La Enchilada Mexican Food

Went two days in a row. The food is good. On weekends they have a buffet, try it. I will return for the buffet for sure. Had juevos rancheros today (01/30/2024) they were good, service was good also.

Service was great. The lady who served us seemed sincerely happy to see us. She checked on us Regularly but not to where it was intrusive. The food was amazing; Authentic. And we Received a "manager special" the was a nice little extra treat.. And home made tortillas? Yay me lol definitely coming back.

We moved here about 3 months ago and ive been on the search of good chilaquiles. I had found a spot but this place takes the crown!! BEST food by far!! My boyfriend got the asada quesadilla and just WOW!! La comida mas rica que hemos comido en Fresno!!

I thought this place was new but the waitress said they been their for 6 years. I have a 10 year old son that is picky and when we came to la enchilada he finished his whole plate. Great authentic Mexican food with yummy homemade tortillas. We can’t wait to go back. The chips and salsa are not the best but the food is 🤗

This place has a lot of good authentic Mexican foods. I had a chicken soup which was delicious and filling. They have menudo on Saturdays. Service was very good and sincere. The atmosphere was that of an authentic American diner. I will definitely go back.

I have walked past this place EVERYDAY for 2 years. Today I got off work early and wanted Tacos. I called to place my order, they were SUPER nice and helpful. When I got there my food was ready, nice, hot.... And DELICIOUS!!! I definitely will be back

Small little place that you absolutely have to visit. The server is sweet and very attentive. And the food!!!!! It's literally cooked by "grandma and grandpa"! It's so amazing. Good prices too.

Best authentic Mexican food I've had in a while! I recommend the camarones a la diabla, las costillitas y el plato de Enchiladas michoacanas! I've known the owners for a long time and they're a wonderful couple. Please support this small business with delicious food!

Restaurant is family owned and the food is made by grandma and grandpa. The family is so kind and attentive throughout our day. Tortillas de harina y maiz are handmade, menudo is $15.9 served fresh with your choice of tortillas, molcajetes is $25.99 with chicken, asada, a lot of shrimp, salsa picante, Nopales, tomatos etc. Comes with beans and tortillas too. Chips are served free with salsa. The fresh Aguas are amazing too. Thank you :)

Our family favorite for great quality home cooked food, the Molcajete is the best in Fresno County "BEST!" you can order anything and it will be delicious. Definitely a hidden gem that will be here for years to come. My wife loves the enchiladas michoacan, and my Suegra love the Chile Verde. The kiddos love the tacos.

Wow, I got a burrito. It was huge! It was only 11! The flavors,AMAZING. This was the best burrito I've had in a while. The beans were great and I typically dnt like beans in my burrito. But 10 outta 10 definitely recommend. I got the burrito supreme with adobada.

This place is the best in Fresno very clean. The food is very good. I ordered the fried telapia was excellent fried like it should be they hand make there tortillas both floor and corn. The wait time is a little long but that's because the cook makes it fresh and it's really worth the wait.

If you drive too fast down Blackstone you could miss this place. the side of the buildng has an awesome peace of art that is displayed on it.. i wonder what they use the top of the building for? I have yet to taste the food here.. im anxious one day we well see

I have read some reviews on this place prior to going there today. Service was good, for was middle of the road. I had Carne asada tacos, tortilla was over cooked and chewy. I also had a cheese enchilada, was ok , I would say middle of the road 3.5 stars. The asada meat was spiced very well and presentation was 4.5, would've given the taco a 5 star if not for the tortilla.

When they were giving us our food to go there was some sort of confusion either between what's on the menu or confusion between the cook and the cashier because they at first were confused what a large would be, then proceeded to show me a huge soup bowl with a like shocked look on there face asked me if I wanted it that big. Trying to be polite I tell them you only need to do about half of that just because I'm not the type of person to try and get more than what I paid for but if it's on the menu and you offer it I'm going to order it. The food was super delicious and like I said fresh just seemed to be confusion between cook and cashier also didnt get the chips i asked for to go with the delicious guacamole so had to wait till the next day to eat it after going to the store to get chips. Super clean inside, seems to be family owned. Other than the confusion the food was delicious and the tacos happened to be only a dollar on Wednesday. We will definitely be back

Great little hole in the wall restaurant. The Molcajete is the best. Better have a big appetite or someone to help you eat it. It's enough food for 3 people. They also have home made flour tortillas. Try it!

Food is great, but male server is RUDE. My sister found a hair in her food & instead of apologizing & make it right, he says & I quote "just scoop it w/ a spoon, why do you people have to make it so difficult?"

Poor service, when we first got there we got our drinks spilled didn't even over us a new drink left the same drink that was spilled. Drink that was spilled was a coke witch did not taste like a coke we let them know it did not taste right, asked if they can get us another one we said no also cups are fairly small and where priced @ 2.50. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS, we ordered enchilada special it was mediocre, overall we where not satisfied and never going there again.

I was given the wrong burrito, plain and not supreme, the chicken is bland and just boiled. 14$ for a burrito, THE SALSA WAS CONGEALED LIKE JELLO. not worth the price and terrible quality. Also long wait times even when not busy.

Terrible service. My wait was two hours and when we arrived we were the first people and then a lot of people arrived and those last people to enter ate before us. We felt discriminated against since next to us there were three Americans and they were treated like kings. I had a bad time and I do not recommend this terrible restaurant.

Way too high priced 3 tacos and a soda was $16 tacos had the smallest amount of meat I've ever seen boy at front counter was really polite and nice though
