Fast and friendly staff. Although the were busy the didn't seem rushed or hurried. They handled each guest efficiently. My favorite BK. I have one closer to me and this one is the one I go to.

I don’t usually write reviews but I must say ordering online and speaking with Angie and her manager Yuris @BK has been a wonderful experience both ladies are great in helping me with my order and making sure everything is correct. Excellent customer service!!!

THE BEST Burger King around AND in my local area! This Burger King was just recently opened in Freeport making it more convenient than going into Merrick but that aside, it is by far the best i have EVER had. Chicken sandwiches are ALWAYS fresh and delicious. I add bacon and get actual FULL STRIPS of bacon. And more than just one! Actually more than I'd ever have expected.. I havent been let down once. I'm aware "it's just Burger King", but if that's what u want, than thos is most certainly the location to stop by. A+ all the way!

Freeport burgerking has a great vibe and the staff are really good here. Fast service and consistent food is about all you can ask for from fast food and this burger King always delivers

Sooo much better than McDonald's. We showed up during staff training so it took a while, but the food was delicious and well worth the time.

I got delivery from this Burger King today (3/17/20). Usually the food is great. However the burger were undercooked, way undercooked. Like barely warmed cooked.As someone who can't stand to eat burgers/steaks with pink in it I am greatly disappointed by this.

Thanks to the phenomenal work of Burger King and the Towing company they’ve been able to clean up Burger King parking lot. Over the past couple of years I did not feel safe dining at Burger King with my children, but now I feel confident enough to park there and walk inside without getting mugged. I would also like to mention that the manager of Burger King is very nice and professional. Keep up the good work!

I generally order a whopper meal. This time I decided to go with the Bacon King, I think that's the name of the sandwich. Anyway, it was absolutely out of this world delicious! I was very surprised because I've been eating Burgers all my life. This particular Bacon King was very very good! Tasty and just put a smile on my face after the 1st two bites. Great Burger!

It's hard to get ish done in the rain (18thJune2019) and I was sure happy to stumble into this BK. Is it new? It sure looks it. A member of staff was being trained on my visit, one was cleaning the dinning area and the others behind the counter. All very nice. The toilet is impeccable with a choice of antibacterial handSOAP or antibacterial handGEL. Take that DD across the street. AND BK has the fastest of wifis. Two tellies to keep you entertained if you wanna get offline and they're (just opposite the Walgreens) on Merrick road so the view ain't bad either. The drive-through is open 24/7 but the actual restaurant 6am-11pm. In the voice of Oprah, you get a five star you get a five star YOU GET A MF FIVE STAR!!!!!! The End.

Broke my Freeport location and tried the Hempstead on Fulton Avenue it was not the same service or food delivery as the Freeport location ..

It was a filling meal (but not the kind of Burger King I went to 30 years ago @ $2-$3 per burger, fries & drink). $12.00 tab for one huge double burger with all the fixins + unlimited coke. Service was quick and I walked out full.

THIS Burger King tastes good. Some of the other ones are flavorless.

Me & Mom went to BK SATURDAY 7/16/22 for a stroll before we stopped by Ashley Furniture in Freeport oy yo find it closed. Getting back to BK. I had a Wooper meal w/ fries & lemonade.

Pleasantly surprise how nice the layouy at this location. This would have a 5 Star rating if they had emptied out the garbage pail.

Convenient drive thru. Also dine in. Good parking. Staff is very nice. Place is clean. And it is now again fully open with seating and drink fountain.

Notably preserved their staff pre-pandemic who were excellent then and presently. You get it your way without long waits and the food is made properly! They may even go above and beyond with customer service, who would not love that! Also the place is kept clean no matter time of day.

Kinda annoyed that drink prices at Burger King restaurants include free refills if you dine in, yet you're not allowed to get a refill because of covid. Their prices on drinks and meals that include drinks should be reduced for dine in customers since we are not allowed to get the free refills.

No matter how many times you order food a certain way like let's say for instance, you don't want ketchup on your burger because you're a diabetic. You're definitely getting in ketchup on that burger. One out of 10 times the order will be correct if you deviate from the norm. The parking lot is a disaster as well. Typically the people at the counter are friendly though. I mean it's Burger King. We can't expect miracles here

The place is very clean the food fresh, but unfortunately I found myself in a dilemma. I needed to use the rest room and was told it was locked to the public. My friend told me, almost all the Burger kings are the same. While my friend took the food to a table, I picked a Latin small restaurant across the street, and went there. The owner there and the Spanish girl who was working, were so nice in letting me go. That I felt obligated to buy something and I did.

Went through the drive thru on a motorcycle 🏍️ and still the worker was trying to hand me individual items I ordered as if I'm in a car had to buy a bag 🛍️. Really 😲🥺🥺😲!!!

