Amazing service. Our server was awesome, very attentive, and gave great suggestions, he exemplified customer service standards. The food was so fresh and delicious, if it wasn't so filling I might have finished it all. It tasted just as fresh the next day, not soggy at all! We are going back for brunch on Sunday, This place is worth returning to once a week. Well, we returned a week later! Notions l bottomless margaritas and the best brunch I've ever had. Chef Ruben delivered VIP service. We were immediately seated outside (by choice). The decor is very trendy and well designed. Seating is comfortable and the staff is friendly. Chef Ruben’s suggestions were very helpful. The coconut and strawberry margaritas are happy hour specials, the vegan mushroom tacos were made with perfection and the shrimp quesadillas were scrumptious. Looking forward to another great experience on our next visit. Thank you again Chef Ruben 🙏🏾

wonderful mexican Taqueria & Tequila Bar. Fair price for authentic tacos with a delicate twist. Server Shelby was super nice and knowledgeable. Definitely will came back. (PS: try the chips with the mango salsa it’s awesome)

We came for dinner in late January and sat outside on the patio. Our server came right over. I started with a delicious watermelon margarita. The chips were really good. They were thicker than I’m used to. We ordered yucca fries, the salsa flight, and some tacos. Everything was delicious. They have a great taco deal, $22 for 3 tacos. Well worth it. Food, service, and drinks were excellent. I can’t wait to go back. ~~~~~~~ A couple of weeks later and I’m back for happy hour. Lots of margaritas, and a delicious fish taco.

My wife and I had a wonderful time there. The tacos were amazing, and the drinks were top-notch. We skipped dessert because we were too full, but we’ll definitely try the churros next time. It’s a great place for lunch or dinner!

Wonderful atmosphere, food and service. The list of tequila options seem endless. Can be overwhelming however I had a great server who gave me several suggestions. I tried Jaja tequila for the first time. Not my favorite but it was really smooth. Was still a great suggestion in my opinion. I would definitely come back and try others. Service was friendly, food came out quickly. Was flavorful. I really have no complaints.

This place looked interesting, but it also looked like it could be one of those trendy places that over charges for mediocre food. Fortunately it wasn't! The food was absolutely incredible. My wife and I each got a taco platter which came with three tacos and a side of beans and rice. The beans were packed with flavor and some of the best I've ever had from a Mexican/taco restaurant. The tacos were very gourmet and the flavors were outstanding. There were a lot of options to choose from. My favorites were the chicken al pastor and the crispy pork. The carne asada with big chunks of steak and black beans was also pretty good. My wife got the local fish and the braised chicken and loved them both. The only one that was a little underwhelming was the chorizo. It wasn't bad, but it just didn't blow our minds like the other ones. It was the only one we wouldn't get again. We probably also wouldn't get the guacamole and chips again either. The chips are awesome and the guac is pretty good, but we didn't really feel like it was worth $15, and there was so much food with the taco platters that we couldn't finish it all anyway. Overall we'll definitely be coming back here, especially on a taco Tuesday when prices are even better.

My sister and I stopped by Tacocraft Taqueria in Fort Lauderdale for happy hour and it was amazing! The vibe was fun and lively, perfect for a casual sister date. We ordered the classic margaritas (so fresh and not overly sweet), a variety of tacos that were packed with flavor, the street corn which was addictively good, and the guacamole. Every bite hit the spot. Great service, great food, and a great atmosphere—we’ll definitely be back!

