My complaint is with the female manager there. When we walked in, we saw her take the last specialty pie, ring it up with her manager discount, take it to her back office and come back out before she even acknowledged us. We stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for her! Then when she took our order, she was rude and even messed up our order. When making the food, she was constantly touching her hair /bun. As someone who has worked food service for many years, you are never to touch your hair and then touch food. If you touch your face or hair or basically anything, you wash your hands afterwards. The other staff there was very nice and polite and was working hard on getting our order done while the manager was busy distracting them.

Manager was very rude as soon as we came in slap the counter and made comments about us also told us no ice cream waited 25 minutes for our cold food very gross about 6 people came in and proceeded to make ice cream for herself never took their order they probably waited 15 minutes probably longer but we left this was all at 7 seemed like she wanted to close asap I don’t like Dairy Queen but rather eat there then that place do not recommend 😣

Ive had faster service from actual restaurants. It took about 10-15 minutes for them to notice i was here and then another 20 to get the mobile order that was placed before I ever got here. It's not busy...

Ordered a Brisket Whopper. Instead, I received a regular Whopper. I returned it. The staff asked why. I told them I had paid for a Brisket Whopper. After waiting for 20 minutes without receiving a Burger. I requested a refund. I assume it was the manager asking the cashier why I wanted a refund. The cashier informed her that I didn't receive what I had ordered. She didn't seem very concerned. Last time I will go there. I left went back to work without lunch. If you are in Fredericksburg. Don't stop there. I highly recommend Whataburger, Chick-fil-a over this place.

Just came here with my friends, our orders were messed up and refused any change or money back. We are eating and we find a dirty ahh hair in the food, not only one.. BUT TWO HAIRS. this has got to be intentional at this point. Line is backed up to the door with terrible service *yes i’m talking about you harmonica* No hair nets, this place is digsuting. This isn’t my first experience with this burger king, no no no. A couple months ago I had found a GLOVE in the burger. This has got to be the WORST fast food experience i’ve ever had. Do better. Do not take your kids or family here.

I ordered a chocolate oreo shake, and guess what they gave me. Not a chocolate oreo shake. I got a half chocolate vanilla shake. I also ordered a bacon MELT MEAL and instead they charged me for a bacon king. And she refused to change the order. Overall Very very disappointed and I will not return until they train their employees the right way Thankyou

I used drive-thru, had to go in myself to pick order and when i came back to hotel with the food i realized where were missing two items. Not only that there was no straws no napkin no sauce which i asked for. When i called the location to partially refund me for the missing items the lady said i have to come again to get the order replaced. Told that i cant do that kids are hungry and they were tired. I just wanted refund for missing items. But the lady said the same thing again. Wish i could give them negative rating. Shameful

Horrible. Go ANYWHERE else. They take FOREVER. 25 minutes waiting out front after ordering in drive through for only fries and an 8 piece nugget for my kids to split. (Update) Got back and found they messed up my order. Good times.

Manager took my order it was completley wrong. I always add tomoatoes pi kles and extra spicey sauce. It would be one thing to just not get this but the value of the burger itself and the fact that the manager cant even get an order correct is terrible. The spicey chicken jr itself had almost no sauce and two pieces of lettuce.

Paid $11 for a salad and a whooper but they served my meal horribly with minimum food in it. And no dressing for the salad. I am not expecting much from a fast food chain but come on now... I would not trust this place again. I am sure they could be the type to spit in your food!

Burger King location in Fredericksburg Texas is an absolute joke. Visited this location this last Sunday June 16 2019 a little after 9am via the drive through. We ordered 4 bacon egg and cheese crossainwhiches, cinnaminis, an iced coffee, and an orange juice. After being told to pull forward to the first window as someone would be with us shortly to take payment we waited nearly 10 minutes before the assistant manager came to the window with our drinks. There were no vehicles ahead of us. To my surprise the total ended up half as much as I was told at the menu speaker. We then advanced to the second window waited almost another 10 minutes before our food arrived. Upon leaving a passenger checked the order and sure enough we received 4 bacon egg and cheese biscuits that weren't even warm and Cinnaminis that weren't cooked and no icing. I then called the location nobody answered the phone so I left a message and still have not received a call or any communication back as of today 06/19/2019. I also did the customer survey on reciept the same day with no contact made from corporate either.
