This is the best coffee I’ve had in a while, now I’ve been to many coffee places but I don’t really review them. But after grabbing a cup here I peeked at the reviews out of curiosity I’m honestly shocked… I personally parked and was ready to step out of the vehicle until (I believe the owner) POLITELY AND RESPECTFULLY requested I brought my vehicle closer instead of walking to the front… I mean that’s literally it… why there are reviews below me that are crying and whining about customer service and rudeness is beyond my knowledge. The woman who served me displayed nothing less but the best of service and gave me her recommendations as it was my first time. I’m here for a limited time but I intend on coming here exclusively for my morning cups! (And hopefully I’ll punch out on the card too lol)
On behalf of me and my daughter we are here almost every single day and it is worth every penny! The staff is incredible and brings an amazing start to you days without fail! If you want a fun rotation of coffee with the best breakfast options go here!!
The best bagels! Hot crispy on the outside soft on the inside. I had the sesame bagel toasted with butter
Wow, what an adorable and yummy little coffee spot! It is so unique and quaint, it is one of a kind. You don’t see these lovely small owned businesses often! It’s a cute little drive through coffee and light food spot! Wonderful delicious coffee drinks (espresso, iced) and awesome food! This gets five stars, I’m in love ❤️❤️🔥💗💓🙏🏼
So very nice and helpful. Attentive too! Just make sure you know what you want because the line can get long and the wait can be a while, but it’s so worth it. Smoothies, salads, and coffee of course are a must try!
Owner is very friendly as is his staff, excellent coffee and bagel at a great price. Highly recommended.
if you need a quick cup of coffee, or something light to eat, this place will cover that and for a really reasonable price. besides coffee, they have smoothies and soft drinks. they also have a few sandwiches and smaller items like muffins and chips. the place is designed as a drive thru, but there’s an area for walk-ups to order. also: they have cuban coffee and accept apple pay.
Seems legit. I got an iced coffee and my fiancé got an iced lemonade. Fast, friendly service and everything we got tasted good. Can’t speak on the food but the coffee was good. I didn’t get an espresso like I usually do (my ultimate coffee shop rating metric) but next time I come through I will and this review will be updated. My intuition says it will be good though.
For many years I had not eaten such a delicious natural muffin, I am a person from google maps and reviews, so I looked at my location and it guided me to this fantastic old place, the best coffee, the best attention, drive thrue, fast and delicious everything, I got there for reviews, here is my contribution because it is true, a single word..Deliciosoooooooo

I love this place! One of my favorite coffee shops in ftl, nick was a great barista!
This is what it means to support local. You know you're dealing with an owner. Friendly service and you don't feel like a number. Tons of great options on the menu. Probably not the fastest drive thru in Fort Lauderdale but that's a good thing. They also have a frequent flyer card that gets you a free cup after 10 purchases. My new coffee, snack, avocado toast and muffin place.
If you’re looking for a really good coffee ☕️, full of flavours, well roasted not like most of the usual chains, this is the place to go! The manager and his team will bring you on top of your coffee their good vibes every morning.
Great Coffee! No wait times, Super fast lines, as a local i prefer it 1000x over starbucks
My daily stop! Best brewed flavored coffee EVER!! And the ladies there are so sweet & the mustache man! The two 'toast' options they have are just heavenly. The avocado toast with balsamic tomatos, and the peanut butter toast with banana ans chia seeds. Oh my goodness they are so simple but so delicious.
I highly recommend this coffee shop! I was taking classes across the street and basically visited this coffee shop every day for the two weeks I was in Fort Lauderdale. Their coffee is amazing and for a great price! Super quick too! I recommend the Cubano and their chicken salad sandwich. I did have some over charges on my credit card, but I called and they took care of that super quick, no hassle!
A Hidden Gem for sure! I purchased a cappuccino & I am particularly really picky with my espresso but I was very impressed by how fresh the flavor was. One of the best cappuccinos I've had! Really cute friendly affordable place! I recommend giving them a try.
Nick was so great! I really enjoyed my latte by his suggestion. Amazing customer service and amazing coffee!
Service was great (as always). Ordered the egg salad sandwich and they didn't have any ready but the lady at the counter assured me that she could whip one up quickly and she didn't disappoint. Service always with a smile and tasty treats!
