We came here for Valentine’s Day and overall had a really lovely experience. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. From the steak to the appetizers and dessert, everything tasted as good as it looked. The ambiance was warm, intimate, and perfect for a special occasion without feeling stuffy or overdone. The service was top tier and none of the staff missed a beat! That said, the bar was a bit of a letdown. They were out of both spiced rums they carry, which felt surprising for a dinner service on Valentine’s Day, and the beer selection didn’t include a well-known light beer option. Not a deal-breaker, but it did limit choices more than expected. Still, the strengths far outweighed the shortcomings. Great food, great atmosphere, and a place I’d absolutely return to, just hoping for a more fully stocked bar next time.
We celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday and retirement at Sip and Savor on January 31st, 2026, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. My husband and I have been regular customers since the restaurant opened, and we’ve always experienced outstanding service and consistently delicious food. But this party took everything to a whole new level. From the very first conversation, Jason, the manager, made planning effortless, always responsive, thoughtful, and attentive. On the day of the party, he called to check in and ensure everything would be ready, which set the tone for a flawless evening. I also worked closely with Delainey Anderson, the event coordinator, who was an absolute joy. She handled every detail with efficiency and care, offered great suggestions, and was always quick to respond to emails and texts. The service from Chelsey and Trent was beyond exceptional. They managed to make every guest feel cared for while seamlessly letting the party flow naturally. At the last moment, I realized I had forgotten to include my husband and myself in the final guest count (entirely my mistake) but Chelsey and Trent quickly and gracefully accommodated us at the head of two tables without a hitch. Their attentiveness extended to every detail, from helping us to set up, room temperature and music volume to helping my daughter with the slideshow. One of our guests had dietary restrictions, and I was delighted to find that the staff had already taken care of it before I even mentioned it, a true testament to their thoughtfulness. The food and drinks were outstanding, and our four grandkids were treated like royalty with their own menu options. Throughout the evening, multiple guests remarked on how delicious everything was and how exceptional the service felt. The private setting struck the perfect balance of casual and chic, making the celebration feel both intimate and festive. If you’re looking for a restaurant that can handle milestone events with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care, while also delivering incredible food, Sip and Savor is truly unparalleled. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make this a night we will never forget.

We had our daughter's 16th birthday party dinner at Sip + Savor recently and it was amazing. Although we were unable to budget for the private room, Delainey worked with us to set up a semi- private area with a long table. She helped us pick a menu and even printed them out for each guest, matching the invitation. We were allowed to come a little early to decorate the table, which was so nice. All 12 teenagers loved the dinner, the food was great and we were delighted to see 12 empty plates! Our server Jackson was top- notch and did a wonderful job taking care of everyone.
Great service by Kyle. A little hard to hear my tablemates. Yummy cocktail, La Isla Bonita. Wish the blue cheese chips plate was a little larger serving. Great acidity on the side salad. Order the crab cakes! So tasty, great sear, very tender. Normally, at restaurants I am disappointed to have to ask for salt and some citrus to make an entee taste like it should, but no need here. Expertly seasoned, perfect remolade sauce, by Chris we heard. Had the unique white wine from Spain and it paired perfectly. Dessert was limonlchello bread pudding. Ordinarily, bread pudding is too gloppy, overwhelmingly sweet, but this one tonight was actually balanced, slightly sweet, and just the right amount lemony. We'll be back soon!
I love eating at Sip and Savor so it was a no brainer to hire them to cater my father in laws memorial service at our house. The prices were reasonable and the food was incredible! I didn’t even get a chance to sample everything because it disappeared too quick. The best part was the service. Annabelle was our server and was over the top with professionalism and care. She made a beautiful arrangement and food care of everything. I was able to relax and visit with my guests while she handled the rest. I really can’t imagine the event without them there. If you are thinking of hiring a caterer for your event, do not hesitate to call Jenn at Sip and Savor!
Sip & Savor in Highland Village is an absolute gem! Their wine pairing dinners are always thoughtfully curated and such a fun experience. The service is consistently warm and attentive, and the food is outstanding, especially the pork chops, which are hands-down the best I’ve had anywhere. They have an excellent wine and cocktail selection, and what really sets this place apart is how involved the owners are. They’re always present and truly care about making sure every guest has an amazing experience. I come here often with friends and family, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend!
