What a yummy find! We unexpectedly stopped by for pizza and were amazed with the very fast service. We started with the Roasted Chicken Wings, BBQ flavor,which were yummy. Then ordered a Paulie’s Pie. Be careful, the peppers 🌶️ are spicy but, oh, so good! A must try if you’re in the area!

Anthony’s Pizza delivers strong flavor and consistent quality. The white pizza in the photo shows exactly what I tasted. The cheese covers the entire surface. It melts into a smooth layer with browned spots across the top. The crust rises along the edges with a light blister from the coal fired oven. The texture is firm with a slight chew. The bottom stays crisp. The blend of cheese gives a balanced salt level and a clean finish. The coal fired oven leaves a distinct taste on the crust. You notice a mild char and a smoky edge. The crust holds up well and does not sag. The hot honey wings stand out. The sauce gives equal heat and sweetness. The wings come out crisp on the outside and tender inside. The seasoning sticks to the wings without pooling. The staff keep the space clean and move with purpose. Food arrives on time. The experience is smooth from seating to closing the check. I plan to return for the white pizza and the wings.

After discovering the existence of Anthony's at another, newer location in another state, I was excited to try this one when I was in Ft. Lauderdale. The food is spot on the same...really nice upscale versions of Neapolitan pizzas. We had the Cauliflower pizza was delicious and beautiful to look at...perfectly browned served on a cutting board. I love Anthony's crusts! They are area with just a little bit of chew. We also had the Arugula Burrata Salad which also was presented beautifully and which came with a generous ball of fresh burrata on it. Atmosphere wise this particular location felt a little dated compared to the essentially brand new one I had been to in another state. The newer design and decor in the other locations give a really strong positive impression right when you walk in which I didn't get at this one. I gather this is one of, if not the original location. I think it would benefit from a visual overhaul like their newer locations for brand consistency and general nicer dining experience. The service was friendly and as fast as it needed to be. We'd definitely come back.

When I tell you the food was AWESOME! Yes, the Italian Soul Food.....couldn't have said it better! I've never been to Italy, but I can't imagine the food being better than this 😋. We had the spinach artichoke dip to start. So fresh! Definitely, worth the calorie splurge! And then the carnivori pizza 👌👏😋!!!! We will definitely go again! Oh yeah my daughter had the strawberry lemonade was also very fresh!

No matter how you slice it @anthonyscoalfiredpizza will bring consistently good pizza! I didn’t love pizza growing up. It grew on me in college. Since, I’ve lived in two different cities where we take our pizza very seriously (I’m l about that New York slice). But here in south Florida, it’s hard to find a good slice. Although, Anthony’s is a chain, it’s pizza is the best around Ft Lauderdale - no debate here.

My firs time at Anthony'. The service was great. I ordered the stromboli which is enough for two people $15.99. It was season just perfectly with the right amount of cheese pepperoni and sausage. just add a little parmesan cheese for that extra cheesy taste. I recommend for groups families and events.

Came in after a long flight and didnt want to eat at the airport and we were all craving pizza, pulled up google and found this place. After a quick 8 min Lyft we arrived with the Appetite of the 300 Spartan Army. We ordered the Mozzarella, Tomatoes and Peppers(was amazing but def needed some dashes of table salt), 10 Spicy Italian Wings and a Large Pizza and the Spaghetti & Meatballs. Some of the best Italian style food I've had in a long time, it was so good I thought we'd demolish everything we ordered between the 3 of us with our giant appetites but the portions were so generous we actually needed 3 boxes to go! Highly recommended if you're in the mood for some hearty delicious comfort food!

Last minute catering! James was the best on last minute plans to feed 15 guys before noon when they had only been open for 15 minutes, best pizza but the wings is always the star of the show. Thank you again James on getting me out of a bind your the best my guys appreciate you too

First time trying Anthony's. Nice, relaxed, sports themed vibe inside with really good food and.clean restrooms. We tried the personal size sausage and personal size Mike's hot honey pizzas and #2 dry rub wings for a starter which were suprisingly savory and spicy with a touch of sweetness. All of it was pure deliciousness. Ask for Adolfo when you go in, he will provide excellent service. His passion for getting things just the way you want them will shine through. He is meticulous and attentive. We loved being in his section today and we will be back!

We live in Atlanta, but every time we come to Fort Lauderdale, we always come to Anthony’s. If fact, if we stay for awhile, we eat there multiple times because the food is absolutely delicious (and authentic Italian). So we enjoyed dinner last night with Julie as our server (efficient, personable, smiling, polite and attending to our every need), and tonight with Adolfo as our server (friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and quick). Both were wonderful representatives of Anthony’s. Our group enjoyed the Original chicken wings (carmelized onions? Yes!), eggplant parm, fettuccine Alfredo, pasta with meatballs (and because they were so good, even a side of meatballs), pizza, and last but not least, tiramisu! Great food, great service, relaxed atmosphere and attentive servers. Needless to say, we’ll be back!

