Master Ba's Hot Pot & BBQ

We did the combination korean bbq and hot pot for about $35 and there were plenty of toppings to choose for each person. Each person had their own hot pot which is awesome! I forgot to take a picture of the menu. And the food was delivered by a robot which is one of the highlight of my kids’ day

So fun! We went for lunch on a Thursday and had the entire place to ourselves, it felt like a private dining experience. This was our first time trying hot pot and we had a great time. And the price is less than other nearby hot pot restaurants. Definitely recommend! Lots of options for vegetarians too.

This place was a lot of fun! The staff is very friendly and the robot that brings the food is really entertaining! The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the scallion pancake. We opted for BBQ only which was fantastic but I am looking forward to going back and trying the hot pot. The lamb and pork belly were our favorites on the BBQ menu.

If you have followed any of my other reviews you’ll know that I’m all about hot pot, and boy did I hit the jackpot on this one, hot and bbq under one roof, I was skeptical when I walked in until I saw an actual serving robot from Japan rolling around with food! I was floored by the charm of the place and the intoxicating smell walking in… I ordered the beef and the chicken for the grill and my wife and I did the hot pot as well and I have to say…. They knocked it out of the park with the broth and meat. This is my new standout when it comes to hot pot and I hope it’s yours too! Ask for Adina, she was the nicest, sweetest server I have had, she recommend perfectly to my taste and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed before we even realized! 5/5

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! If you are looking for a different pace while dinning Mater Ba’s Hotpot is the place! They have BOTS! Robots! 🤖 First time going to a Hotpot location and I am very happy with my experience. It is all you can eat so expect to pay between $30-$40 per person. In my perception it’s well worth it as the quality of the meat and vegetables were so fresh a great portioned! We had 2 rounds of protein plenty of appetizers! Very clean, very efficient, and time friendly. As you order from a live server, by the time they get to the back there is a cool bot 🤖 that brings out your selections. I will definitely be back. Great for date night!

Food was seasoned great! They have robot servers which are super cool! It's a fun way to have dinner with friends. You order your meats and cook or Hot pot your own food. Service was friendly (the real server) and being served by a robot is just cool!

Thoroughly enjoyed this! All you can eat options. Got hot pot only, first time. Tiny learning curve but woman patiently explained it to me. I wish I came in more hungry but I still managed 2 rounds which equaled 4 bowls. Great ingredient selections. Fun cooking it myself on table top heater you'd never see in nanny states. Awesome little rolling robot that would play music as it delivered food to all the tables over and over and over. Definitely try at least once. Quail eggs, pea leaves, enoki mushroom, pork belly, spinach, and way more. Only 4 at a time. Truly delightful.

Had dinner here tonight and it was an amazing experience. The food is fresh + delicious, the service was incredible, and the robot that delivers your food is adorable. My husband and I came with our 1 year old son and I was touched by how kind everyone working was to him. They even sent the robot (who my son loved) by to sing him a song. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a more authentic Asian restaurant in Southern Florida with a different take, you have to give Master Ba's Hot Pot a try.  They use quality, fresh products and have a very nice atmosphere.  Also their staff is very attentive and makes sure each guest is trained on how everything works. If you have never been to a hot pot before, it is a restaurant where you cook most of the food at your table.  They have hot plates at each table, and many tables have barbecue grills as well for their selection of fresh barbecue meats.   This restaurant also uses robots to bring the selected food from the kitchen to your table to add fun to this unique dining experience. For the hot pot, they have a variety of soup bases to choose from.  I have tried their spicy base and their Thai base and both were exceptional. Then they start you with mixed set of  freshly prepared appetizers to share.  Next they bring you the selected broth base and set it on the hot plate to keep heated at the table.   Soon after out comes the robots again to deliver your fresh cut meat and vegetable selections. Additionally, they have a special sauce bar where you can blend your own customized dipping sauces.  This makes it where each guest experience is unique onto itself. The service is exceptional, and the fresh quality of the food is unsurpassed.  This is a hidden treasure to seek out for very enjoyable gatherings with friends and family.  I have eaten at many hot pot locations on the west coast from San Francisco to San Diego, but feel this is one of the best hot pot location I have dined at.  This restaurant and the staff is amazing!!!

