to try it. The store is located in a shopping plaza. The plaza has plenty of parking spaces all around. It is a place that is easy to find. It has a big, colorful sign. The specials are listed outside. You can see them before entering. Inside the staff was helpful and friendly. They made choosing and ordering easy. I got the 10-piece bucket. I had a combination of original and spicy. The chicken was very good I liked the crunch and flavor. I got a pineapple pie and a drink. I liked both. I thought the price was good. The restaurant has a good size area inside for sitting. It's happy and bright. I liked it. I liked my time here.

Stumbled across this restaurant by chance while in the area and glad I came in. The chicken is so good. The batter is crispy, has good flavors and the chicken itself tastes very good. Great crispy fries and really enjoyed the spaghetti. It was very different. I would say it tastes like baked beans on spaghetti. It was unique but very good. Service was a bit slow, staff seemed like they couldn’t keep up with orders but were apologetic about the wait. Will be coming back.

As a fried chicken enthusiast, Jollibee has been on my radar for a while thanks to the YouTube hype. After finally visiting the new local spot, I can say it lives up to the reputation. The experience was seamless—plenty of parking, a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent service utilizing an efficient buzzer system. I ordered the spicy two-piece and the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, with a spice profile that rivals my gold standard, Popeyes. The sandwich also holds its own against Chick-fil-A. While the fries and mashed potatoes were standard, the overall quality is impressive. Having visited locations in Canada and Manila, I’ve found the quality remarkably consistent globally. It is easily one of the most expensive fast-food chains, but given how busy it stays, the "Jollibee tax" seems worth it for the quality you get.

I went off hour (4p). No line, quick service and pretty good food. I mean, it's fast food but I would definitely go again... I wouldn't go out of my way though. I tried the spaghetti.. it was pretty good, not from a traditional Italian perspective but good. Second trip, there people in line in front of me .. took almost 45 mins to order and get food. This place is the definition of inefficiency.

I finally got to try this place while on a business trip in the area. We have one location in Orlando, but it's on the other side of town and quite a long drive for me, so the timing here was perfect. I ordered a 3-piece spicy combo with a side of mashed potatoes and the infamous spaghetti. The chicken was delicious—very juicy, and as you bite into it, you can see the spicy seasoning inside. Super crispy and very satisfying. In my opinion, this spicy fried chicken has an edge over Popeyes. The spaghetti was a big surprise. The sauce is on the sweet side, and the pasta was al dente. It was pretty good and I would definitely try it again. The mashed potatoes? Well, they're mashed potatoes. Nothing special there. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was great! First time at this branch and Jollibee never disappoints. Everything’s good and tasty, service is pretty fast considering that it is Sunday. The only comment that I can say is that their ube pie is kinda runny, like the filling drips with every bite. Taste was good but maybe it’s better if the filling can be a little bit thick and pasty. Cecilio is pleasant and accommodating, good service.

This was definitely an experience the distance was a bit far. The strawberry ice drink was just okay could have used more strawberries. The chicken was super spicy but not very flavorful . Rice was delicious and the spaghetti was okay then sausage was kind of sweet . Seems over hyped

I’ve always loved Jollibee for its chicken, but lately I’ve noticed the portions are getting smaller and smaller each time I visit. The taste is still there, but it’s hard to feel satisfied when the serving keeps shrinking. Hope they bring back the bigger pieces we used to enjoy…

The food was good, as expected from Jollibee in the U.S. However, our visit—about 30 minutes before closing, intending to place a to-go order—turned out to be very chaotic. Multiple order mix-ups occurred, including ours - twice. Although customers were still placing orders and many were waiting for theirs to be fulfilled, the kitchen had already appeared to be shut down, which seemed to be the main source of the chaos. Several customers ahead of us requested refunds, and a few were visibly frustrated after waiting nearly half an hour for missing items. It was also disappointing to see a couple of staff members consuming food items that hadn’t yet been launched. When I asked about it, rather than offering a friendly teaser, they responded defensively. If staff are enjoying unreleased items, it’s best done out of view. After the second mix-up, I asked for a full refund. By then, we knew the items we came for weren’t going to be available and didn’t want to spend more time in the chaos. The manager offered a couple of complimentary items, which we appreciated. Still, the overall experience was frustrating and easily the worst I’ve had at a Jollibee. I’m sharing this review primarily for management’s attention. The staff are likely aware of what happened (hopefully this isn’t a regular occurrence), so I won’t go into further detail. We drove 45 minutes hoping to enjoy specific favorites, only to leave somewhat empty-handed after a frustrating back-and-forth. I hope this leads to improvements in training and service—it would be unfortunate for others to have a similar experience.