I had an incredible experience at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, and I just have to give a huge shout-out to the team! First of all, Tommy provided outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and really made our dining experience special. His attention to detail and upbeat attitude were the perfect start to a great meal. Additionally, I want to mention the manager, James. He’s clearly a fantastic addition to the team. He checked on our table and made sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. It’s evident that James brings a lot of passion and energy to the restaurant and the overall atmosphere. And of course, the pizza—always amazing! The coal-fired crust, with the the perfect char are consistently top-notch. This place just keeps getting better! Highly recommend visiting Tommy and James!

Love everything ❤️ especially when you do take out, they have it separated from the dinning area so it's quick, easy and your not bothering people eating. The foods amazing for my picky family of 5! 2 large cheese pizza's, 2 meatball long subs ( no pepper's) and atleast 3 desserts with the kicker being it's not crazy expensive and it's even better the next day ( If it makes it that far lol )

Oh my god, yes!!! This is an awesome pizza place in Fort Lauderdale. I got a 16" 2 topping pizza, a soda, and with tip, It was $38. There are plenty of televisions to watch games on. I saw beer on tap, and would assume they have a wide selection, but i did not look. The service was fast, friendly, and accurate. I would highly recommend this place over a pizza chain any day. This is and will continue to be my go to pizza when I'm in and around this part of Fort Lauderdale. You should make it yours too. There is plenty of space inside, lots of tables and room. The parking area is a little bit small and I'd imagine on certain times it might be impossible to park in the lot. Take that into consideration.

Amazing place, great food, and good service. The food came quick but was clearly not frozen and very high quality. They presented the food well while still giving real amounts of food. They server pizza straight on the Board and nice buttery garlic knots on a pan. Overall great place good price.

Service is great. Michelle was our waitress and she did a great job. Super bowl Sunday takeout was extremely busy but they were taking care of business. Food was good. Definitely will return next time I'm in South Florida.

Went here on a suggestion of a friend. The pizza was so freaking good. The toppings were all fresh and top notch. The sauce was perfect, and the way the crust turns out is incredable. This is probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. I would definitely eat there again.

I come here whenever I’m in town. This place is excellent. The house salad dressing is perfection. The perfect tanginess…It seems like simple olive and red wine vinegar and it’s addictive. And the pizza is first class. I prefer places like this with phenomenal basic food rather than places that get too “foo foo” with their menu. Just give us excellent food. That’s what this place does.

Great service an a no-nonsense, yet interesting menu that's really well done. Obviously the focus is thin-crust pizza but other great items like meatballs and chicken wings provide variety.

My wife and I are visiting from out of state and staying at a hotel near the airport. Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings is only a couple miles from our hotel, so we decided to give it a try. We arrived about 4:30, purposely hoping to beat the crowd and get back to our hotel after a long day of driving. The restaurant was not crowded. It was quite inviting: industrial looking black ceilings with exposed duct work, crisp white walls with sports memorabilia, and wooden tables and chairs stained a warm medium brown. Sports highlights played on several widescreen TVs, although the sound of the TVs was not playing. Music filled the air instead, which I prefer, though it was just a tad loud for good conversation to take place. There is also a patio for dining for those who enjoy the great outdoors. Our server, Nikki, approached our table with menus and introduced herself. She was friendly, conversational, and helpful. She gave the impression that she was glad we stopped in and was happy to serve us. We ordered a large Italian salad to split between the two of us and a 12" pizza: half Italian sausage and half pepperoni. The salad came quickly. It was cold and crisp and all the produce tasted fresh and delicious. We both enjoyed the house dressing that came on the salad. Before we finished eating our salad, our pizza arrived. The taste of the toppings were excellent, but what I was really excited about was the crust. These pizzas are wood fired which gives the crust a crispiness (especially at the edge) and a hint of char that really enhances the flavor. We loved our meal and were left satisfied with the quality and quantity of what we received. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. If we were locals, this place would certainly be in our regular rotation!

Arrived around 7:30pm on a Saturday evening and grabbed a seat at the bar to enjoy a pizza and watch the game on TV. Was immediately greeted by the manager who showed us to our seats - and with a wonderful attitude as well. I can’t say enough about all of the staff here - everyone was very welcoming and willing to serve with a smile. We even had the manager take $5 off of our bill as a thank you for our kind gesture for sharing our pizza with a gentlemen at the bar who was only having a drink. How nice is that? It speaks volumes to the kind of employees that work here. Oh and the pizza was fantastic too - but you already knew that from reading the other reviews.