Great experience. Plenty of meat options. We got the K BBQ and hot pot. Everything was priced very well. They did not have plenty of sides for BBQ- but the ones they had tasted very well. They were so many sides for hotpot. We got plenty of vegetables, meat- chicken, fish , seafood, steak & pork. There were also a make your own sauce bar with a few different broths to select from. Overall great experience.

We had a great time with very tasty food. Prices are reasonable and service is good. Clean and nice atmosphere. Parking is a little difficult, bring coins for the meter or download the Paybyphone app. Also there were 1 or 2 items on the menu they were out of. Look forward to returning to Master Ba's in the future.

My husband and I were driving around and we came across this restaurant. It was so cool. When you get there they hand you a menu and you pick your appetizers, soup, and protein. They have a little robot that brings your food for you to cook at the table. They have hot pots with your soup that you picked and that’s where you can cook your meat or vegetables. They have many items to choose from. My husband ordered the steak and lamb with vegetables to mix in. The meat comes very thinly sliced so it’s easier to cook. I ordered chicken and I attempted to cook some slices on the mini griddle. I found out it was a lot easier to put it in my soup lol. But overall it was definitely a cool experience!

Solid hot pot with really cool robot servers. Well, robots and super nice human servers too. Didn’t try the Korean bbq on this visit, but looked good at other tables! For one price, you get unlimited hot pot (and/or bbq) with lots of options. There’s also a sauce bar at the front to make dipping sauces for your food. The human servers are really friendly and the restaurant is clean. They also have drinks including unique soft drinks and alcohol options.

Visited this location for the first time after having been to the Sunrise spot more than once. We had just as amazing an experience as always. The food, service and price leaves us smiling and satisfied. Eric was an amazing server, juggling many customers at once, with only the aide of the robots. Thanks for being on point at every step. The hot pot and grill items were excellent - the fried squid and shrimp appetizers were too salty. Experiment with the sauce bar and take your ice cream cup to go if you want and/or because you're too stuffed from the fantastic hot pot and bbq options. Will visit again when in the area.

My wife and I came here for lunch because we often can’t find good vegetables when we dine out but figured they would certainly have some at this restaurant. We both ordered the BBQ with a good selection of meats and vegetables. The food was delivered by a robot, which was interesting. The portions were quite a good size for the meats but lesser for the vegetables. The place was relatively clean and the service was actually very good. The sauces were were good too, as they had a nice peanut and special meat sauce, which both were very tasty along with the kimchi. Unfortunately, both my wife and I had tummy trouble after our meal but we feel that it may have been because of the amount of butter that was used to cook the BBQ, which is why we gave it 4 stars. However, the hot pot looks better than the BBQ, so maybe it would be good to try that out next time.

Having lived in China, I love to enjoy hot pot and the social aspect of it! This was a great place to enjoy a very Chinese meal. While the hot pot broths weren’t full of flavor, the meats and veggies (many kinds of mushrooms) were full of flavor and high quality. The sauce bar was very authentic with bean curd and the usual hot pot sauce ingredients. The home made sauce was pretty good too. A really great place for a cozy evening trying different things with friends!

NEW place just 2 minute walk from our home. For 35 bucks you sure can eat a ton. My wife was in heaven. I liked the S&P shrimp and I much preferred the BBQ to the hotpot. To bad they did not have sechuan peppercorns. Other places do. Over ll very good and We will be back.

Glad to see a new hotpot place open in the area! Overall experience was great! Nice clean atmosphere with good service. Food was great and I especially enjoyed the appetizer starters which was a surprise and a treat! The only thing I wish they had was leafy greens. But that's not going to deter another visit at MBHP soon! 😀👍🏻

Hot Pot was very good, restaurant operates with robot that bring you the food after it has been ordered with the server. Prices are $28.99 for all you can eat hotpot, $28.99 for BBQ (Korean style) and $35.00 for both Hotpot and BBQ. We tried the Hotpot which includes appetizers as well. Only downside was that they were short on few ingredients for the hotpot, including blue crab and lobster balls and others. Server was a little slow, but then again, he was by himself for the whole restaurant. Overall, we might come back again
