My experience was awesome. My first time going to this location, the servers were very friendly, helpful and patient. The food area was clean, the dining area clean and inviting. Our Cashier Christian was extremely nice as was everyone else, I just didn’t get all their names. I was also very satisfied with the food portions and the video was great!

Need a quick lite meal? Don't want the typical fast food? You HAVE to check out this place! First time customer and as long as they keep up with the quality/quantity, they will have me as a customer for life. I purchased the Thai Bol and was impressed. Plenty of food and a variety of fresh flavors in just one dish! The location was bright and clean. Staff was friendly. So happy there's another quality eatery in the neighborhood.

I love how fresh everything is here. Each item they offer has its own unique delicious flavors. The cilantro noodles and their roasted vegetables are so good. They have shrimp, beef, chicken, pork, tuna, or tofu to top off your bowl. Then add sauces, tomatoes, or avocados. I have enjoyed everything I've had here.

I stumbled upon Bolay while walking to Pincho Factory at Pembroke Lakes Square mall. It was their grand opening and 2 lovely ladies convinced me to come check it out. I'm glad I did because I became a regular customer. This is now my go-to healthy option after I go to LA gym in Pembroke Pines. I know the "create your bowls" concept has been growing like wildfire in SoFlo but I find the quality of food at this establishment far superior and prices are very reasonable too. For $8, you get 1 base, 1 veggie, 1 topping plus sauce. For $2 more, you get 2 bases, 2 veggies, 2 proteins, and sauce. For the base, I always go for the Cilantro Noodles, Forbidden Black Rice or Kale & Currant Salad. For veggies, I love the Cajun Sweet Potato, Paleo Sprouts or Balsamic Mushrooms. For protein, I don't have a favorite because they are all good but I ended up getting the Miso Glazed Tofu and Spicy Thai Shrimp on my last couple of visits. Now top your bowl masterpiece with a topping then you are good to go. I recommend the Goat Cheese crumbles. It just simply makes the different elements pop. And don't forget the different sauces if you so desire but I don't think it's necessary considering their so many ingredients crammed in the large bowl. I've been here 5 times and the service has been consistent. Always friendly and they will gladly give samples to try before adding to your bowl. The place is always clean and the food display counter is well organized. Bonus, they also provide free cell phone chargers for each table.

Bolay is my go to lunch spot on my work-from-home days. I love getting the small bowl with the: kale salad base , sweet potatoes, broccoli, tofu and cherry tomatoes. And I never forget to grab a chocolate chip cookie. Yum.

Im usually a picky eater and get the same bowls all the time but Jahsmyne suggested to change it up and honestly it was the best bowl I ever had she was such a doll for helping me out. She was very patient with me and even made sure I enjoyed it at the end. I definitely recommend this location and that specific staff. You will definitely see me again.

They were out of half the menu. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a veggie side. One we finally sat down to eat which was around 8:35/8:40, we were being rush out to leave. I would most likely never go back.

We did take out for the bowls . The quality of the food was great but the bowl did not have the sauce . So it tasted very dry and we couldn't go all the way back to get the sauce. I am extremely disappointed because I was trying this place for the first time and I was let down due to the carelessness.

This is pretty disappointing, because we usually do enjoy Bolay. The portions have been getting smaller and smaller at this location. But like I said, we enjoy it, so we continued to order. However for the price point, we can no longer continue. Our pick up order today looked like HALF of the portion it was prior. We should have checked it before we left, but they tie their bags and we definitely weren’t expecting it to be this rough. The food is still hanging on, so I would just suggest checking your portion before you leave. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I ordered on uber eats on saturday 9/6/25 11am. Order id: AABBEM639QAB I ordered the meal of broccoli, sweet potatoes, beans, cucumber tomato medley and 2 blueberry chia seed pudding. The meal seemed normal, the pudding had tape over it, but one of the puddings had a soap like scented hard substance. I tested it in the sink but it did not make suds and it rubbed on like oil or lotion. High chance This was deoderant or some other substance. Disgusting. Whoever is doing this needs to be investigated. Literal health hazzard. Already reported to uber.

Greetings, if I could put zero stars for service, I would. It seems to me that they are understaffed. There were only two individuals at the front taking all the orders by themselves. You can tell they’re trying to multitask and not make it obvious, but it’s clear as day that they need help. It’s only 5:50 p.m., but who knows how long it’s been like this today. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who noticed the situation. I could have made a big deal and reported this to corporate, but instead I decided to leave a review in hopes that it makes a difference. I’m not even sure if there was a manager on duty, which is very unprofessional. The employees taking the orders were nice and helpful, but you could definitely feel the frustration in the atmosphere. That’s not something customers should feel in a place where they’re supposed to be able to relax and enjoy a meal. Hope this helps. Safest regards.

Not only was the line incredibly long because there were only two employees at the front, but they ran out of or were running out of multiple items. When I started looking around I saw there was no manager present to help. Overall, I will no longer be recommending this location to anyone I know.

Arrived at 7:45 all chairs were picked up. All food picked up. Employee did not acknowledge us. I had to ask if they were open and the employee didn’t even look at us to say yes. All food was already picked up. Maybe it’s time to change the closing time since employees are ready to go before time.

My daughter and I wanted to try Bolay for the first time. We get there and I told the girl behind the counter that it was our first time here and we needed a minute to decide on what we wanted. She was not warm or friendly, extremely dry and robotic. I thought the rice portion for the size of the bowl was extremely small. They were sold out of the kale salad at dinner time which I found odd. The other options were half empty and looked very unappetizing. Our service felt rushed and everyone behind that counter was very dry and unfriendly almost felt like I was bothering them. They just wanted us out of their line, mind you there was only one other customer behind us. Needless to say we won’t be back. I rather go and drive to Naked Farmer. They are pleasant and the service doesn’t feel rushed. Do better Bolay!!!
