My family and I went there after a memorial service for my aunt. I don’t need to explain that funerals can be hard for some people. We weren’t planning on going to a restaurant after the service but that’s how it happened. There’s about 25 people in our party that randomly showed up on a Monday arrive 3 PM. I think there was maybe 1 server and a cook or two working. Either way, they handle us with grace. I don’t think they knew the purpose of our visit, not that it matters. I just wanted to say from me and all my family, thank you for being patient and kind with us today. It didn’t go unnoticed. I hope we weren’t too much of a headache. The food was tasty! I ordered the brisket tacos. Flavor was good. They were just super hot and I was starving! That’s my only complaint!

Update: Thank you for the good customer service and delicious food! I got to eat again after coming back to spend the time with the family here in Forney. Missed the restaurant after a year away got to eat good food here. My parents, sister, brother in-law, nieces and nephew enjoyed the food. 😀 You need to try the tortilla soup with cheese and veggies one of my favorites. We had one cup tortilla soup, one bowl tortilla soup, quesadilla de queso y chicken with cream cheese and Guacamole 🥑 and tacos with rice and beans. Thank you for the amazing food! Always a great experience and best drinks in town in my opinion. Never have I came here and been disappointed with the service or food. Parents like this place when they come to visit from Dallas. Update Food still good. Looks like they added more stuff compared to 1 yr ago and they have more adult drink choices.

Came here for some lunch. Had the nachos and couldn't have some nachos without some beer. Came here with a large party so everyone ordered different plates . All good good from the nachos to the street tacos. The hot sauce they have with the chips us ok not the best not the worst. Place seems well kept . Service was good no complaints there. Would recommend stopping here

My family and I had a great dinner. The enchiladas were flavorful and paired perfectly with a cold beer. Our waiter was friendly and checked on us often. The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience we’d be happy to repeat.

First time here. Food was delicious. Server was great. At times we did have a hard time understanding him however he did a great job. We had a party of 9. My only complaint was we didn't receive a print out of our tickets. He brought over the small tablet to take our payments. We wasn't able to see that the 18% tip was already included and everyone tipped on top off the tip not knowing. Wasn't that big of a deal however, if that is the norm, people should know. We will visit again.

This was our first time visiting. It won’t be our last. Maria and was our server and was excellent- very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed a hurricane (5.00) and a mangonada (12.00) both were very good! The shrimp cocktail was delicious and they do not skimp on the 🍤 shrimp! This thing was LOADED! I could have stuck with a small because with the large I had leftovers to take home🥑 I asked for spicy 🌶️ and Maria gave me a choice of 1-5. Loved this! I chose 3 and it was perfect! 👍 Birria tacos 🌮 were also fantastic and that consumé was probably one of the BEST I have ever had. Also had the fried cheesecake and it was a flour tortilla with cheesecake inside drizzled with a Carmel sauce. 😋 Prices on the cocktail menu would be nice as I don’t think I would have ordered a 12.00 drink intentionally but the other cocktail was only 5.00. Tri it out! Chips and salsa are also 👍 Bathrooms were exceptionally clean

Friendly staff.. We enjoyed everything except the rice and beans. The rice and beans were very bland/flavorless. Everything else was very good.. I had the enchiladas all beef with chili sauce, my dad had the chicken fajitas(seasoned and cooked perfect) and we shared a birria taco(recommended by a fam mbr) it was soo good.. I gave 4 stars because thats just how bad the rice and beans were along with the fajita veggies being practically raw..

Good food, I had the lunch special the fajitas quesadilla. That was a lot of food. The tortilla soup was like a homemade chicken soup, delicious. The seating is spacious and the service was great. The place is well decorated and clean. A great place to bring your family.

Very basic restaurant with okay food. There weren't any paper towels in the women's bathroom. Our server was nice but I had to go to the bar to get napkins and straws after she served us water and chips. There was only one other family inside the restaurant ... So they weren't busy. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas and it was a huge portion. My husband ordered brisket tacos and he enjoyed them but preferred my enchiladas. The peach sangria was good. I probably wouldn't go back out recommend this place.

This used to be one of the best Mexican food place in forney. Sad this place has gone down hill since covid. Food is faty, chicken and steak. Might as well be fast food. Terrell still has good flavor and meat but further away. We keep giving them a shot and get disappointed. Please turn it around and bring back the bean dip

I've had this place before and it was great. But I ordered nachos and a fajita trio plate and it was terrible. I'm not sure if it was real chicken. The steak was overcooked and tough to chew. The chicken didn't even bend. It was stiff as a board. I think it was some type of canned chicken. Never again 😒

Every Friday for 8 years, I either dine in or get take out from Los Hermanos. Love the food and people and have always had a wonderful experience. However they hired a new manager ( believe his name is Lloyd- bald with glasses) and he is rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming and doesn’t know a thing about good customer service. He often makes mistakes when he takes to go orders, he has run off ALL of our favorite waiters and is running the restaurant into the ground. Makes you feel like you are bothering him when you have a question or need to order something. He needs to go!

Husband and I usually order take out but we decided to dine in for lunch today. Frog cheese dip tasted like it came out of the can, lacked flavor, and was cold. We told the waiter and she just apologized… no further action was taken. In addition the manager, Lloyd (bald, tall white guy with glasses), was not the friendliest. As a pregnant woman, I carry my water bottle everywhere and have never had any issues with bringing it into restaurants (even high end restaurants) until today. Instead of greeting us, the manager just came up to our table to say “we don’t allow outside food or drinks.” Which is fine if that’s your policy, however we didn’t see a sign or anything. He proceeded to stand there and wait until my husband took it to our car….which was awkward and unprofessional. He also had our waiter come to us to tell us “my manager said you need to take your water bottle to your car”. We don’t need to be babysat Lloyd. I refused to drink tap water, so I had to eat my meal with no water. When leaving the restaurant, I noticed Lloyd greeted others as they left and came to their table to make sure everything was good but decided not to say anything to my husband and I and avoided us like the plague even though we were cooperative and followed their requests . Please learn to be professional next time Lloyd, conflict resolution is apart of leadership.

Been going here almost weekly for a couple years. The food was great at one time but everything seems to be reheated and not fresh now. I had nachos today that had been reheated in the oven and tasted almost burnt. After trying to eat some of it so I could get back to work, I mentioned this to the waitress and she took the plate back to the kitchen but I was still charged full price and there was no attempt to apologize or offer to remake it. I will definitely not be back to Los Hermanos!