The experience was fantastic, the staff is great and our food was delicious we ordered the goat cheese as an appetizer, the steak & frites, the beef ribs and a salad with a few cocktails. Overall highly recommend. Scott the owner was very hands on making sure every table was having a good time.
My wife and I had dinner at Sip & Savor and it was so good. The sea bass entrée was perfectly buttery and paired amazingly with the purple sweet potato mash. We also tried the sweet chili shrimp, and the fried rice that came with it was next-level. Also—their cocktail menu is legit. Super tasty, well-balanced drinks and a great selection. And don’t skip dessert — the strawberry cake was honestly killer. Great energy, beautiful interior, awesome service… just an all-around good vibe. Highly recommend!
We love Sip & savor! First of all it’s beautiful and the service is great. Jake was wonderful and very attentive to my dietary restrictions. I am gluten and dairy free. I’ve gotten several things on the menu, modified and not, but today I had the burger and it was AMAZING! The best gluten free bun I’ve ever had. The burger was so tender and yummy. I can’t recommend enough!
I hosted my 40th birthday dinner at Sip and Savor with 27 of my closest friends and family, and it was absolutely perfect. The service was phenomenal—high energy, warm, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. The room lent itself beautifully to my vision of something quaint and magical, and the setup created the perfect balance of space to enjoy a lovely dinner while still being able to converse with everyone. The wait staff was outstanding, and both the appetizers and meals were delicious. The event planner and restaurant manager are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Truly an unforgettable experience—I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate.
BRUCH FOR 4.. start with their flavored mimosas Had their famous whipped goat cheese and braised short ribs to start - absolutely stunning …. They brought extra bread for the goat cheese without even being asked. Main course was the hot honey chicken and waffles and the plate was scraped clean (‘nuff said) and the not so French dip.. the au jus was fantastic and the sandwich itself was scrumptious. We had a wonderful young man server who was so attentive and focused. Overall 12/10 for quality, service and food! A definite winner and we will be back!
My husband and I came here 2 days after Christmas so not expecting much besides good food. The servers were very nice, the hostess was very friendly, and our waiter was perfect. The overall ambience was extremely enjoyable. The cocktails were unique as well as the food. I had the Not So French Dip sandwich which was amazing. If you’ve ever had birria this is like an American version of it. I highly suggest getting the side salad as it pairs very well with the savoriness of the sandwich. Hubs had the cheeseburger and he raved about the tomato jam because he hates ketchup. Roasted cauliflower appetizer was delicious. Service was phenomenal. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place that makes their drinks and food very unique and memorable. I would definitely come back!
I was brought here by a friend on a wine pairing night and I am hooked! These specialized events are exceptional! The food, the service and overall atmosphere exceeds dining experiences while maintaining a casual and welcoming feel! The owners go above and beyond to support our community in a variety of ways! I cannot recommend this establishment enough!
Great place. Started with a phone call because my daughter has dietary restrictions. Person that answered the phone was incredible! Knew the menu very well. We arrived and were greeted with courtesy and seated quickly. Our server, Jake, took dietary restrictions seriously and was very helpful. Food was excellent. Had a 2x burger, chicken meatballs, Pasta Bolognesse, and chicken farfalle. Great drink selection. Best Bourbon list anywhere! We will be back. Thanks for the great service and care!
We took our family pics in the area and decided to stay on this side of town to have dinner. We chose Sip+Savor based on their ratings and it did not disappoint. From the genuine greeting as we walked in, great staff service and amazing food - we were all blown away! To top it off, the owner came by our table to check on us - genuine check in and very sweet personality! We will be back - thank you for a great evening Sip+Savor - perfect way to end a great family day!
Sip + Savor was the perfect place to host a baby shower! I was so impressed with the support we had in planning the event ( thanks Delainey!) as well as the attention to detail during the event. The food was amazing which was the main reason we chose this venue. Many of our guests commented it was the best baby shower they had ever been to!
I have not ONE bad thing to say about this place! Good was phenomenal. I love the modern style of the restaurant. The menu items had fun names. Our waiter was AWESOME and very helpful. Would most definitely go back!!! Chicken and waffles were a big hit!!
