MOD Pizza

Great pizza! When ordering online, I like the option of "create your own pizza" and that you have an opportunity to specify how much of this or that topping you like. So I can go light on cheese and add A LOT of veggies. So I can get something more like a "real pizza" than an American style one. I like the crust too

Not only is the pizza amazing, but the service here is difficult to find today in 2024 and beyond. Marie and Dillon were so kind and amazing at explaining how this works " subway for pizza." I must say that nothing beats making your own pizza and eating it fresh from the oven. 100% thank you, Mod, and your amazing staff.

Mod Pizza is one of my favorite spots to grab a bite and hang out with friends or family. I come here often, and each visit is always a great time. The staff are super friendly and nice, making you feel welcome every time. The prices are very reasonable, which is great for the quality of the food you get. One of the highlights is that they have board games available to play while you wait for your pizza. If you're looking for a great place to enjoy delicious pizza and good company, I highly recommend Mod Pizza!

OMG.. I love this place. The pizza is always made perfectly. They never skimp you on toppings. The staff is always polite. Whether you sit in or take out I'm always satisfied. My weekly spot.

Today I went to the Pines Blvd. branch and Marie made my pizza, I loved her suggestion and great service. She must be valued as an example to follow. She is excellent!

3 years later and this place is still amazing and delicious. Great staff. Great food. First time here, staff was super helpful and courteous. We ordered 4 mod size pizzas. They were delicious. This place is great. Pizzas take less than 13 minutes to cook. The mod size pizza is a good size for 1 person, it’s $8.95 with unlimited toppings. If you want to add more meat all you need to do is ask.

This location had outstanding customer service! The associate was so kind and attentive—they walked my food to my table and even offered to remake another customer’s meal when it was overcooked, plus cut it into smaller pieces for their child. Above and beyond in every way.

But not only did the staff of this place come in clutch with a spare charger, but they let me sit there.Eating garlic bread and a coke. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. My grand-daughter, wife and myself decided to try something different for lunch today. We came for the first time to MOD PIZZA at the Pembroke Pines location, the place where you could add as many toppings as you wany in your pizza for the same price and the best part is that the pizza is cooked right in-front of you. I've created my pizza with many toppings and it came out PRETTY DAM DELICIOUS!!! The restaurant has the option to deliver, option to dine outdoors and the option to dine indoors. Great customer service and always with a smile on her face. We loved the pizza, we loved the restaurant and we loved the attention which means there will be plenty of more visits to the MOD PIZZA in Pembroke Pines. Great job guys!!! Keep it up.

Customer service is great. You walk in and your presence in acknowledged. Pizza is really good, unlimited toppings and crispy but not too thin! Although I would wish that for the biggest size the pizza would be bigger, but its a decent size for two people, if both can eat three slices each. I think the pizza makes you wanna keep on eating because I do not feel full! Lol Also, its reaaally cold inside, bring a sweater!

We got the gluten free Tristian pizza, wow, it was yummy! It was the best gluten free crust! Quick service and delicious! A must try if you want yummy pizza! We’ll be coming back!

Love Mod’s pizza. Sometimes they get super packed and you just gotta be patient. Pesto sauce is great. Fresh ingredients for a build your own pizza type place. Great for the kids too.

Love the gluten free crust options and how fresh everything is. There was a mix up with my order but the manager went above and beyond to make things right. Very impressed with the service.

We had a mini cheese and mini Tristan with a mini Caesar salad and lemonade (approx $30). Flavors were good... enjoyed the pesto on the Tristan.

Great customer service and clean location. Firs time here and got a mad dog pizza , caspian pizza with garlic bread. Good price for the size, really love the sausage and pepperoni more then bbq chicken one, garlic bread was good.

This was the first time trying this place. The one person work was very nice and explain what we could do with the combos and toppings. The pizzas are a good size, we even took home leftovers.

I got a free coupon in the mail. With that being said, everything tastes better when it’s free. I liked the personal size pizza option. I liked that I could add my own toppings. No one seemed irritated when I asked for more sauce and more cheese. The portion size works for me. I ate about half and took the rest home. This is good for a small quick bite. But if I’m ordering pizza for multiple people, I have two other pizza places that I ❤️.

I ordered two pizzas before work and I got one barely without pineapple, and the other pizza they didn’t put mushrooms. Like is annoying ordering food wait for the delivery and when arrives is incomplete.

Most of the people serving you do so out of reluctance, even worse if you ask for something extra for your pizza and pay for the price of the pizza that includes all the extras you might want to add.

It was busy and lots of people were in the line ready to make your pizza. However, the employees were young, which isn’t a bad thing when a manager or shift leader is clearly present, but whoever was in charge rarely stepped in and wasn’t definitive. The pizza is a tad smaller than most other pizza establishments but that wouldn’t mean anything if it were good. Going through the line, it was difficult asking for particular requests regarding the pizza, like asking for extra of something or spreading it out more. The line was very crowded and caused confusion. Once you get through, you pay and wait for you pizza. I ordered mine well done but was alerted when the employee manning the oven clearly had no experience doing so, and wasn’t being corrected or monitored. The pizza came out burnt, which I normally wouldn’t really mind, but the bottom of the pizza was black, while the top was undercooked. This means the oven was too high. The pizzas weren’t moved around in the oven either for even cooking, and the actual oven itself was dirty. At the end, where you add the finishing touches to the pizza, the employees were unprofessional and immature, exhibited they were young and mismanaged. It took a very long time to receive your pizza with any last touches, which left you with a warmish pizza. The pizza itself was tasteless and bland. The sauce was nothing to write home about and the cheeses had no taste. Again, the atmosphere was nice and the workers were incredibly pleasant, but the quality of t pizza and lack of training from the employees made my visit to MOD Pizza a regrettable one. Will not be going again, and will travel to Blaze Pizza instead.

This is really the last time I come to this place because not only are the toppings not fresh, but the staff is very bad, they are in a bad mood, they do everything reluctantly. They must improve the quality of their products and customer service.

Bad customer service after dining there 5x already i dont think we will return. The place is definitely cleaned but the chick they had on the line today was aweful. She never acknowledge me and my family standing there to be serve, i had to ask the young lady Izzy if the order of direction had change because we never had to wait like if there was no line. Izzy is a sweetheart with great customer service but unfortunately on this St Patrick sunday she was busy on the register taken payments from people who was ahead of us. This female im decribing decided to say i will be with you once im done. She ment done as in making the online orders, that wasnt the problem because i know places can get busy if there is not enough people to cover shifts but instead of having us looking like we lost, at least acknowledge we standing there. As she making our orders a co-workers walks up to tell her she is leaving for 2 months YEA I heard the convo because she stop dressing our pizza to talk to this young lady and then gives her a hug with gloves on and directs herself back to dressing our pizza. Before she touch anything i ask her to change her gloves and she did but her attitude got worse. The couple behind us was whispering if they should continue to dine there which is bad because it was now becoming a domino affect on customers. The guys that she pass the pizza down the line to was no better, they acted as if MOD was running low on toppings my husband said its still unlimited toppings right? But one thing i want to point out is 4 amazing workers that we dont mind giving tips to is David, i think his name is Ahmad he has little twist in his head, IZZy and This other young lady. I believe they work during the week or maybe they was off today besides IZZy. ALL of our pizza's was burnt. Had of we dine in we would have ask for our money back. I will be going back to PIEOLOGY even though its 8min away from my house and MOD 3 min away😡😡

We are vegetarian and the lady who made our pizza was so in hurry that she didn’t changed the gloves and she touch other things besides just making our pizza also she didn’t asked us anything else
