Barista Joe is just the best…Went in there heavily pregnant craving cinnamon had already been to like 3 other Target/Starbucks and he made me the best drink huge smile on his face i explained what i wanted and it was like he knew what to mix together to get the flavor i was craving…just went today to show him a picture of the baby and he made my drink again huge smile on his face great person great service always smiling i enjoy my coffee so much more knowing that the person making it enjoys their job!!!!
Excellent service. I went with my little dog and we ordered Puppuccino for him. The girls were very professional and friendly.

Gorgeous place! Staff were attentive and efficient. The drinks and food was well preapred. Even though there were a large amount of orders at the time of my arrival, the waiting time was more than acceptable. Drive through is naturally even quicker. It's a great stop for some liquid energy.

So today I tried the I guess caramel crunch and frappuccino or something like that totally amazing loved it going to get it probably 10 more times maybe even more I usually get la mocha but this one is actually pretty good

Honestly, it's not the first time, and I think maybe it was my mistake again not to check my order before leaving. Whenever I order something, something is missing. I paid for extra cream for my cappuccino, and again, they didn't include it. Honestly, I only noticed as I was leaving the parking lot, and in my haste, I didn't check. Now I have to be an external supervisor to know if they include everything you pay for.
Could have been bette. Had a Chai tea soymilk with splenda but tasted more soy milk than chai.🤔

Well, I'm going to give my opinion very honestly. This place makes my most horrible coffees and frappuccinos I've ever tried. Starbucks is famous for the excellent drinks they offer but in this place I don't know what they do that always taste horrible. Last December 26 at approximately 5:30 pm I went with my son, I ordered a caramel Frappuccino and a matcha cream and they tasted like pure ice, they had no taste of anything at all. I will never spend my money in this place again even though I am a regular Starbucks customer this location is the worst and I never recommend it

The service is horrible. I have never seen it take 20 minutes for 3 orders. It’s ridiculous how slow this is. I can’t even believe it to be honest. You would think 3 drinks and 2 pastries were being made from scratch.
I think this is the only Starbucks that doesn’t let you sit down to work. You can’t charge your laptop, and the service is very rude. The concept of Starbucks is to have a place where, while you consume, you can sit with a book or a laptop. This place is not a real Starbucks, and the coffee is terrible.
They made me the frappuccino. A blonde lady and she didn’t tell me they were ready. To the point of almost becoming totally liquid. They spent more than 5 minutes at the counter without warning. And the lady told me that it was not her job to tell me. That they should have sent me a text.

Even when I requested not to utilize oatmilk on my coffee the employee insist that the only way she can prepare a coffee is like that and even when she assure me that she was going to utilize regular milk, she anyways put oatmilk on the coffee is like come on theres people allergic to some stuff , it was a really bad service.
This place is ridiculous how they have only one employee working at a time. No line and still take 20 mins to get whatever you ordered.

This Starbucks location always has some sort of issue. It is ridiculous. I came in my birthday to get my birthday gift and they didn’t have iced coffee. I’m gonna say that again they didn’t have iced coffee. How ridiculous does that sound? Place is dirty and they only had one worker super slow.

The lady who works is very rude, she doesn't want to work, a tall lady with big eyelashes, I don't recommend it.

Rude person. He said they close at 8 even though in google it says it closes at 9. People were waiting in front of me. It was 10 minutes past 8. So is he trying to convince me that they have been waiting before 8!!! Fix your hours. Bad experience. I saw the guy came right before me in 1 minute and he did let him wait in the line to order!!!!

Takes way too long to complete orders. EVERYTIME.
Ordered a Pink Drink from this location, according to the seller “They did not have any re freshener”, so i ordered a caramel frap which came with no whip cream and it was made in a rush. As i receive my frap, the employee takes his Venti Pink Drink that was “out” and goes to the back. I never knew that Starbucks valued their employee more than their customers. I will edit the comment once i can get the barista’s name. Unprofessional and last time i come to the location.

Too slow attention
Twenty minute wait just to order. The girl in the back was hand mashing for 5 minutes. She kept on coming in and out of back, casually chatting with her co-worker. The cashier was taking orders & making coffee because she was so slow. The line was 8-9 clients deep and she did one order. Manager, get your people to work.
