First time here since they've changed businesses. Sushi here was super good! Rolls were nicely presented and fish was fresh. Ordered the special miso... We could have eaten a gallon of it! Service was also on point and attentive to what we needed. They have qr codes that you can order straight from your table, but you can also order from the waitress as well.

My fiance and I love trying new restaurants, we came inside Maya and we were greeted with kindness, the menu is pretty big and there is a lot of options to look at but I decided to go with the Maya Roll (aka Chef’s choice). I am 100% happy with the way it was executed and I am so glad I was able to eat something unique, creative and delicious. I will be back again soon! 10/10

This is best sushi in Fresno! This is a Maya chef special tower. Awesome fresh fish and presentation is amazing. Prices are reasonable.

1st time here I would have to say that the service and ambience of the restaurant is amazing. The sushi was great! Sushi Chef Kason and our server Kadek did an amazing job! Probably might be my new to go to spot for sushi now.

Great variety of rolls

This is my favorite sushi place in town. I’ve only been in person once, but we are door dash regulars for convenience after work or just an evening in/hosting guests. Everything always tastes good. They’re super consistent, fresh and I love the variety of options from baked rolls, sashimi, poke bowls and kid bowls. Some of our favorites are the Nemo roll, Climax, Rainbow, Five Wishes and their miso soup.

We did not need reservation and we went on Valentine's Day for dinner. They sat us down right away and we were very happy about that. I ordered the sashimi salad and I asked to add avocado and quail egg for additional cost. My husband got the gioza and a cooked sashimi roll. My salad came with everything except the egg. It took two service members and our waitress and about 15 min after the salad was delivered and multiple inquiries just to find out that they were out of the eggs. The fact that they had ran out was not a big issue it was the lack of communication and how long it took everyone to deliver the message. My husband said the giozas were too salty and he could not finish them. His cooked sushi he said was a 7out of 10. I would recommend, but just expect a little disappointment.

Food was great and the portions aswell. customer service was exceptional. My only con would be the lack of alcohol beverages however they did offer a non alcoholic beer.

Had a large group, slow start but then all food came at once and correct, so that was nice! Everyone liked it and didn't see many leftover boxes. Only critique I would give is they were lacking a bit in attentiveness (refills/checking on us, had to seek them out). Pricing is about average, decent portions on bento, rolls were big! Would return if in area.

The OMG roll was...well omg. Tasty and extremely filling. When you order that when you really don't need to order a second roll. I did have it with the cucumber sunomono and a side of miso soup, however, and they were delicious. The Sunomono was sweet and was topped with crab sticks, and the miso soup was the right balance of salty. The restaurant has an overall great atmosphere but it's held back by its long narrow space with somewhat awkward seating and it's tendency to be pretty cold inside due to the large glass windows. Overall this is an awesome place, with really good Japanese food and very family friendly.

I was very disappointed when I received my $16.00 bowl of shrimp fried rice. It looked like I had ordered from the kids menu. Quite a steep price for a bowl not even half full. I’ve ordered this before and it’s always been atleast half full if not more.