I loved my sandwich. Although it wasn’t on the menu, she made it for me anyway. My sandwich was delicious.
Friendly staff. I get the lunch special with coffee. Excellent and fast service!
Another one of my favorite local gems! It's a drive through coffee place, owned locally. Great food, amazing coffee, lots of variety. It's getting very popular, so it seems the waits are getting a little longer, but I would much prefer to buy my coffee from a local.
Hands down the BEST coffee in Fort Lauderdale! And the food is also amazing - not processed junk like what you’ll get from Big Coffee, but locally-sourced pastries, handmade sandwiches, and more nutritious options like hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, and green smoothies. They keep the line moving super fast and everyone there is helpful, funny, and friendly. I can’t recommend Expresso enough. I’m there so much that they remember my order better than I do 😂
The absolute BEST local coffee and good luck finding similar out of town John and Suzy offer all the varieties and specialty coffees everyone loves. I always make sure I have at least one of their coffees to make at home, and I travel with a pound to leave as a gift wherever I'm staying
Great coffee. Great bagels. Amazing to me that people have left bad reviews here because they can’t just get their coffee and go. Especially when it’s so obvious that this is a quick coffee and food drive through.
Nick was so amazing and truly made the experience. I wanted something more local for my morning work coffee stop and I think this has hit the spot.
Insanely quick service and amazing tasting coffee. Highly recommend.
They have the best iced coffee, so many flavors that change each day! Great prices and fun staff that remember your order :)
It's one of the most welcoming and friendly staff I have met in a long time! It was my first time there and the staff answered everything I had about the menu! Kenya double A was recommended for my first coffee and I wasn't disappointed, talk about a drink! It's on my new list of hot spot special thanks to John for all the good recommendations for ☕️
John, Simon and the team are great and on point with a friendly customer service oriented coffee shop. Quick and efficient, ive been going here for about 3 years now. Would recommend to anyone. Go for the expresso !!
I LOVEEEEE their coffee!! As a Colombian I’m very picky with my coffee and this absolutely meets the standards and more❤️. Great barista nick!! Also quick service and drive thru☕️
The best little local coffee spot! They have excellent rotating coffee flavors, hot and iced, regular and decaf. And treats for the pups too :)
My fav coffee spot, best bagels too
Nick and Audrey are so sweet and truly make my mornings better! I love coming here before work it really just helps me start my day off right!
Stopped by for Cuban coffee, and decided to grab a couple bagels to go! Coffee was perfect! And the bagels were the best we have ever had! Got the everything bagels, and they were light and airy and so delicious! The service was spot on- fast and so friendly! Going back tomorrow to grab bagels to take home!
Quick service. Handled efficiently. Coffee and food spot on!!
I’m a lifelong lauderdale resident, and I can honestly say this is the best place to grab a coffee and a quick bite that doesn’t require getting out of your car without resorting to fast food giants. Definitely one of my favorite local businesses and I’ve been coming since I was a little kid and I still visit often. The service is always fast and friendly, and its about the only place in fort lauderdale where you can grab a freshly made avocado toast for $5.50 (unless you can settle for a slice of stale sourdough with some processed guacamole mix slapped on top like some fast food giants sell). Support this business!!! I absolutely recommend expresso and consider it a local staple. Be aware though that this is a drive thru joint, which is why I gave atmosphere 4 stars. Not complaining personally because I always prefer to go options but the atmosphere is as great as it can get for not being a dine-in sort of place.
Love this place! Great coffee drinks — it’s fun to see what flavors they have that day. Some are great, others I don’t love but that’s how it goes. Very friendly and warm staff. I also love the Paleo muffins— served cold they are great that way with a hot coffee.
This is by far my favorite coffee spot! They are friendly and knowledgeable . I really enjoy that by getting my beloved German chocolate, or cinnamon swirl iced coffee here I am helping support a local business rather than throwing more money at a corporation. Seriously, if i could visit every day I would but I definitely go at least once a week. Also, the line moves so fast. I've never sat in line for more than 5 minutes its fantastic and superb service!