The customer service was fine, fast and friendly. However, when I got home I picked the tray with the drink in one hand and with the other the bag, which contained two sandwiches and two bags of French fries. The bag ripped completely and although the sandwiches were fine and my wife and I ate them, all the French fries fell to the driveway ground and were lost. I hope you order better quality bags.

My mother and I were inside to order food. We paid the cashier afterwards he assisted the other workers with our food wearing the same gloves he handled money with.

The drink tasted moldy, bought a whopper and got some huge cabbage chunks and the fries tasted stale. It could have been so much more. There's goes my experience cheating my diet.

Love the Sourdough King - New establishment is clean, and the employees are courteous update on 6/29/2018 ok so this is my 3rd visit, and although i love the cleanliness, and the food is good, but the blasting music was horrible, and a few other customers agreed, i don't think Burger King should sound like a club, or that I'm at an outdoor barbecue, I've never ever seen anything like this, and this really ruined my meal for me My visit was at 12:21 in the afternoon, and i actually can't finish eating, so half of my food is going in the garbage, i can't give it 5 stars anymore, and I'm not going to sit down again to a meal here if this doesn't stop, and i will be calling corporate office

I love burger kind and all and I use to go there about 2x a week to get the spicy chicken sandwich but now they changed it and it doesn’t taste as good!!! PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD ONE PLZZZ AT LEAST BRING IT BACK FOR ONE DAY OR A WEEK

The food was good. The service could be a little better. They got our order wrong and didn't ask what we wanted to drink, gave us a coke and we wanted ice tea.

Dining area was dirty and I visited at 7 pm, fountain area wasn't clean sticky with spilled drinks, tops weren't in a sanitized dispenser they were all laid out from customers going through them to find the correct size there were little children running around unattended which should had been seated with the family for safety purposes nor was the cheese melted on my burger which brung to my attention the food wasn't hot I usually check my food before leaving..

The server was polite and thorough. The restaurant tables needed cleaning. The food was hot but over done with lettuce, mayo, ketchup and onions to make up for the thinnest burgers we ever saw. Even white Castle had thicker burgers.

You guys need to do better. the last few times I’ve gone there The large fries are filled up halfway so I should’ve gotten a medium and they’re not hot. The food is very skimp. barely put any lettuce cheese or tomato on the sandwiches. And the chicken fries are drier than the Sahara desert. McDonald’s in Roosevelt is actually serving better than ya smh.

Rude workers, would not let me use the bathroom without ordering first and the line was long. No hospitality shown towards the customers (observed), no excuses even for fast food. This place is new to the neighborhood but it could use better management. I suggest going to the Burger King in Baldwin on Grand Avenue.

Just spent $13 on breakfast. Hashbrowns were cold and smashed up and the bacon on the sandwiches is soggy. All they care about is their timer and being fast. Customers are an afterthought here. The guy working there was So unprofessional and rude. Why go to work just stay home if you don’t want to interact with people. He left out parts of our order we came back and gave him back the partial order. He then returned the bag again but this time with just the fries and took out the burger we left in there. Then proceed to tell us we were doing to much. As if it was our fault that he is making so many mistakes. Worse employee ever! Never going back.

7: 50 pm at Freeport Bk.Just horrible ..I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and I went to manager and he handed my sandwich to the lady who was preparing sandwich and thru could bacon from plastic container draw mind you there was a lady cleaner mopping where the 2nd young lady was preparing sandwich.The morning shift people are more caring and cleaner. Food inspector should come to see how this place is handle evening.The male manager said this how they do it because they are open 25 hrs .Plenty of restaurant don't do this .

We had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location in Freeport, NY. The woman working the drive-thru, who mentioned she was the manager — I believe her name was Valerie — was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we received our order, several items were missing. We politely informed her, but instead of addressing the issue respectfully, she responded with attitude, rolled her eyes, and seemed very dismissive. My sister calmly acknowledged that it might have been a busy night, but also mentioned that it wasn’t appropriate to treat customers with such disrespect. In response, the employee abruptly slammed the drive-thru window shut and locked it mid-conversation — a completely unnecessary and unprofessional action. We understand that restaurant staff can be under pressure, but customer service should never suffer as a result. This experience left a very negative impression and made us feel disrespected and unwelcome. We hope this feedback helps improve service at this location in the future.

Burger King has fallen. I got a Whopper Jr. for the first time in 20 years. They used to be kinda great. The one I had today was tiny, flat, and a pale version of the burger it used to be. I did not enjoy the experience nor the price. The folks working there were great but this once fast food treat has become a victim of capitalism and corporate greed. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Bring back the old Whooper Jr! Until then the verdict is BK sucks. Go to five guys or Shake Shack.
