The prices are somewhat high for a self-service restaurant, as they don't serve at the table and don't offer snack packs. They do have highchairs for babies.

This is the third time I've come here, and both times the dark-skinned, tattooed cook has messed up my food and started swearing and grumbling while preparing the dishes because he's annoyed that we're arguing he's done the dish wrong. I have experience in cooking and experience at VIPS because I work at another location in Madrid. If they can't accept criticism or provide service according to the company's high standards, which is what customers come for, they shouldn't work there. When I asked them to make my order correctly, the cook's response was to give me a refund and tell me to leave. And that's when the manager responded, apologizing for his colleagues' attitude. It's true the manager tried very well to fix other people's mistakes, but he can't always solve everything, so we need to find solutions.

This is the second time I've come, and it just so happens the same chef is here, and nothing ever goes right. We spent €22.15 on breakfast for two, which I think is more than enough for a decent breakfast. This chef, with a beard (so you can identify him) and a Caribbean style, must not want to work and doesn't care about anything. One of the dishes is eggs Benedict, and the point of this dish is that the eggs are poached. They served them to me grilled, and I told him that if they couldn't poach them, they should give me my money back. The chef told the waitress to give me my money back, and I went without breakfast because the dish wasn't prepared correctly... since they're not supposed to be served grilled. Amidst the commotion, the man who seems to be the manager intervened and explained that they grill them so the yolks don't break. Seriously, that's the whole point of this dish, okay? The problem is the convenience of doing some things and not others, and the apathy towards providing decent food for the people who come here to spend their money. Conclusion: send him to another job; this isn't how Vips works. It's truly shameful, and I'm a regular at Vips.

A great experience if you want to eat BADLY. The pancakes are the size of a spoon. The cook comes out of the kitchen to seat people. It's fine, you get what you expect from the food. What you pay at this VIPS is the same; it's a total rip-off for the service and food they serve. The eggs were unsalted and tasted like burnt oil, not to mention the eggs Benedict were burst and tasted the same. They don't know how to make cappuccinos. You order one and they just say, "We only have coffee with milk." Everything is very fast, it's true, but if you're in a hurry, I'd rather wait for something good. All that rushing around leaves you exhausted.

I went for breakfast this morning and the pancakes they gave me were tiny compared to other places I've been to. I find it shameful that they serve that for the price they charge, to be honest.

We went to the VIPS Smart in the Loranca shopping center (Fuenlabrada), and when we arrived, all the staff were outside on the terrace, resting; in fact, it looked like the restaurant was closed. A waitress came in to take our order, followed by a cook to prepare our food. The sandwich was chewy, the bread burnt, the potatoes overcooked, and the waitress ran back out to the terrace with her colleagues. For dessert, we ordered the new Christmas pancakes, but they didn't have any Nutella... of course, we sent them back without even trying them and left. We left half of our sandwich and certainly won't be back. The staff did apologize before we left, though.

I ordered the American breakfast I always get, and it came out completely different. The pancakes were tiny, and the eggs had no flavor. I complained, but they ignored me, saying, "That's just how it is now." That was the explanation. The manager, wearing a black shirt, was there, and his response was, "That's just how it is now, when I always order the pancakes are usually bigger." I think this is terrible, and the service was awful. You pay €9 for breakfast, and to be served like that, especially by a manager who should be providing a solution, is unacceptable. And to top it all off, the pancakes were burnt! 😡😡

I'm still reeling from what happened to us tonight at this restaurant. We ordered a children's menu, and when they served our burger, we found what you can see in the photo: a BITE in the meat and cheese. When we complained, they didn't give us any explanation and prepared a different dish for us. As I said, I'm still processing the situation and don't understand how they can provide such a service. It makes you wonder what they're doing behind closed doors in the kitchen with the food they serve. We only noticed when we opened it to remove the bacon; otherwise, we wouldn't have been aware of it. Also, consider that the restaurant's hygienic conditions are poor, with sticky tables and floors. It's very noisy for such a small place. All of this, considering that a dinner for two adults and a child costs around €40 with this "quality," is a place we definitely wouldn't return to, and I wouldn't recommend.

This store is a scam!!! We ordered a VIP Club and they almost put ingredients in it, if it were up to them they would just send the bread, abusers!!! You pay for good food not crumbs, we ordered a VIP Club and what they gave us was a pittance of chicken.