Anthony's coal fire Pizza, excellent food and excellent service. Only issue is the size of their tables. There were three in our party with two pizza stands on the table. No real room for plates, drinks or otherwise. Service is outstanding. We got our drinks and water within the first 5 minutes of our arrival. Didn't take more than 20 minutes to have our food.

We ordered carryout pizza and it was delicious. The crust was crisp and service was quick. Dogs are welcome on the covered outdoor patio.

She anticipated every need, was incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive, and made the entire dining experience feel special. Eileen is truly the best of the best. Great dinner spot, plus got a deal on a glass of wine. Got the Bruschetta, and hot honey but left the hot honey on the side! The balsamic glaze and basil went great as well. Bartender was super awesome as well.. will return!

UPDATE: Its Sunday and we have plans to meet out of town friends for lunch. They picked Anthony's because it is one of their go-to stops when in town. We arrived at opening and was greeted quickly and sat down inside. They ordered the Traditional Margarita Pizza and 2 small Cesar Salads. The waitress was very nice and attentive. I give her 10 stars. The food arrived and let me tell you that Ceasar Salad was probably one of the best salads I have had. The romaine was crispy and the dressing hit all of the tastebuds. The pizza came right after and it looked amazing. Well, it didn't disappoint. The tomato sauce was the star and the crust seemed to have some herb flavor that was yummy. I will definitely order this again and probably won't wait too long to visit them again. Very happy customer. Tonight we were surprised that our regular go-to pizza place was closed, so I wanted to give Anthony's a try. I ordered sandwiches from here once, years ago that were very good. No pizza compared to Carcione's Pizza but I will have to say that I was very happy with our pizza. It was delicious. We will be back again.

Great place for a nice sit down dinner before getting on cruise ship. Food was excellent. Note: no mixed drinks/cocktails. Besides that, I really liked everything. HUGE portions. Try their garlic knots OMG life changing haha but in all seriousness, don’t leave without trying one. They do something special to them.

Tried the Italian salad with their tuna! Tuna is good, is made without mayonnaise. A good size portion salad. Has an outdoor covered patio lots of tvs.. very small parking that’s a downsize to this location.

Food was. Ery tasty, the server lady was friendly. I had the Long Meatball, she had wings and two meatballs. Her food came quicker than mines, but was worth the wait. Atmosphere was relaxed and artwork was cool theme ofnRat pack, Goodfellow as well as the real gangster Ole Blue Eyes Frank Sinatra A short walk from Crowne Plaza Hotel suite (IHG) up from Mercedes Benz / AMG of Ft Lauderdale . Could of had music a little sooner or would've been 5 stars all across.

I like the pizza here, sometimes it comes out a little too burnt. But for the most part it’s usually done right.The outside seating is a plus. It makes the venue extra spacious. Also the staff is very friendly. Good place to stop and grab a slice.

This is a great place for weekend family gatherings. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. The"Coal Fired Bundle" of pizza, wings and salad is what I usually order. It's enough food for a family of 4 at a reasonable price!

Love how different the food is! We ordered the cauliflower and caprese pizzas which we really enjoyed. We also ordered garlic knots which were pretty oily and loaded with garlic. Overall great place to try!

We had flown in and were looking for something close to eat and settled upon this place. We had just had pizza earlier in the week, but this pizza was surprisingly different. Anthony’s pizza has a perfectly crispy crust (and on the thinner side which we liked) with different toppings, like broccoli rabe and homemade meatballs. We normally love Anthony's but today was an exception. New wings had no flavor. Stick with the originals. Eggplant pizza comes with no cheese which we didn't know so not great. I guess I'll be taking my wife out again for a redo for Valentine's.

Have dined at a few of this chains Resturant’s before including this location but this time the food was not up to their usual delicious standard. We had wings and a square margarita pizza. The wings were over cooked, dried out and bland tasting and Luke warm. The Pizza was soggy with too much sauce and cheese. Usually I will marvel at the unique taste of the food here but not sure what happened this time. We were there in the last hour of the day, maybe that contributed? The staff was pleasant and attentive but also disappeared for a little spell. The atmosphere was warm and friendly.

Restaurant has enclosed interior area, with take out counter. It has a roofed outdoor patio area as well, where we ate. Located next to street, so can be bit loud at times. There is also a bar area. Ordered a pizza with works. Arrived well loaded with ingredients, but crust was burnt black about inch, or more all the way around, which I was not expecting. Apparently that is signature feature for coal fired oven, so be prepared. Place filled up quickly after 7:00pm and clients had to wait for a table.

The pizza is good but I don’t really think it’s worth the price.

The quality of this pizza has gone down dramatically. All the ingredients fell low quality and cheap. However, our server was a darling and was very attentive to our needs.

A to go order. We are avid Anthonys fans and try to find one when traveling. A tip given in anticipation of the order being appropriately received. This was a huge mistake. No flat brad was given with the salad/eggplant/ nor the meatballs. The food was fair. We were extremely disappointed with not receiving our entire order that we paid for and will be reaching out to management. As our sauce was missing as well.

