Decent place to get chinese fast food. The service is fast and staff and courteous. Menu is limited but decent. I liked the box which you can get the food and eat with your own rice. Had limited drinking options.

I got my Orange chicken but they forgot the Orange sauce. You almost got 5 start on food

It was all going good until I asked for a bag, one of the servers (Woman) treated me like a child when I was just waiting patiently in line for others to pay. I did NOT want to cut or interrupt anyone but she kept on rasing her voice and treated me as if I were a child. I understand the rush may hit a certain peak points in the day but don't treat the customer with attitude. She needs to work on her people skills immediately.

$1.50 premium on top of inflated prices already due to min wage laws and this is all that I received. Not even a full scoop of the entree, not a walnut in sight. Very unfortunate. First and last experience with this location.

I can’t beleive they still serve the burnt chicken like this letterally black already this is not the first time. The shrimp is always undercook aswell the food was so bad

This place is going downhill.They don't have plates anymore.Everything's Styrofoam containers.So you're forced to be eating out of a to go plate.Very tiny portions.I will not come back

This place continues to forget to put teriyaki sauce on the chicken when you ask for "teriyaki" chicken. Without it, it's just "chicken". That makes three times now. People check your food before you leave and if you get this through uber leave a note to get "teriyaki" on the "teriyaki" chicken.

I had a very poor experience at this restaurant tonight. I arrived 35 minutes before closing and was rudely denied a fresh order. When I asked for the manager, I was told there wasn't one, and my concerns were completely dismissed. NEVER NEVER EVER buy a Panda gift card. We purchased one on a Christmas “special” right before Christmas 2024. Went in to this branch with a $30 card. First time using it. The employee ran through the cards several times, said it didn’t work and finally told me there was a $0 balance. Had to pay in cash. Been trying to resolve the problem with their corporate office for months. Their response is that we zeroed out the card in a store. Can’t tell me which store, what we bought, only that it was zeroed out on another day in January, not the day that I went in. GIANT RIP OFF AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m sure the employee ran through the card and cashed it out of the register at the end of the day.

WENT TO ORDER AND THE ITEMS THAT I ORDERED WERE EMPTY. IT WAS A PROCESS JUST TO GET OUT OF THERE. LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE COOKS AND SERVERS. IT LITERALLY TOO ME MORE THAN 30 MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER WITH NO OTHER CUSTOMERS.

I tried giving this location a second try but the portion sizes are ridiculous small. The location on Blackstone would never give such a little amount of food especially for a plate. I’m disappointed and I’m sure if it’s staff or instructions from management to serve such small portion sizes.

It had took 2 hrs for my DoorDash order to come to the house it kept on delaying the time for my food I had order the food 30 mins ahead of time. The orange chicken is a little too crunchy for me. They always take too long for delivery.

Service was unpleasant. The worker “Jay” was very rude to us about our food. We asked for the beef broccoli and she told us that we can “pick something else or wait.” We said we would wait and she tried to push picking something else. Her coworkers appeared very miserable and her whole interaction with us was hostile. Choose this place as a last resort Panda location.

This place is so dirty the food was gross I just had a few bites and I knew it wasn’t good . The restaurant was dirty as soon as you walk in the tables , floor everything was a mess drinks and food all over the floor. Yuck my mistake for wasting my money here I don’t recommend this place to anybody !
