My drink is so good! I like coming To This location although not so easy to get too if your traveling. It’s more of a locals hidden Starbucks!
I live in the Glenmore area and was very very surprised to know how quick this new Starbucks was built. It reminds me of the reserve Starbucks in New York and Seattle. Love how friendly and clean it is along with the drive-through as well. Like I said, it was very surprised how quickly this came up.

I like Starbucks! Probably, you can find better coffee somewhere, but the atmosphere, the service, other drinks quality and products… Only Starbucks! IMHO
Small Starbucks located in the corner right across from the shopping complex in Fremont. Usually pretty quiet… have a lot of good memories working out of this Starbucks on big projects!
Can get busy, great courteous service. Located next to a Wells Fargo ATM, Chipotle as well. This location does provide the topper for hot beverage. Located on corner of Boscell and Auto Mall, Pike made perfectly.
After dinner I came here for a coffee with my friend. We ordered white chocolate mocha without whip cream and my friend ordered a strawberry iced drink. We both said no whip cream but the lady gave whip cream for the strawberry drink. We didn't say much but stayed there chitchatting and all of a sudden the staff comes and starts cleaning with the broom. She was sweeping even when customers were sitting and having their drinks. At one point one customer got up thinking they were closing but they weren't and so sat back again. I am not sure if this is a routine or the staff was in a hurry that before their closing time they were sweeping while customers were still sitting and drinking their beverage. I will not go back!

I don't like to leave a negative review, but I have to. It was a worst experience with getting my snacks and drink in any Starbucks ever. It wasn't crowded, just a few people were waiting for their drinks. There was no line to order our stuff, but after ordering, we had to wait for our drinks for more than 20! minutes. And we were not alone. The couple next to us was also complaining about not getting their order. Actually, the workers didn't seem to be in a hurry. After 23 minutes of waiting, I approached the worker to request a refund. Once I did that, they finished my drink within 30 seconds and passed that to me without even apologies. I will never return to that location and won't recommend this place for sure. No, I will recommend avoiding this place.

They advertised free multi-purpose mugs for orders of their specified coffee, but when I ordered the Vt pep mint for $6.95 at 10 AM and asked for the free mug, the staff impatiently claimed they ran out, which is absurd considering they only open at 8 AM today. This incident has left me with a negative impression of this place, and it also affects my view of Starbucks, even though this coffee shop is not the only one around.
Updated: only got 3/4 amount from a venti drink. Cold foam Cascara Cold Brew 👍 Some staff here should be trained to be more friendly to customers. Updated: I ordered a Venti size but they got me a grande.

I pick up my coffee at least four days a week from the Starbucks this morning. I picked up my coffee and they gave me short on my food And I called to talk to the manager they put me on hold and they said all the person remembers that give your food completely. I wouldn’t call first five dollar refund. I just want better customer service. I’ll put hundreds of review about your bad customer service. I will never ever go to your Starbucks. I can get a Starbucks anywhere I want.
Milks out unrefrigerated on the counter, wrong ordering of how to perform drinks. No cleaning steamer between milks, shots all poured into glass and then sitting there and going flat. Horrible, not following Starbucks workflow at all correctly. Also, just unsanitary.
Hi, I recently ordered a drink just 20 minutes ago? It tasted like backwash and not clean? I’m not sure but the jalapeño chicken pocket was really good, but my dragon fruit refresher tasted really weird. it tasted like it was made with dirty unwashed dishes, almost like mold.
Where do I even begin? First, I must mention that this Starbucks is one of the worst locations I have encountered. The issue is not the attitude of the staff; rather, it appears they sometimes struggle with preparing the beverages correctly. For example, when I order a caramel macchiato, I often receive a drink that tastes predominantly of milk. Additionally, many of their specialty beverages can taste similar to steamed milk—if I wanted plain steamed milk, I would have ordered it separately. The organization involved in making drinks can also be somewhat disorganized—mobile orders frequently take longer than the estimated wait times, and I have experienced waits of 15-30 minutes after placing a mobile order. Occasionally, it’s only about 5-10 minutes if I’m fortunate. The drive-thru tends to be the fastest option, but unfortunately, the coffee there is often average at best. Overall, the service staff are friendly but tend to be slow and sometimes lack consistency in coffee preparation. Today, I was so disappointed with my drink that I ended up discarding it. This experience has led me to avoid this Starbucks location altogether. I now prefer to visit Peet’s Coffee, as they consistently produce higher-quality beverages.
I came to this location 3 times and so far every time the drinks is water down too much.. i ask for lemonade and don’t tase no lemonade or any peach or passion fruit in my drink.. I would not recommend coming here for your drinks.. why am I giving out tips if my drinks not properly made..
TERRIBLY RUDE BARISTA. Looking at other reviews, it seems it is “normal” for the baristas in this store to get the orders wrong and still have the audacity to be rude instead of be apologetic. I was given a grande when I ordered trenta on my drink. When I told that at the pick up counter, I was “ordered” to go to the cashier and tell them myself even though the cashier was 3 ft away from him. They punched my order again and I paid the owed amount and they proceeded to change my order. I saw that they just added more ice to the cup and poured the grande which made the trenta cup full so I asked to make it less ice. That is when the cashier who got my order wrong (blond, short girl) butted in and said “next time, tell everything you want in your order at the cashier”. I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of them getting my order wrong even though it’s added to my wait time because I thought we all make mistakes anyway but her rudeness made me think otherwise so I answered her back and told her “next time, get my order right”. Your baristas in Starbucks at Boscell Rd need to learn customer service. I have been to other Starbucks where baristas are genuinely nice and doesn’t show that they hate their job. It sucks that this is the closest Starbucks to my work and I have to start my mornings dealing with rude barista.
The worst Starbucks experience in the past 5 years. I ordered a green tea frappe and it tasted like the barista slipped some other syrup into it. Yes, it looks green but the taste is matcha green tea plus strawberry. I went back to the counter and told baristas it doesn’t taste as expected. Their faces were all like hell no. No one tried to even acknowledge. Not to mention to make another one. I’ve had hundreds of green tea frappe so far. This is the worst, period. I’ll not go back to this store again
Dweeb kid asks you to shout your name 3 times over the intercom with your mobile order even though it makes no difference if the person knows it or not. To top it off I sit behind two cars for minutes just to be told my coffee is being worked on. I drove off tossing a handful of dogfood at the place.