The service was great, but the pizzas weren't good for me. Mine was quite burnt on the sides and the cheese pizza had more tomato than cheese. Another factor why I took away a star is because the chairs were a medieval torture!! Most uncomfortable seats you could expect in a restaurant. Not sure if they want people to leave quickly or they just don't care to provide a better experience. If I ever go again I will bring my own pillow...

Overall decent place for a quick meal. Also orders are sent via a door dash delivery driver not by their employee drivers, even if you are not ordering thru doordash just fyi.

Pizza was okay. Ordered the chopped salad and was not given utensils to EAT IT. I added utensils to my order as it was an option on seamless and also made a comment asking for utensils but apparently they don’t pay attention to those details. Now I’m in a hotel with a $15 salad I cannot eat.

Let me start by saying I’m a long time Anthony’s fan and have been coming for years. Unfortunately this location doesn’t live up to the usual Anthony’s standards. Water was dripping from the ceiling on our table and the table behind us. Meatballs were cold in the center, eggplant Marino was burnt on the bottom, pizza crust was also burnt and the NY cheesecake tasted like it’s been in the fridge for quite some time. Ingredients didn’t feel fresh and true to the Anthony’s brand. I’m hoping this location takes my review into consideration, fixes the leaky ceiling, and steps up on food quality. On a good note our server was great and attentive!

Bread was old, cold, and hard. 100% just salvage from the day before! Wings were way too burnt. Not in the usual nice way. They were really bad. Tasteless the meatballs were soaked and sauce and hardly any ricotta. Basel leaves dry and dark. Not fresh. The server attenpted to replace the bread and made it even worse by sending the same horrible cheap nasty ones. Will be a long time till I give it another go.

Our first time here.. Sat outside at their patio.. the food wasn't that good. My wife and I had upset stomachs and had to visit the bathroom a few times ... I hate giving bad reviews but probably not coming back..

Ordered a beer and a small salad. 20 minutes later - no salad yet. Bartender said he would go see - 7 minutes later he returned with a Large salad - stated - no extra charge. After eating 1/2 the salad I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. When it arrived the entire crust was BURNT and the pizza sauce was dark - too well done for anyone’s taste - now their pizza is usually well done though some of the crust is a little burnt. I asked for another not so Burnt. What came out to the table was a WHITE PEPPERONI PIZZA WITH A SMATTERING OF SAUCE - SOOO UNDERCOOKED - probably cold too (I didn’t touch it to find out). Not what it should be. I hate it. Normally even poorly smoked foods is still ok. Not this. This is so beyond nasty. Putting in the trash.

We ordered pizza and garlic knots for delivery. The garlic knots were so hard you could not eat them. The carnivore pizza lacked flavor and freshness we ended up throwing both items out.

Cheap industrial frozen pizza dough for $30 - they used to have real pizza dough hand made, must have sold the place to non Italians. Very disappointing

Today, unintentionally, when I bought a sandwich at the establishment, they charged me the wrong amount; instead of charging 14, they charged 4. They just called me from the establishment and I offered to pay 20 instead of 10 for the extra money. But give to God what is God's and to Caesar what is Caesar's. The bread was cold and the amount of tuna they put on it was very small; it's not the same as Anthony's from a few years ago, please.

Asked politely for a refill when she had a chance. No response. Asked for check no response. After 10 minutes walked up to pay, you must wait Sir. Done being mistreated and held hostage.,Take my card or i’m walking i said. Paid and she said no tip????? Mind you my wife and I are elderly. Never seen worst . Food was average.

Would not recommend. Ordered pizza bundle with wings and garlic knots and was disappointed. Food quality was low and items overpriced for what you receive. Pizza was soggy and tasted like it came from a low-end gas station. Garlic knots were stale and dripping in grease. Wings were soggy. Will never be getting their food again!

The worth place you can find. I order a pizza, $53.00 they said it would be ready in 20 minutes and we arrive half hour later they didn’t even started yet. Then the made the pizza with the wrong toppings and forgot the garlic bread not counting that it looks awful and burnt. Next time I go domino’s at least the price there matches the quality.

Incredibly irresponsible of them to take so many order for Super Bowl without the ability to have them ready in time. I am here next to 27 other people all waiting for orders that should have been ready 30-45 mins ago and none of us have our orders. I understand Super Bowl is a busy day, but they should shut down their ordering platform if they can’t keep up. It’s stealing our money and time.

I did take out on a Wednesday. We did the large cheese with Prosciutto and Arugula, with Buffalo wings, and a salad. It made us sick. Also pick up was terrible. I walked in and and the girl was just texting away on her phone. Stood there directly in front of her for over a minute before she even acknowledged me. Unbelievable