I pass by this place every single day on my way to work. Finally stopped in one morning and I'm glad I did. Awesome coffee and a perfectly made bagel with cream cheese. Heads up, it wasn't a little smear of cream cheese either, no corner cutting here. Perfectly portioned heap of cream cheese with a soft fluffy bagel. I will definitely be stopping here more often. Quick drive up service and great prices too. Service was friendly, and with a smile.. that's hard to find in South Florida.
When I first got to Fort Lauderdale, I tried every coffee shop in the area. The quality of the coffee here is better than any other by a healthy measure. Then, as I became a regular, I developed a deep affinity for the friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommend both the prepared coffee and beans from this amazing coffee shop!
Went today for the first time, there were 4 cars in front of me and I only waited about 5-7 minutes, super fast service. Very good and delicious coffee! The owner ( I assume) was very nice and very helpful for my first time. He took my order promptly and quickly made my coffee in the back and brought it up. Made me feel super welcomed and very excited to go back !!
Great food & coffee stop across the street from MPT. Staff is fun, it's a family run place. The building is almost just a shack but in a good way, it adds to the atmosphere. If your going to MPT wonder over, for an ez fairly priced lunch you could afford everyday if need be! If you walk up stay outa the drive through lane!
I had the best smoothie ever. I got the apple and kale smoothie. I was hesitant on the kale but I told her to put it in there and it was amazing. I could literally drink her smoothies everyday. Thank you so much And today I just got such a great regular coffee with oat milk.. I love this place.. thanks for serving our area!
I absolutely love love this place!! I always look forward to what different flavors they have everyday!!! If anything they always have the delicious cinnamon swirl (iced coffee) option! They have a drive up or walk up!! Staff is friendly and if there is a line, a second staff member is there to take your order which is awesome! Great small business to support!! 😋❤
Nick is awesome served me the best coffee and had an amazing customer service . Definitely will be back maybe just to see him he was so wonderful.
Loved this place! Nick had the best personality as soon as we walked in & made the one of the best lattes I’ve ever had.
The coffee here is sssssooooo good. I got an Ethiopian (which they call regular) with cream and sugar. It was excellent. It's quaint, unusual, and unique. I definitely will visit again 💛
I drive by this place every day on the way to work and finally decided to stop in. The line looked a little long at first, but I was at the window in no time. I ordered an iced Tiramisu coffee that was incredible. Ten times the quality of the Dunkin' Donuts I'm used to settling for. The manager and cashier were both super friendly. Didn't break the bank either! Definitely will be coming here again and recommend!
Best spinach quiche and amazing coffee latte. A small cute place tucked away in a residential area, don’t miss it!!
There are no tables and there is no dining in it is drive-thru only. Very good coffee.
Cute spot , great staff. Awesome coffee
This place was such a great little spot! anytime I’m traveling I’m on the lookout for coffee shops and this one stood out and did not disappoint. Their flavored coffees of the day were fantastic, especially the blackberry cobbler, the baristas were so nice and helpful, overall great experience and we’re definitely making the stop by anytime we’re in Ft. Lauderdale!
Okay I’ve driven by this place today for years and finally pulled in this am. The owner warned me that it’s the best cup of coffee in Fort Lauderdale. I mistakenly ordered coconut cream flavored coffee and I didn’t like it at all… only because I have a love hate relationship with coconut. So while I was waiting for my everything bagel - I let them know I wasn’t a fan of the coconut coffee and they replaced it immediately with a French roast… and the owner was right. The French Roast coffee was spectacular. Not to mention the bagel was as good as a NY Bagel. I’m so glad I got a punch card. I will definitely be back. It was such a good experience- with delicious food and coffee.
Love this spot for a quick coffee and breakfast! The bagels are some of the best that I’ve tried. I get their whole coffee beans for my espresso machine and am always happy with the wide selection of flavors and quality. Nick is super fast and helpful. My favorite coffee spot on my way to work!
Been coming here since I was a little girl and now bring my little girl here!!! Absolutely the best customer service, coffee and food items! Nick is our favorite and he spoils my girl with a banana and always checks the back for her favorite chips! Highly recommend this place. The prices are impeccable!
I had a great experience at this drive-thru coffee shop! The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the quick stop feel personal. Nick was especially nice. The coffee was delicious—smooth and perfectly brewed. Lots of flavor choices
Owner and staff are very friendly. I come here mainly for their ice coffee(which is amazing BTW.) The coffee flavors rotate every week, so you’ll be able to experience new flavors you have never heard of! If you’re in the mood for sandwiches, their BLT and egg salad is something to try ! The line moves fast too!
