The food is always good here but i order Chile Verde enchiladas last night and it was really spicy!!! The margarita was really good though!

Food was honestly not that great. Not bad, just not great. It's watered down Mexican food, like the kind of place you take your grandma because she wants something "exotic" but can't taste the food enough to know whether or not it's been seasoned properly. Service was great though, staff was nice and the bartender brought me my drink, which was the best part of the meal. I also like the interior.

Food was ok. The waitress did her best to get the food order right. Two missing items. There was a party of 12 there so maybe that was the confusion. That is why probably our food also took long. So I'm giving her a break because people are probably short-handed everywhere in the industry.

Stopped by Javier for a quick lunch. The service was excellent but my meal wasn't as delicious as it looked. Kinda mixed feelings because I want to give a higher rating because of the service but the Chili Relenza was cold and had a funny taste to it. Everything else was pretty good. I've had better but would give it another shot.

Food was good, tho it took rather a long time to receive our order on a late Monday afternoon visit with hardly any customers in the restaurant. Atmosphere not to friendly here as the first thing you see upon entering Javier's is a sign that says "we DON'T give out the WiFi password here". Never seen that in a public restaurant before, just gives the wrong impression. Waiter was nice but rarely checked on us and when he did he tried to take our dinner plates TWICE before we were finished eating, didn't really appreciate that. On the good side, food was good, prices affordable, just when you don't feel welcome you don't really want to return. I won't, too many other choices with better food, service and prices.

The food was pretty good not as good as I remember. It was extremely slow and only 4 other customers in the restaurant. They said a cook left early and maybe they have staffing issues but it just wasn’t the same as it used to be. Also the order came out wrong. Chicken tacos came out as ground beef tacos. They were tasty though.

It was a good Mexican restaurant in its time. The food is just OK now a bit sketchy and leaves you feeling a little defiled. The flavors and recipes are still good. The place has seen better days the furniture is rundown and filthy the whole atmosphere of the place is the same, I do hope management puts money into the place or move once more. We would even pay more money for our food. If the atmosphere wasn’t so filthy I think the taco truck down the street might be a better option. It’s too bad because it has such a rich history, our family has gone here for years and it has been a mainstay for good food and good times but alas, maybe it’s time for a change :-(

This is the third time within two months that I have tried to have breakfast at Javier‘s per their listed “hours of operation”. This review is for poor communication. Simply putting a sign on the window saying that you’re closed is not enough. Please notify your customers via this venue, Google maps, to update your hours of operation or special random days that you plan to close.

The quality of food was terrible 😔. I ordered combo fajitas ( chicken steak shrimp). My veggies took over the entire plate. They were not billed or sliced properly. They were so big and almost still raw. They were very stingy on the meat. Only 3 pieces of each. My steak was so tuff I couldn't even chew them. I will not be returning to this location

The food was not good. I ordered two tacos and the corn hard shells were stale. The beans tasted like canned beans. The rice was powder dry. My son ordered a tamale and it was so sloppy, soggy and bland. It also took a super long time to get our food, we almost left. The waitresses were super nice however. But overall I would not recommend this place.
