Love this store a few times the ordering online due to there site not corresponding with recent sales or getting locked out of and account and if you call in your rewards can be compromised. The staff is awesome the delivery staff always gets there fast. Supplies need to be a priority for management nakins or paper plates are never available. Or rarely this can be a bit much when your having guest over and you have food and no way to serve it or a napkin to promote your business wouldn't hurt....overall excellent product and great staff And here's the awesome stuff yall have cooked up.... thanks again guys .

Our order was excellent! The driver was very friendly. Pizza was still hot and fresh. Gluten free options are available. They delivered the pizza in a very fast and friendly manner.

Very happy with service and pizza n bites were delicious..I ate some on the way home... The man was polite and took my order to my car where I was waiting. I have issues walking. I was glad I didn't have to stand and wait. I'll be back for sure.

I've been getting pizzas here for a long time, but I have to say this past Sunday when I got my two pizzas they were the best they've ever been 95% of the time they're great but sometimes you get you know someone who is lazy or they just don't care or they don't read the instructions and so it's not made with TLC you know what I mean? But unfortunately the worst thing is at peak times they don't have enough people in there working making the pizzas I mean it'll be one or two people which is insane and then they expect you know everything to be perfect. management really needs to get it together there because all the times I go in there and there's only one or two people working 😔 so all I can say is step Up management

Pizza is delicious but when are these people going to learn how to cut a pizza? More than a handful of times I’ve received a pizza and it’s either not cut at all or not all the way through. I’ve even called and let them know.

Food is always hitting, service is hit or miss but they try. The worst that you can say is that they sometimes don't cut the pizzas all the way.

Using the app has gotten more frustrating to use. It doesn't save your last order anymore. The service in person is wonderful you get what you ordered.

Pizza is good. Ordering on app is quick and easy. Lava cakes are the best!

Saw a commercial for the deep dish pizza today so we decided to try it. It seems as though someone may have forgotten the pizza sauce. It was like that on all three pizzas. The pizza was OK, but I think it would have been better with sauce we could taste.

Order 1105 Pizza was not as ordered in fact was nasty. No sause, no onion, no beef, no green peppers..this equaled to half of what was ordered. Of what was assembled seemed piled towards center of pizza and shook. Not sure if pizza comes with side sauce but it dod not. Also the wing order no ranch sauce. Almost 30.00.plus 4.00 tip.

Placed a delivery order and it was delivered without the garden salad that was on my order. Among the salad the order had two medium two topping pizzas which were on a coupon for $5.99 each. Instead was charged $6.49 each. Plus one of the pizzas was supposed to have extra pepperoni to sub for the other topping and it didn't. It barely had any at all. Talk about skimpy with their toppings. Little Caesars puts more on theirs and it's cheaper. The only reason we ordered from there, is because my mom wanted cheesy bread. Ordered two cheesy breads, one just cheese and the other bacon , jalapeño and chz. In which that one was skimpy with the jalapeños. The order was $43 and change and wasn't even worth the price we've paid.

They can't seem to be able to get my orders right. Like 3 times in a row. I've been doing Dominoes for about 30 years. It has never been so bad. I'm about to give up.

We haven't had a pizza in over a year and a half and we're really looking forward to it. Sadly they were late on the 2 minute guarantee, we didn't get part of the order we paid for, and it was so greasy it stained the car seat before he got home. I guess the extra grease washed out all the flavor because it was very bland. I did not care for the app either, while ordering the $7.99 pizza it does not show all the up charges until you check out, raising the cost significantly in some cases. And the "return if it's not right" is a joke, 20 min home, oops not right, take it 20 min back, wait 15-20 for new one, 20 min back home again, and eat the rest of your order stone cold. I'd rather feed it to the dog and never order again. His pizza was... Ok. The twists and apple were good, except the insane grease. I can't comment on the drivers, they don't deliver out here.

So, I have tried both Dominos in La Vernia and Floresville, it must be a corporate decision to not put much sauce on the pizzas. The crust bubbles up and burns and the flavor is not there. I went in and watched them make the pizza, barely any sauce, you could see the bare spots, and sure enough the crust bubbled and burned. If they are trying to cut back to save on costs, they are going to keep losing customers. I will go get a Home Run pizza, plenty of sauce and cheese.

I like the delivery drivers, they're always friendly and they usually deliver much faster than I expect. However, the food is a hit or miss. I used to work at a pizza shop and you always knew who was working by the quality of your order. In this case, I still need to figure out who's working when the pizza is good! Otherwise, it's always a waste of money, especially since we are a family of 8. It's very disappointing.

I don’t understand why people go here $16 for a medium pizza and drink and wanted to charge extra after the fact for a packet of Parmesan cheese. Inflation is a b but come on not worth the hassle going to this place

I used to go here a lot when I lived in Floresville and when Sara was the manager. Back then, she had that place running great and the pizza was good. Now, they get orders mixed up and they can't cut the pizzas right. It just seems like the staff just throws things together without a lot of effort or care.