If you want good quality and good tasting coffee, along with the best customer service in probably all of Ft Laud, expresso is the place to go! Their flavors change everyday, their food is fresh and good, and the employees are so kind.
Great, local coffee place! Real coffee taste! Super fast service! The owner and the staff are Wonderful! Definitely my go to place. Definitely try this place out. You will not be disappointed.
Expresso Coffee is the best coffee spot in town. Not only is there a wide variety of options to choose from on the drink menu but you can purchase their top quality beans by the pound as well and make it at home. Their single source options are from all sorts of exotic locales and are much better than anything I’ve encountered on a grocery store shelf. Also the staff and the owner Jon are awesome.
Great coffee spot with consistently good drinks and quick service. I usually swing by in the mornings and it’s always a smooth experience. Nick is great—friendly, efficient, and remembers my order!
On vacation and heard of this spot. It was a HIT with two 15 yr old girls and my wife and I. The girls loved the smoothies and the quiche was awesome. Great iced coffee too!! Thanks for the great starts to the day.
Was so excited to find this cute little spot today the employees who helped me were so friendly and kind and the cinnamon swirl iced coffee was delicious! Such a good deal $9 for an iced coffee and bagel which was much tastier than starbys totally worth the visit!!
Exceptional coffee and service every time I visit this place. They offer a variety of flavors that are different each day, making it worth visiting. Would recommend to everyone!
So glad I stumbled upon this on my way to work. The staff is so helpful and customer service is always great! The coffee is bomb and the food choices also hit. And it’s SUPER affordable, no other place in Ft. laud you can get 2 iced coffees WITH almond milk and 2 food items under $31
The best little coffee shop in Fort Lauderdale! The coffee actually tastes like coffee and it’s freshly brewed everyday! I will choose them over Starbucks any day, and all their workers/baristas are so friendly, 10/10! Go check them out
So happy I found this spot in Ft. Lauderdale. BEST COFFEE, amazing food, great vibe, and amazing staff. This is a must visit spot!! Also the owner is always super friendly. I cannot recommend this spot enough and I’m so happy I stumbled upon it.
Nick hands down is the best human I have ever encountered. Went down south for a girls trip and after a disaster of a travel this man made our days so much brighter. Even assisted us with the best coffee orders ever!! Thanks so much Nick!
Down to earth coffee shop with killer bagels. Gives that feel like they put their energy into the quality of their product and it shows. Coffee was great. Not too sweet or “sugar bomb” or anything. Just nice light flavors and sweetness. Perfect!
Ok- this place is fantastic! Their house coffee is smooth and flavorful- perfect hit of cinnamon. My daughter loved her mocha frap- Just the right mix of chocolate and coffee. Love the open face toast and the person working had great recommendations. Quirky little drive thru with great prices- we will be back.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Expresso is my happy place. This drive-through is more than just coffee—it’s a little pocket of joy in my daily routine. I’m always greeted with a smile or a funny story, and my order is made exactly how I like it every single time. The coffee is rich, smooth, and consistently delicious, and the bagels are perfectly toasted with just the right chew. It’s rare to find a spot that feels personal and consistent, but Expresso nails it. The team makes you feel known, and the quality never wavers. Whether I’m rushing to work or just need a pick-me-up, this place always delivers warmth, flavor, and a moment of connection. Highly recommend making it part of your morning rhythm—it’s the kind of place that makes your day better before it’s even begun.
my first time here and i will be back !!! bagel with butter was so fresh and the coffee is delicious., great job -and thank you for making it fast and fresh !
Been coming here for years. Some of the best iced coffee in town and always friendly staff. Thanks for being a staple of the community!
Absolutely love this drive-up coffee shop! They always great as if you’re family. Their coffee and products demonstrate the love they put into everything they do! It’s in a great location in Fort Lauderdale and right next to a Pet food store with a lot of room to park or drive up!
Great local drive through coffee shop. A large selection of drinks and food. Staff is always wonderful.