During a recent visit to Fort Lauderdale, I had the pleasure of dining at Tacocraft Taqueria & Tequila Bar, a vibrant spot known for its tacos and tequila-focused menu. I was so impressed by the experience that I visited twice—once for takeout and again for a dine-in meal. Both visits were equally enjoyable, capturing exactly the kind of atmosphere and flavors I was hoping for. For my takeout order, I chose the taco platter, which allows guests to select three tacos from a diverse list of fifteen options. I opted for the Pork Al Pastor, Carne Asada, and Local Grilled Fish tacos. The standout was undoubtedly the Pork Al Pastor—expertly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. The Carne Asada was less impressive, as it was somewhat dry and lacked depth of flavor. The Grilled Fish taco had good seasoning but also leaned on the dry side. I paired the tacos with a classic margarita to-go, which, while strong, had a slightly bitter finish and wasn’t quite to my taste. Eager to try more, I returned the next day with my daughter for a dine-in experience. We started with the classic guacamole, which was fresh, well-balanced, and a great beginning to the meal. For drinks, I chose the passion fruit margarita. Despite a previous recommendation from a staff member cautioning against it for those sensitive to spice, I found it pleasantly smooth and flavorful without any noticeable heat—definitely a drink I would order again. For the main course, I ordered the Pork Al Pastor again, along with the Baja Fish Taco. Both were excellent—well-prepared, satisfying, and reflective of the bold, fresh flavors Tacocraft aims to deliver. The tacos were generously filled and left me more than satisfied. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience. It was lively, bustling, and clearly popular, with a full dining room and energetic atmosphere. The customer service was attentive and efficient, and the restaurant’s extended happy hour is a great bonus for those looking to enjoy food and drinks later in the evening. Overall Rating: 9/10. Tacocraft Taqueria & Tequila Bar is a must-visit for anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area seeking quality tacos, creative cocktails, and a lively dining environment. Tacos were excellent! Got the crispy shrimp, crispy fish and crispy chicken with a side of rice and a side of beans. Got the queso cheese and chips (very tasty!) and classic margaritas. Service was very good. Missed Happy Hour (3-7 pm daily) but will be back as their HH specials are pretty good! Highly recommend!

Although it’s a chain, they have consistently good tacos. Service is friendly and they have a great happy hour and taco Tuesday. Dog friendly patio space and welcoming indoor dining area. Free parking is a perk. It’s one of our go to spots.

THIS RIGHT HERE is a non negotiable if you ever come. Then for my main course I ordered the pick three. Which allows you to mic and match from any of their specialty tacos. I ended up going with the crispy shrimp taco(which was my favorite out of the three). Followed by the Korean taco( the meat was a little too chewy for my liking, but the sauce was good). Then finally the crispy chicken taco( the chicken was pretty dry, and was mostly being carried by the spicy honey). Overall, the nachos sealed the deal for me and I will definitely give this place another shot. -The Fashionable Foodie

The 1 star deduction is for the fired pork taco which was just plain awful (over-fried pork?) It tasted like crickets stuffed inside a taco! Overall a must visit place in downtown.

Multiple times we had to ask for drinks or utensils or whatever and when they came back they would have something wrong or forgetten something else. Seriously poor service. The food however is fantastic. The decor is great. And the setting very comfy. They had a singer when we were there and the tunes were familiar and pleasant. If we’d had one of the other servers I’d give it a 5. But honestly, ours shouldn’t have clocked in that day.

Food and drinks are wonderful! Sadly, David is a poor manager — we went Saturday around 1pm and the restaurant was pretty empty yet our waitress would disappear for stretches, food was extremely delayed, and David was aloof to all of these issues when we tried bringing them up. Upon flagging him over and explaining what’s going on, his response was “this is the first I’m hearing of this” which is to be expected when he doesn’t check on the table until we go out of our way to call him over. This comment came across more as a dismissal than an acknowledgement. It’s evident I’m annoyed, but by no means are we rude. Even then, David’s whole demeanor is clear that he could not care less and would rather we stop talking. After some back and forth, he offered a resolution because we didn’t let him walk away about it. The end of our meal was met with an eye roll while he sarcastically told us to enjoy our day. I get that it’s annoying to deal with an unhappy table, but being outright dismissive was strange. Weird experience, especially from management of an establishment. We have always enjoyed the tacos and drinks, but this was a truly dismaying experience. It’s likely we will go back as the spot is gorgeous and everything was tasty, otherwise. Maybe just don’t have an issue, I guess? Lol.
