Fui con mi pareja a comer un domingo, estaba llenísimo y sin reserva nos hicieron un hueco, comimos dentro, las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares, si lo haces con reserva merece la pena fuera. La comida buenísima el servicio de 10 y el precio razonable. Merece mucho la pena ir. La chica que se encarga de los postres los decora muy bonito, me encantó 😍

Terraza al lado de la playa. Las vistas son maravillosas. Se puede elegir entre restaurante y bar de tapas. Elegimos esto último porque nos apetecía más el tapeo y no nos equivocamos. Las patatas bravas muy ricas y el "pan con cosas" delicioso. Probamos de postre el típico de la zona "greixonera". Los precios muy bien para estar en primera línea de playa y la atención de los camareros excelente. Para repetir..

Restaurant and bar. We just called in for a drink and snack but the main food looks good. Lovely spot overlooking the small bay. Lots of tables inside and out. Friendly staff. May 2023 returned to have a meal excellent food. Lovely view across the bay and good sunset.

Saturday, high season, no booking... Challenging situation if you are for a good lunch in Formentera. We were willing to have much at Restaurant Can Rafalet that always is a good bet for rices and seafood, but it was booked. So we decided to test "Bar" Can Rafalet next door and we left extremely satisfied. It is a bar, but they still do some basic cooking. I would advise the "bread with things, the Spanish omelette and the mini-burguers. On top of it we got the best table, just in front of the sea. Together with nice service and reasonable low prices, what else you can ask for? Los camareros sobrepasados por tanta gente, alguna mala contestación, comida buena, precio de los arroces y paellas "engañoso" es por persona y eso lo descubres al final, recomendable reservar ya que sino hay muchísima espera, en la terraza exterior hace calor, tienen algún ventilador pero poco hace...para ir una vez está bien.

Comenzando por lo positivo , el arroz a banda con sepia estaba exquisito. Los chipirones también estaban ricos. En general el trato ha sido bueno y el servicio rápido. Únicamente, una persona que parecía la responsable, ha tenido algún gesto algo arisco o poco amable. La relación calidad-precio habida cuenta su ubicación, parece razonable.

Can Rafalet, un clásico de Formentera, los arroces, muy buenos. Tomamos un arroz caldoso con bogavante y nos gustó mucho. El trato del personal excepcional. Vistas increíbles. Recomendable 100%.

Bonito restaurante para comer junto al mar en Formentera, los precios no son muy caros para la zona, pedimos unos mejillones muy ricos y una sobrasada con huevos también bastante buena, lo que no me pareció bien fue la parrillada de pescados que era bastante pobre para el precio que tenía, no la recomiendo para nada. Además se recomienda reservar porque estuvimos esperando al rededor de una hora para poder sentarnos. El personal es amable aunque al haber tanta gente y trabajo se baja la simpatía.

Restaurante en primera línea de mar con vistas preciosas. Buen servicio y comida. Pedimos paella de carne y marisco y otra negra: esta última buena pero con sabor algo fuerte y salada. Los postres, caseros y muy bien presentados. Recomendable para disfrutar en Formentera pero con reserva previa!!

Very professional and attentive staff. Food is nice. The best thing is the view. We went in June and it's hard to find a table outdoors without booking in advance, so I advise giving them a call at least a day before (it's the same almost everywhere on the island by the way).

Día en Formentera. Buscamos un lugar para comer. La mayoría de los restaurantes, sin reserva olvídate. Encontramos este bar hostal donde igual tuvimos que esperar para entrar. Comida regular. Buen servicio, eficaz y sonriente. Gracias.

We went there because it was recommended to us. Paella was just ok, service was good. Dinning in the terrace has excellent views but the inside is very different and I guess that is why it was empty. We loved the view of sunset from there.

Reservé mesa con más de dos semanas de antelación para conseguir primera linea y nos asignaron una mesa con una ubicación perfecta, la vista del atardecer es preciosa. La atención recibida es otra cosa. Solo llevábamos 5 minutos sentados cuando el camarero vino a decirnos que debíamos apresurarnos a elegir lo que queríamos porque las mesas de primera línea “tienen su hora” (sin comentarios). Pedimos unos calamares a la romana y nos los trajeron a la andaluza. Se lo hicimos saber al camarero y nos dijo que nos habian servido calamares a la romana y sinceramente, si esto son calamares a la romana…. Casi que mejor que pasen por la escuela de hostelería ( acompaño foto). Pedimos una lubina a la sal y estaba perfecta, buenísima, aunque el acompañamiento es de los años 80. Deberían actualizarse. El precio muy correcto.

The location was beautiful, but the restaurant itself did not meet expectations. The waiters were rude whenever we asked for items or refills, and the food was very expensive but the price did not match the quality. We tried the spaghetti and the paella but they both were flavorless and bland. The meat was dry as well. Although the location and beachside is gorgeous, I highly recommend not eating here. Not only that when we first entered the restaurant they tried to find ways to discourage us from eating there. We were sat outside and they made one us buy a shirt from down the street even though she wore a top that was not inappropriate and ironically we’re next to a beach where you could see people topless from where we sat. Not only that we returned from buying the shirt, they told us that we could not sit down because apparently we were too wet. We were damp but the seats we sat on were accommodated for outdoors. I will say that the sangria and bread were delicious but they charged us €30 just for the bread. And at one point, a fly flew into one of our glasses, and they were very rude when we tried asking for a new glass. They accused us of doing it on purpose. Definitely not worth the price, but I will say the view was astonishing.

Probably overrated for the view you can have eating on their terrace. My pair ordered fish which was fairly good. I ordered 2 first dishes "tortilla española" and "spaghetti with tomato sauce" but it is definitely not their strengths. I was particularly disappointed with the Tortilla as it was a french omelette with some randomly added potatoes. Nothing to do with a real Spanish tortilla.

This establishment came highly recommended by local residents, however, my experience was quite disappointing. The only redeeming quality of this place was the private beach, which provided a pleasant distraction while waiting for our table during the two-hour wait. My son, his girlfriend, and I took advantage of this time to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe, while my husband held our place in line. Regrettably, that was the only positive aspect of the restaurant. As for the service, I must say that it appeared to be lacking, especially in comparison to the treatment received by European patrons. I am generally hesitant to leave negative reviews, but I feel it is necessary for others to be aware before dining here. The private beach, however, is a small but enjoyable feature that is worth a visit. I would advise against dining at the restaurant. The quality of the food did not match the high prices. The paella lacked flavor and was disappointingly bland. Additionally, the bread provided as a starter is not complimentary, so be prepared to pay 4 euros per serving if you request more. Furthermore, the spaghetti we ordered was far from satisfactory, resembling more of a ketchup-noodle concoction. I understand if you still wish to give this place a try, and I sincerely hope your experience is more positive than mine. Just be prepared for the possibility of encountering similar issues. You are not alone.

Rude waiters that avoided us, menus prices didn’t add up, pretended as if they didn’t understand English (speaking it fluently half the time). Food got cold and was way over priced for how much you got, wasn’t allowed outdoors when there were no bookings at the time. Waiters tricked us into paying for more than we wanted to… would not go again!!! Video was our food that was 120€

Only allowed seating indoors even though outside was completely empty for hours, waiters obviously pretended they didn't know English and the menu was incredibly misleading showing dishes meant to share between two as 'price per person' so when you get the bill they charge you double of what you think you're going to pay for. aforementioned waiters pretending as they understand you when you order but when you complain about their misleading prices suddenly they can't understand a word you're saying.
