Excellent food The service was good they were just extremely busy.

Never have I ever had a bad meal here… I probably come here about once a month and my order is always correct and perfectly cooked. I always order the bbq chicken and I recently tried the fish and shrimp. It did not disappoint whatsoever. My wait time for food is usually under ten minutes and this is around 5pm. Staff is always friendly and pleasant.

Loved this place, atmosphere is very nice, tables are clean, right after I left they immediately cleaned the table for next people to sit down, the food is delicious the portion sizes are great with mini being a full meal and normal having extra to take home.

I feel like ever time I come here its packed, which is great for the business but the wait is numbing. I noticed the other day that there was only 1 chef so I can't get too upset but it's just frustrating. Theu need to hire more people to work there because the wait is always obscene. Other than that, the food is great and the premise is clean.

10-01-21 ★ ★ ★ My first and probably the last time at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Portions are tiny, spent $18 and left hungry. I ordered their Salad with grilled chicken breast, a side order of veggies and BBQ beef. Very skimpy on meats. Also, everything I got tasted subpar. Based on the quality and quantity of the food it was 2 stars (max) experience. Gave them 3 cause the place was spotless and the team members were friendly and attentive to my needs.

The chicken didn’t seem cooked enough and the veggies and cabbage was too much for the plate. It looked like they put extra to make up for less chicken. Will try another location next time. This place is pretty slow, but the food is ok. When I went the orders were made with no regard to when the person ordered. Just made and handed out randomly. So we had to wait for about 40 minutes. That's a long time for fast food while watching others who came after you leave with larger orders. Musubi were very non-uniformed.

Place your order online, show up 30 minutes later. It'll be coming out about that time. Ono follows Hawaiian time, don't expect your food to be rushed to completion. It'll be done when it's done.

As long as people pay for the price you ask for, they should get the good quality of food and services. The chicken is burned and the cabbage is not cooked . If you are going to provide burned or uncooked food, you should let the customers know before they pay. The only way a business can survive is to keep the quality of the services and the quality of food. People can tell the difference!

As long as people pay for the price you ask for, they should get the good quality of food and services. The chicken is burned and the cabbage is not cooked . If you are going to provide burned or uncooked food, you should let the customers know before they pay. The only way a business can survive is to keep the quality of the services and the quality of food. People can tell the difference!

You have been warned. 12.10.15 around 8 pm, Laura the manager was just coming back from her break. I watched her have a really bad attitude almost argumentative with the customer picking up ahead of me. When the customer asked to speak to a manager we were both SHOCKED Laura with the mean attitude was actually the manager. Then, numbers that were 6 numbers after mine were being called and when I asked she gave me attitude saying my food just takes longer to prepare because we ordered a family meal. Nonsense. Everyone in the restaurant was irratated because workers were cleaning toilets and sweeping to clean up 1 HOUR before closing when there were at least 7 tables of people waiting for food. I felt really uncomfortable sweeping the floor right next to me and deflating the santa when we were still eating. The staff here all had a very poor attitude.

Worst customer service from the manager ever my wife and my order were no put in correctly we told the cashier before they started making the food and the cashier said sorry that he will fix it. We were like ok we dont mind well pay the difference no worries and the cashier said it was ok no charge we were OK thank you! When we were called up to get the food the manager came to the front with attitude and mugging for no reason like it was our fault and said you guys have to pay which I dont mind but she didn’t have to come at us like that. And my wife is pregnant so she didn’t feel like eating after. Someone needs to be on top of this location!!
