Great service and the best poke I have had for a long time...! My large bowl with x5 protein scoops (plus hot cheetos) was very generously sized - probably tooooo much and I can eat a lot..! Highly recommended for some generous portions at a great price..!

The large poki was well worth it & lasted 2 meals! The hot Cheeto topping is an A+ 😍 I definitely recommend the salmon it’s quite fresh for Fresno & I love it 😉

This has a small dinning area but where Pacific Poki really shines is the quality of the food. Outstanding in both taste and proportions. Service was A+++

Francisco is the goat, always welcoming and polite. Poki is THE BEST in Fresno. Super good Literally the ONLY drag is the upcharge for avocado. I know and understand it is expensive and the cost of business but it is a pretty high up-charge Other than one small item that isn’t a necessity the place is phenomenal

I found my new Poki bowl place. They have good options on proteins and lots of yummy toppings. I got a bowl for my friend and she luved it too and the prices are less than other places. Highly recommend for good Poki🤤

Pretty good overall. Large bowls with either pre-made or build your own options. Prices could always be lower. I like the amount of options for toppings and sauces they have. I'd go again.

Very neat new place, owners did all the construction work themselves. Lovely wooden accent wall and epoxy flooring. The service is good, and I can tell the staff gets overwhelmed by the door dash calls, the toppings looked fresh, I think some proportioning training is still needed. I say that because the staff was being very careful with the scooping and putting some back and the sauce was way too much and it soaked the rice, was too salty to eat the bottom portions. Maybe come up with a better way to potion control and scoop with a system in place. It’s okay to weight at first

Miss Raven wasn’t there when I went in yesterday during my break like usual and MAN!!! The atmosphere was just down.. These other employees need to smile some more. The food was great like always, but the service is just not where I’d prefer it to be. I came Friday night with my wife, too. She liked the food, but service just wasn’t there.

It was my first time trying this place. I was disappointed. My bowl was drenched in sauce and by the time I got to eating it, my spring mix was soggy.

“THEY DIDN’T EVEN TIP.!” This is literally what I heard one shout out right before I even left the store. You literally scoop things into a bowl and don’t even mix it. This self entitled tip culture has gotten out of hand. If you order standing up, and you don’t provide anything special to the service, what are you expecting a tip for??? You’re not running from table to table, scrubbing my car, using your vehicle to deliver, or providing any sort of value add that can’t be directly tied to monetary compensation.!! It’s really simple, I pick a priced item on the menu, you put it in a bowl, I pay. ✅ You guys don’t even MIX the ingredients!!! And you expect a TIP?? The worst part of this whole thing is that Tips are not even remotely required, they are a perk, and not even something that should be expected. Worst picking up experience in fresno m pickin up the order and was waiting for 20 mints approx he was taking the customers who came after me when i asked him he told me his boss told him to take customers first soo who orders online they are not ur customers? Do uh give them in free?

When I went in the establishment there was no one ordering or waiting in line. There were 3 employees one male and two female, all of which ignored that I was standing waiting to get service but instead they were talking amongst themselves about tips. The two female workers looked as if they were taking a break or ending their shifts. The male employee was there and only then decided to acknowledge I was there and said “hey” as if I was not there for a total of 12 min. By the time he acknowledged me I decided to not spend any money there.

We visited this place last night because we were wanting poke. Unfortunately, the white rice was much thicker and mushier than expected, which affected the overall texture and enjoyment of the bowl. We ended up not being able to finish it, which was disappointing.I hope this was just an off night, but we’ll likely try a different spot next time for poke
