This place never disappoints food always fresh.

Really good! Tastes like heaven, and fast service even during lunchtime.

The staff are fast, friendly and respectful of your time. We had a nice dinner after the Halloween festivities. This place is nice to have for all the military and civilians nearby.

First time dining in at this place and I was pleasantly surprised. The cashier and pretty much everyone working the front were hospitable. My meal came out relatively quick. I’ll def be coming back!

Service was friendly, got our orders quick! The chicken was juicy & seasoned well. The bread was nice and soft in the middle and the outer parts had a slight crunch to them. Beautifully toasted! 🤌🏽 We live near a Boss’s Chicken but I would go out of my way to eat here if I’m ever craving chicken tenders.

They get busy sometimes, either because everyone wants some, or difficult customers. Fantastic customer service and whenever I’m held up in line they’ve given me complimentary food. Best drive thru on base!

Quick and efficient in all service. The rush hours maybe a long line but the service still fast and able to move the line with no issue. The food tastes great and will go back again

Great customer service 💯. Their process is extremely quick, within 5 minutes of order I had my piping hot meal ready for devouring. The food tasted as good as any other canes location. I always get the The Box Combo because it perfectly hits the spot & what can compare to that buttery toast ‼️

Food and service is always amazing! It has become a favorite place to eat since trying it for the first time 3 years ago.

The staff here is just amazing. Been here 4 times now in the passed 2 weeks. Been great every time. I'm writing this review while standing outside and just heard the takeout person say "yo yo yo can I get you some chicken to-go?!" The driver looked so tickled. Just incredible service. 10/5 stars. Would recommend.

Can you guys open one in the North East El Paso, please, like up here on North Hills Crossing. The closest Raising Cane's to me right now is the one on Ft Bliss. The one on The Fountains is always full😅 and I don't feel like driving all the way to the Westside 😅😅😅🙏🙏🙏

The employees at this location are top notch. Super friendly and helpful, fast service and the food was hot & fresh. An employee came around to the table while we were eating to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. It was lunchtime and they were a little busy but still provided excellent service.

Overall food and service was good me and my wife enjoyed it for the most part l.. our only concern is the coleslaw had a ransid taste as if it wasn’t properly stored always and kinda tasted as if it was going bad

The food was great. The only thing that I didn’t like was the drinks they have a funny taste I have gone 4 times already and every time the drinks taste funny the tea, coke, and lemonade.

Probably the best fast food chicken place you'll find. Good quality, quantity. Only reasons it's not a 5 star in my books is because it's fast food and you have to pay extra for the sauces.

First time trying the chicken fingers and the food has no taste, the fries were good but salty. The Texas bread was 🤢

Really like this place the food it pretty good consistently. Only complaint is probably 8 out of 10 times I've been here I pay extra for a side of canes sauce and it's not there. Never forget to charge for it but almost always forget to put it in the order.

This was my first experience at this chain. I got the chicken finger combo to try it out. The chicken was mushy/oily, and none of it had any taste/spice/uniqueness 😕. Even their special sause was EH'. I will avoid this chain from now on 👍

Horrible fries have no seasoning!!! The tea is unsweetened every time when asked for sweet tea.. Just plain no love nothing .. I’ll save my money and go somewhere else since this place don’t care!!!!

They always forget something along with the orders I made on drive thru from time to time like ketchups or extra canes sauce etc etc…hope this canes location fix the issue especially serving on military base

Foods great but service is lacking at this location. They always ask if I want ketchup at the window and I say yes, then I get a bag of food 99% percent of the time without any ketchup and end up having to go inside for ketchup.
