Jeremiah did an excellent job this morning and the service was amazing. I got the healthy Elvis smoothie, and it was easily the best experience I’ve had there so far, and I live across the street.

Fast and delicious. Stesha prepared my food. She was very efficient and super sweet. Convenient to the hotel.

Let me say firstly that being from Chicago I love food, trying new food and trying to eat relatively healthy, I also recognize how difficult it is to “get full” . I had this opened face sandwich with chicken and avocado and half of my daughter’s smoothie, I was full until mid afternoon and we ate at 8:30am. The staff and the vibe are very inviting and friendly. The gentleman at who took our order gave me a fist bump and asked me how our morning was before we got into the order, he answered 127 questions from my daughter with nothing but patience and politeness and let me finish with how damn good that sandwich was, I believe it was called “What the Cluck”, one of the best sandwich’s I’ve ever had and I love samiches and as a larger guy will testify how filling it was, thank you Grain and Berry!!!!!

Parfait was fresh, delicious, healthy breakfast option. Jeremiah helped us and was friendly, service was quick. Recommend for a healthy breakfast or lunch!

Amari took great care of us! When we had questions he gave us great feedback about the food there! It made our visit very enjoyable! Just know when you go there if you have Amari helping out, you’ll be in good hands’

This new spot has done a good job out of the gate. Thr smoothies are great from the 3 I tried. Thick, well blended, not too icey, very tasty !! The food was surprising deliahous. Had the vegab pesto chicken Flat bread. Yummy Meal to order was a tad slower but I think it will improve with time.

New Açaí bowl and juice bar in the MASS district. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose your healthy fix for the day. The bowls are large and they don’t skimp on the toppings. The downside is that they are new and it can take a while for your order to come out when a lot of people are there. They are dog friendly and will give some water and peanut butter snack if you ask for it.

Also for a total of $28.82 (including tax and tip) I would dare to say that this is a pricey lunch for one person.

I must admit, the prices lean towards the higher end. I shelled out $35 for two acai bowls, which roughly translates to almost $15 each plus tip. However, I can vouch for the top-notch quality of their ingredients, especially the fruits. The next time I'm here, I'm eager to try their spirulina bowl. If you're in the mood for an upscale and quality fruit treat, Grain & Berry is the place to be!

Whoever owns this location should take some notes from the Key West location. When I moved up here I was so excited to have a Grain and Berry close by. However, the one person that worked there that made good bowls and did them the right way seems to no longer work there. Her names Sarah. These workers freeze and prep bowl bases and that literally ruins them. Youre supposed to make them to order like every other bowl place. The key west location makes them to order every single time. The workers there are fast and efficient and actually kind and friendly. You would have better workers if you paid $20 an hour and actually gave them their tips (ive spoken to a couple of your employees). The key west location is busy because of locals. Its not even downtown and its jumping every single day. They have 1 or 2 workers at most and still dont need to prep bowl bases. They handle the work load. Either motivate your employees to do things correctly or pay them to. When grain and berry is done right its the best bowls you can get hands down. Ive never gone anywhere else and had better. This location needs new management and im sure if you advertised that you could get your business back. I keep trying and hoping things will change i haven't been happy with what ive bought in the last 5 times ive purchased from here. MAKE YOUR BOWL BASES TO ORDER STOP BEING LAZY. Also management and owners keeping tips is illegal :)

I tried the mango passion açaí bowl the other day, recommended by the cashier. As I’m eating, I was asked how was it… I then proceeded to ask, was there any cross contamination with the fruit, everything tastes literally like bananas. She replied, no there shouldn’t be anything that has bananas. Another employee overheard, and said that the base in the açaí is banana. The taste was potent and quite overwhelming. I did not enjoy it, and am curious as to why they would even do such a thing. I felt nauseous the entire day, followed by regurgitation a few hours later. I would not recommend having the açaí here. Defeats the entire purpose. Overall, nice staff, clean environment, and a pretty good menu.

Great portion . I’m only giving a 2 stars rating because my fruits were hard and crunchy. So disappointing this was my very first time trying out.

The bowls and smoothies are great! The egg avocado toast was absolutely disgusting: A bland slice of white bread, with cold avocado, the egg had a nasty texture as if it had been microwaved. I would go to Press and Grind for high quality food!

Açaí bowl was trash fruit not fresh and fruits was previous frozen granola was stale cheap honey a lot of 5star reviews had to be for the discount nice vibe and location but not acai bowls (canned mangos)

Monday Oct 6th @2:36pm I placed an order. Needed to use a split payment (Apple pay & Card). Employee said he didn’t know how to ring it up as such. Didn’t know how to process the payment that way. I asked for help. Asked for a manager. Apparently the manager wasn’t answering the phone. So there were employees without a supervisor to resolve the conflict. Super disappointed in today. I worked out and really needed some fruit/ healthy eats. Did not get that. Didn’t get any help at all…