Exceptionally rude staff. 40 min on hold after being double charged. Pizza delivered 3 hrs and 20 min after order (Tuesday afternoon). And it was not what I ordered. Wow! Did not manage to get a single thing correct, how is this place in business?

Placed an order and had it sit on a warmer for an hour. I had to cancel the order. No heads up or anything. Sucks man... Pizza Hut from here on out I guess!

Asked for 2 item special for $5.99 and was told I had to have 2 different items. The sign says mix and match your way. My way was 2 medium pizzas. Was told I had to pay full menu price. Also, store was dirty looking (dust all over the customer area, corn meal all over the make area and floor, dirty dishes)

The tracker said my food was ready 30 mins ago and when I got here it wasn’t ready and the guy said I needed to wait an additional 8 mins and it upsets me bc I have a short lunch break and they wasted my lunch break by not having my food ready when the pizza tracker said it was ready

On Monday, October 31 I called to have pizza delivered to my home, only to be greeted on the phone by possibly THE rudest (I later found out) Manager, Jessica. After letting her know they don't deliver to my home, rather to the Valero off 775/181 she abruptly cut me off with a sassy "NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO we DO NOT deliver to THE Valero." How would I know this, if you hadn't done it before. We exchanged some conversation where she, with her giant attitude told me they don't do that and hadn't done that in over 6 years (even though I had pizza delivered at least within the last year) and I've live in my home for 8 years and have had pizza delivered from Dominos many times to the Valero. with that I got a sassy NOPE, NOPE then she hung up on me. When I phoned back, the great customer service skills from Jessica came out as I began to ask for her name she hollered over me "heeellllloooo hellloooo, I cant hear yooooouuuuu all I hear is static. Is someone there? I cant hear you. Uhm I cant hear you. Hello. Hello. You must have the wrong number. Hello. Hello." Then hung up again. With that I drove the 15 miles to the store to see who this mouth was on the phone. When I asked to speak to the manager who speaks so disgusting on the phone Jessica stated she was the manager on duty but with her grand attitude declared she had not been on the phone with me and had not taken calls all day long. She said NOPE NOPE NOPE it wasn't me ... which sold her right away that it was her. After a long chat that went nowhere she began to laugh thinking her behavior was funny. Another asst mgr tried to defend her saying she is a good person. Someone needs to remove her from the telephones immediately and demote her from management as she is the worst example of customer service for your company. She is rude, she has an attitude that won't stop and her commitment to your company is nonexistent. I still have yet for someone to call me to discuss this matter as they will not get me to the GM.

If I could give the domino's pizza in Floresville Texas a 0 then I would but there isn't an option for that, so I put a 1. They don't deserve 1 star. My reason for this is because last Friday I ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza with jalapeños on garlic crust, 1 medium pepperoni with garlic crust a 1 medium breakfast bacon thin crust and 1 order parmesaen bites. I picked up my order from the Floresville location and drove back to my home in La Vernia to find that I had 1 large jalapeño think crust, 1 medium cheese, 1 Canadian bacon medium and they didn't give me my parmesaen bites. Called them and they said they were going to credit me for a large 2 topping, 2 medium pizzas and 1 order of parmesaen bites. Called today 10/14/16 to use my credits and they did not honor the credit I was originally told. They now only want to give me 1 large 1 topping pizza. UNACCEPTABLE. I feel that I need to call corporate!

Second time ordering for delivery, 1st time had to pick it up ( delivery to long ) 2nd time ( 1hr still waiting ) called for status for delivery, another 30min?? ( unectiable ) not going to pick up this time, I ordered delivery, I expect delivery. If dominoes can't deliver on time then cease to stop delivery until upper management can rectify the problem. They messed up my delivery order and when I called the manager Samuel was very rude to me, saying I didn’t order the 3rd pizza. I told him I order the same thing every time I order and was charged the same price. The manager yelled at me over the phone saying you didn’t order the 3 pizzas and that all his drivers were out. I asked for his name then he decides to tell me he would deliver the missing pizza. This manager needs to learn to remain calm when customers are not happy with their orders instead of yelling at the customers especially this customer that orders at least 2 times per week.

Well I called and Asked if they deliver and they said "Yes". So I went on to order. I was excited bc Pizza Hut does not deliver anymore. So, then it was then to give them my address. Last but not least, time to pay. I gave them card number expiration, and the zip code the card originated and billing. Well it wouldn't accept it. The employee entered it several times and still rejected. So he called his supervisor. Well he came back and said his supervisor told him that DOMINOES does not deliver anymore!! What a disappointment!!!!! I ordered all kinds of food For a good spread!!! I told them NO WAY!! You h@ve delivered before to our home. They still would not take the order!!! Needless to say - Im never eating at Dominoes ag@in!!
