Love this dunkin, always under staffed, but always a smile on their faces, they move as quickly as they can through orders, and the orders are always correct. The only comment is that the management should hire more people so the hard workers you have, have more support and dont want to leave!
The turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich is good
Everyone here is so friendly- my coffee is perfect every time and the drive through is super fast
So they messed up my order and still get 5 stars. Thats what good customer service can do. I called last night to preorder 4 dozen donuts and 4 boxes of joe for a meeting. Needed 6:45am pick up. I walk in on time, and see right away from the look on their face, the night crew never told the morning crew. But the two team members asked for 10 minutes to pull it together, which they did with a smile, and got me on my way. I wish I had your names to share here, but to the crew this morning who just put their heads down and got it done, nice job! And Thank you!!
Friendly and courteous staffs. Newly renovated exterior and interior with plenty seats to chill and eat. Sunoco gas station which sells gas at the lowest price around here. The drive-thru, however, is a bit tacky and exiting will be challenging for new drivers. Gaze donuts run out fast at this location, so don’t be surprised if they’re out of stock by 12pm. There were times my hot chocolate tasted off, but they always fix the problem when I informed them of such.
What I ended up ordering was good service good just don't like that they regularly get rid of certain items and it unfortunately is usually the thing I prefer like can we please bring back the option for a ham egg and cheese
Bathrooms had no soap, no roll for TP and not exactly clean. After that I didn't order because standards are low
You don't expect much when you go in but to not be acknowledged is truly unacceptable. I finally called out to the 5 people working there to see if anyone is was waiting on in store customers or were they just doing drive through. One of the employees at the drive up window says they were busy... Hello??? So if they can't handle walk ins close it and just do drive through. The only nice person was a young man who finally took my order.
I stopped by today with my girlfriend to grab two iced coffees and the promotional Dunkin’ glove. We ordered two drinks but were only given one glove, even though both of us were clearly there and purchased drinks. That was disappointing. What really stood out was the customer service. My girlfriend needed to use the restroom and asked politely for the key since it was locked. The staff responded with a rude and annoyed tone, as if it was a problem just to ask. There was no reason for that kind of attitude. On top of that, my iced coffee wasn’t made properly. Overall, the service has declined tremendously compared to how it used to be. I was actually a brand ambassador for the grand reopening at this location a few years ago, and the customer service back then was excellent. It’s unfortunate to see such a big difference now. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers retraining staff on both drink quality and customer service.
This happened today less than an hour before I am writing this. I stood at the counter for several minutes, long enough that my entire time there ended without receiving any service at all. The manager, Ashley, who ignored me when I asked for her name and forced me to get it from another staff member, looked right at me multiple times, then deliberately turned away as if I was not even there. At one point, I overheard her making little jokes while glancing in my direction, as if my presence was some kind of entertainment. The difference in treatment was undeniable. A white customer walked up shortly after, and suddenly Ashley’s demeanor flipped, warm greeting, “How are you,” full attention, immediate service. Meanwhile, I was still ignored. Whether intentional or not, this is blatant selective service and completely unacceptable in any business. If anyone from corporate or upper management wants the full details, you can reach me by email or by responding to this review, and I will gladly explain exactly what happened.
My experience? HORRIFIC. There were 4 very immature female staffers there & 1 young male. There was NO ONE in the store, 1 person at the drive thru. The females ignored me @ the counter as they giggled & hugged each other for a few mins. After finally getting their attention, I informed 1 that the bathroom was FILTHY & had no toilet paper. They laughed & talked among themselves then informed me there WAS no toilet paper. I asked where the employee bathroom was. They told me but as I turned to walk there, they said I couldn't use it. I said they'd better allow it or there'd be a problem on their floor. 1 said they were going to clean up the public restroom but just stood there staring at me. "Well, go, then!" I said. Another female said no, forget it, "we won't tolerate being treated that way" and I should leave. I walked back to the bathroom but someone locked the door. I'm astounded that they had no work yet they ignored me AND let the public restroom get into such a filthy condition in the first place AND felt so entitled that they thought THEY were being mistreated. If I treated a customer as they treated me, I'd be fired ON THE SPOT. SHAMEFUL. Needless to say, I didn't buy anything there as I'd intended. This is coming from a person who's been a Dunkin' customer since the company was founded.
This use to be a decent Dunking Doughnuts but it’s now absolutely trash. The staffing has changed and all respect is gone from this place. I never had so many orders screwed up… mixing up chi latte for matcha.. then had the nerve to give me a cold cup of I don’t know what, a sandwich half way cooked.. I use to like to come here but now either get a new team or SHUT THIS DUNKIN DOWN FOR GOOD!!! Better off going to the Dunkin by Walmart. It’s worth the trip and extra gas mileage.
So I just wanted to order some Munchkins but the girl with the braces told me she had a better deal for me. She took me in the back and asked if she could grease me up with bacon fat, I was shocked but once she was finished slamming my head into the donut machine it wasn’t so bad. 10/10 can’t wait for another round!
All the staff need to be trained how to communicate with customers. Especially, those working the early morning shift that clearly don’t want to be at work. Giving a customer nonverbal queues to order or acting like they are not standing at the counter is not customer service.
It's a terrible service, they make mistakes and don't want to fix the order, when the mistake was theirs. It's not the first time this has happened. Other Dunkin' Donuts are better.
A while back Dunkin’ Donuts used to be good. I don’t know what happened. It must be the new management they have. The last six months they’ve been getting my order wrong. they’re very rude I will not go to that Dunkin again.
I’m not sure who is slower this Dunkin or the one across rt 9. Every time I get something on an English muffin it is never toasted, despite me selecting toasted on the mobile app. I have never seen anyone enjoy an untoasted raw English muffin. I had to go into the store to request a new sandwich on a toasted English muffin and was assuming I would see a short staffed team since I had waited at the drive through screen for five minutes without anyone saying anything. There were 7 staff members in there. I don’t understand Why this Dunkin has gone so down hill. I even have to request a straw at the drive thru for my iced coffee.
We went to the dunkin on route nine w in poughkeepsie NY. We ordered ahead yet still had to wait twenty minutes when we finally got our food it was cold and gross, and our drink was mostly water. Only the donuts were ok
Been here twice and each time the service was slooooow and without any courtesy. Second and last time there they had one woman handling the drive-thru, another putting together all the food and beverage orders and after standing at the counter for a few minutes waiting just to place an order they called someone to come out to help me. That took another couple of minutes. All for overpriced coffee and stale donuts.
Dunkin is consistently inconsistent. Depending on time of day and the store, you get different service and products. My beef today is I ordered 2 donuts, got to the window and was told you don't have the ones I ordered 10 seconds ago at the menu. Then I'm given 2 chocolate glazed instead, upside down, with no papers in between. So all my chocolate was stuck to the bottom of the bag. Your employees are not trained consistently, you're always out of product, and 9/10 times they make the drink wrong anyway. Do companies not care about customer service anymore? Do you just expect people to continue spending their money regardless of the quality of product you offer? Companies are cutting corners to save money, and training is the number 1 spot to take a hit. Train your people. If you're going to charge $2 for a donut, it better be edible. Customers are no longer king in this country. And that's why so many companies go under.