After coming here a long time I started to notice the service has been slowly disappearing when we pick up our carry out. Family dinners we weren’t acknowledged at all not sure why was only 2 people that were done picking up food I finally told the girl my name asked for one extra sauce and was such a major thing was funny I’m Asking for just one !! lol all she said was I must pay pay !!! After ringing my order of 78.00 plus another order my wife placed we spent over a hundred dollars so to give a hassle for one sauce was pretty ridiculous I think the girl was Donna) just so unnecessary for extra hot sauce all the big chicken joints will give you as much sauces you want .. you have to prioritize your customers lose a loyal customer who spends 50-75 each time over a sauce 👎🏻

I have nothing to say about Jollibee’s food except that it’s flavorful and definitely something I would order again. What I didn’t like was the attitude of the female manager and the two male staff members taking orders, it felt like they didn’t want to be there. They also didn’t organize or explain the menu well, especially whether there were meal deals that could help customers save money. The manager often looked irritated and didn’t communicate well with guests or her co-workers. Big heads-up to Tatay Cecilio for being very accommodating, unlike the manager and the two staff members at the counter.

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. They got my order wrong (usually no big deal, people make mistakes), I went to get it fixed and they got it wrong a second time. When I finally got my (incorrect) chicken sandwich it tasted like it was 3 weeks old. I got a pie and it barely had any filling at all. 2/10

My family and I placed an online order for a family. When we arrived and to wait for our order to be finished ( no issues there). However when we arrived home (8 minutes away) the chicken was barely warm, greasy, soggy and appeared that it had been sitting around for awhile. The pies we ordered were a bit warmer but definitely not fresh either. This location used always have hot and fresh food wheh it first opened. The quality has declined considerably.

U honestly do not know why the ratings are at a 4. The chicken has no flavor. The spicy chicken wad not spicy. The gravy sauce a nasty. They only give dark meat and it’s super creasy and has a slimy crunchy texture.

This is my first time ever reviewing anything. I'm not sure if theyre a manager or what but I come here quite often and sometimes he is wearing his nametag and sometimes he is not which already is highly unprofessional especially from a higher up. If I recall correctly his name was Melvin and he seems like a terrible boss. I don't review anything but his leadership is disgusting. I have seen him ignore customers on a couple occasions but more importantly the way he treats his employees is terrible. The employees have always been so thoughtful and kind at least to me. They have always gotten my order perfectly correct. There have only been two occasions where my order has came back to me incorrectly and both times Melvin was there rushing them pushing them past their limit. That is not an employees fault that is a leadership problem. I am befuddled that this manager can still be in a leadership position when acting like this. Yelling at your employees and ignoring customers and as well as giving attitude is not the proper way to set an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Please find better leadership, I will not be eating here till the employees have a better role model and I will be telling my friends and family to boycott this establishment as well.

Disappointing Service and Order Mix-Ups at Jollibee Pembroke Pines I’ve had two really frustrating experiences at this location, and unfortunately, it’s led me to decide not to return. On my first visit about a month ago, I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal with two sides, specifically requesting legs. Instead, I received all thighs—2 original and 1 spicy. Though they corrected it, the original chicken was bland and needed the gravy to give it any flavor. On the other hand, the spicy chicken leg was quite flavorful. My second visit was even worse. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken leg. As I was just down the street from my apartment, I decided to check my order. Lo and behold, I was given a thigh again instead of the leg I requested. I turned back and explained the mistake to the girl preparing the food. Her attitude was dismissive as she snatched the box, threw it in the trash, and handed me another piece of chicken. To my dismay, it was another thigh. I had to insist repeatedly, “I want a leg, not a thigh,” to finally get the correct piece. The chicken sandwich was mediocre at best and doesn’t live up to the hype of the YouTube Content Creators that heavenly promote this establishment. These repeated issues with fulfilling a simple request, coupled with poor customer service, have left me thoroughly disappointed. I won't be returning to this Jollibee location.