Surprisingly good bagels. Affordable menu. Iced coffee and a bagel for $8. It’s drive up only. And then after you order you have to pull around. Would be helpful if they made some cone lanes. It was a little hard to follow when cars are coming from different directions. But overall, a surprisingly good place.

Cute little drive up girl was friendly they have burritos, hot and ready which is very convenient. However, they still use Styrofoam; get rid of the Styrofoam and a perfect little place!
With the maritime school right across the street, I wish this place was more accommodating to walk-ups. It was very unclear where to stand/where I was allowed to walk. You can't read the full menu from the walk-up order point. That said, the coffee was better than the mediocre coffee in the school's breakroom or at our hotel. I liked the various flavor options that changed daily. The staff was friendly and orders always came out quick.
Service and food was great. I think it is a nice little spot. But I have never paid $4 for a colada. The most I’ve paid is $2.50. A total rip off. Will not be coming back.
I will never never return. The ladies at the front were super nice, they told me and my husband to pull around and wait for our coffee. A white bald guy with tan/gold pickup truck pulled up asking us to leave the property. Telling us there is no parking when we were simply waiting for our coffee. If this is the owner, he needs to stay away from his own establishment. Pass this location, go some where you are appreciated and wanted! Seems like the color of my husband's skin was a issue. Coffee is way over priced anyways.
I think I just got charged 6 dollars for a cappuccino that came out of a Nespresso machine 🤔
Grabbed an iced mocha with oat milk and it was bland no flavor , it was so watery :( Grabbed an empanada because they had no breakfast sandwiches it was ok but over all not great for the rave they have I’d give them 2 stars just in flavor
There is nothing gourmet about it. Mediocre at best. My iced coffee was watered down , bitter, and bland all at the same time.
by the reviews i went there with hope but my ham and cheese sandwich came with no cheese and the bread was not appalling for my taste and it was a cold sandwich . I think ill go again but order with more precision because this time was a waste. The service is good
I would like to go more but they're very slow slow even with 3 people. I've tried the sandwiches and they are dry. Chicken tastes like tuna. Very stingy with the creme cheese. They spread it like butter. I even asked for extra and did not get it.

Disappointing Experience at Espresso Cafe I recently visited Espresso Cafe, which is a drive-thru only establishment with no seating or parking area. While the food appeared to be somewhat fresh, my experience was not good. I ordered an avocado toast, but what I got was a single slice of toast with a paltry amount of avocado, overwhelmed by an excessive amount of arugula, and a glaze that tasted terrible. In my opinion, an avocado toast should, at the very least, feature a generous amount of avocado. Furthermore, the coffee was extremely watered down and weak, bearing more resemblance to tea than coffee. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Espresso Coffee Co. and would not recommend it to others.
We wanted to walk up to be able to see the menu as they have quite a bit of cool offerings. We parked the car and walked over and were immediately yelled at that they were drive through only. This is fine, we were going to get back into the car to collect our order but being yelled at immediately really turned us off.
Went in walk up area, ordered, waited & waited, had to get to class across street on time so started to leave without bagel & got yelled at for walking too close to drive up (no cars there) .. We’re adults & believe it or not we walk around carefully in parking lots all the time — if your insurance doesn’t allow walk ups then just don’t serve us.
I have been supporting this business for about a year now and I can say today is the last time I will visit! I ordered an egg toast with Sriracha. It was unusually small and looked a bit thrown together. I showed the passive aggressive girl the sandwich and said that I was not real happy with it. She walked away and said ok. I thought that was rude, I waited to see if she would offer me something else or offer me a refund but NO! SHE did not and I had given a nice cash tip also. They appear nice but NO customer service. ----VERY DISAPPOINTING---
Rude not friendly staff. Ran customers away instead on being understanding . It is only drive thru there is no where to park even for a few minutes . Would not recommend you stopping .
1st bad experience after 8 coffee this people charge me 20 dollars and actually was 10$ plus forget to punch my card and return me another card without no receipt plus giveme a old coffee super amarnos y viejo and take me to long plus the employees complain so last time I will buy just when the old people take care children's no educated
Very disrespectful owner.. not welcoming at all, treat people horrible, the service clerk was very kind but the owner….. Wow im speechless. This comes from a bussiness owner in the hospitality industry. Other than that coffee was pretty good.
