I can’t begin to describe how awesome this company was to work with. Cindy and Willie were amazing the whole time, and worked with me through a number of mishaps as I was trying to close a boat deal. They helped get me everything I wanted in my new trailer, gave me a tour of things and were extremely helpful and patient the whole time. They helped with getting the boat over to their yard while the trailer was being built, and just were all around an amazing team to work with. I am beyond thankful for them!

Top Notch customer service I ordered my trailer and it was ready before the due date that gave me. Willy and Felipe made a custom heavy duty trailer that fits our boat perfectly. They use stainless and aluminum parts. These parts will last so much longer in saltwater than the lower quality parts that other trailer manufacturers use. The customer service they provided to us building the trailer was above what I hoped for. I have owned this trailer for 6 months and zero problems.

Great place to purchase a boat trailer. They built one for my 27 foot Scott. Put it on the trailer a week latter aand they welcomed me back with open arms to make some miner adjustments. They know what they are doing.

Awesome trailer and company! We have a 2016 BP-28 model. We've towed this thing at least 20,000 miles or more between Wisconsin and Florida plus lots of local miles besides. Nothing has ever come loose, hardware has never rusted through. I called today as we have a burnt out marker light and I couldn't find a matching one online or locally. Yep... in stock! Great service! Will buy another Bad2DBone trailer when we buy our next boat.

My car mechanic recommended this boat trailer shop to repair my old steel trailer. Felipe, the main man, quoted me for the change out plus some welding to reinforce rust. I dropped it off Saturday and he called me Monday afternoon that it was ready. I got there and I discovered that they did not do the welding but they replaced the parts. Plus they improved my light wiring, gave me safer chains and switched rusted u bolts for stainless steel. This was all under the same quote. I wish that all businesses would run like this. Not only are they courteous and do professional work but they under promise and over deliver. I am going to bring my big boat trailer for them to do major work. I have no problem recommending this excellent boat trailer shop and I trust they will treat all their clients like they treated me. Management and staff are excellent and I left telling them I would make public my praises!

I ordered a BP26 with several upgrades all totaling thousands of dollars. And I put down a pretty large deposit. Then talked myself into getting really nervous. Who are these people really? They have some good reviews but not a lot of them. Their storefront was pretty bare bones. Maybe I'd made a big mistake. In the end, all of that worry was ridiculous. They built and delivered an excellent vehicle. It has driven up and down the Eastern seaboard several times since, lugging my 23' Boston Whaler to it's destinations. It does the job perfectly. Every positive review about this family and their crew is 100% accurate. These people are believe in making great trailers and they deliver.

I called this business on Thursday 8-29-24. I asked about building me a spec neck. I was told I would get a call back once they were off the ph. A day later I call again. I'm then told...and I quote...the owner will call u when it's convenient for him...ok. that's NOT HOW BUSINESS WORKS.. I'll look elsewhere where the business is client considerate. Update: so the person (man in charge) calls me, wants me to do business, he gives me all kinds of excuses as to why he didnt call me right back as i was told. In response to him or his satffs response to mine: "and I quote his staff...he is on the oh right now as soon as he's off he will call you back" end quote. This is a matter of principle. If you tell someone 24 to 48 hrs I would not have written this response and a 1 star to begin with. I do not have time to waist on companies who don't bother to respond timely. I'll take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of trailer manufacturers Nationwide n I sure dont have to buy from FLORIDA business that wiasts ppls time. If you are understaffed that's your problem...not mine it should not take 24 to 48 hrs to respond to someone wanting to use your services EVER! ppl will just move on. Good luck. Don’t go here this places is a scam they drilled holes in the TOP of my crossmembers that I just purchased from them, not at the bottom thinking I would return, never again Also they put the trailer fenders too low and it’s rubbing against the tires they charge me $1200 for crossmembers, lights l,guides, and carpet Place is disgusting there’s dust and dirt all over this place and the people there are disgusting to stay away go anywhere else please don’t act like you want to help you will cause more problems to my trailer I will never work with people like you again. everyone beware!!!

Don't use them for boat transport! Willie rescheduled once then called an hour before scheduled arrival on the rescheduled day and said the driver was not coming. Had to find another company last minute completely unreliable and really unprofessional.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! They WERE operating under the name of All American Trailer Manufacturers who is in the process of filing bankruptcy because they owe so many people money!!! And instead of actually PAYING those people they owe money to.....they FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY and cry to the court that they have no money. Then they set up this new "company" and told the bankruptcy court that they "received an offer" from Bad 2D Bone to purchase their assets...blah blah blah blah. THESE PEOPLE ARE USING OUR COURT SYSTEM, TO DO SHADY BUSINESS!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

These people are doing a delivery from a charitable organization, took the item, took payment in form of a check, and are now demanding written credit card info. And won't return the item! Who does that? 😬🤬