This review is over due but better late than never. I chose this location to hold my bridal shower purely due to the reviews. The theme for the shower was derby hats, pearls and gloves. I went through the process of working with the event coordinator Delaney who was FAB btw, not knowing what to expect. They did a great job working with me on the food selection as well as the decor layout. The shower was held on 9/20/2025. Upon arriving I was in tears!!! Everything was laid out beautifully! I was immediately greeted by the 2 dedicated servers for the day (forgot their names) but the 2 gentlemen did a great job serving us and ensuring my guests were taken care off from pouring the champaign, serving the food and cake. Let's talk about the food. The food was AMAZING and exceeded all my expectations and I'm not just saying that as I am a foodie and will always provide an honest food review. The stand out dish was the salmon and the stand out appetizer dish was the fried asparagus but I really enjoyed the chicken meatballs. I'm still getting messages from my girls about how they enjoyed the day and I plan to bring my fiancé back for our next dinner or brunch date. If you are looking for a classy venue to "wow" your guests or just looking for another eatery to add to your list, you won't be disappointed with Sip + Savor. I wish the owner well and I hope this eatery lasts so go and support them!

What an absolute delight. Open air high ceilings lots if seating bright and inviting. Great food selection. I had the Bacon shrimp BLT and OMG it was just amazing. Could only eat half. Had it served with fries and I had enough for lunch the next day. Our daughter had the beef sandwich and she also had enough to take home. Hubby had a traditional breakfast and it also served healthy hefty portions. Home made jam, fresh sourdough bread, what's there not to love about this place. We will be back and tell all our friends to visit as well. Kudos to the Chief and staff.

Emma is such a great waitress, excellent service! For as meals, I had the sweet chili shrimp with a side of mac n cheese + bacon + chives and my husband had the short rib. All of it was so delicious, tender and flavorful, my goodness!!! We will definitely return!
A Worthwhile Journey for a Memorable Experience We drove 4.5 hours to attend Sip and Savor Restaurant’s bourbon and burger pairing dinner—and it was absolutely worth every mile. The food was outstanding, with each burger thoughtfully crafted to complement the unique flavors of the bourbons. The pairings were spot-on, offering a creative and delicious experience. What truly set the evening apart was the people. The owners were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout the event. You could tell they care deeply about creating something special. The staff reflected that same energy—friendly, professional, and always making sure guests were comfortable and enjoying themselves. This wasn’t just dinner—it was an experience. We’ll be talking about it for a long time and hope to return again soon!
Fantastic first experience. We opted to just share a bunch of appetizers this time, but the menu looked very impressive. The appetizers were amazing so I can only imagine that everything is amazing. Our server, Landon, was very informative and accommodating. I definitely recommend the Wagyu short ribs.
We hosted a rehearsal dinner for our son and his fiancée at Sip + Savor last week. We can't say enough good things about how wonderful the evening was. The food was simply amazing, the kitchen and wait staff went above and beyond. The atmosphere was just right. The owner and event manager were very helpful to answer every question we asked. We had 50 guests and they all raved about the food and the venue. Well done, Sip + Savor! We are grateful we chose to have our event at your establishment!
I’m so mad that I’ve lived in Flower Mound 5+ years and am just now discovering this place!! We had a great meal on a Saturday date night!! Warning - parking sucks so give yourself extra time for that. My husband ended up parking at Whole Foods and walking to the restaurant I started with a lemon drop martini which was delicious and very well balanced! For appetizers we had the tuna poke and a beet salad. The tuna poke was amazing, I loved that they added a chili crunch on top to give it some heat. The beet salad was good but I think I could count on one hand the number of tiny cut up actual beets that were in the salad so that was disappointing. For entrees we did the wagyu experience which was a 7 oz strip and 6 oz filet (we did medium rare) with truffle whipped potatoes and then we added the hot honey Brussels sprouts. The steak was EXCELLENT- both were cooked to perfection and not overly salty which I feel many places struggle with. The truffle potatoes were okay - they were lukewarm at best and very little truffle flavor. We loved the Brussels sprouts. For dessert we went with the rotating option which was a lemon and olive oil cake. This is never something I would pick haha (my husband picked it) however I was so pleasantly surprised! It was very moist and paired well with the fruit and whipped cream! I had a white chocolate martini since none of the dessert options appealed to me. I would’ve loved to have seen another chocolate option like a cake (not a torte, those are super rich and you can only eat a few bites) or a chocolate peanut butter dessert. But overall our meal was delicious and we’ll definitely be back because there are so many things we want to try!
