Our waiter was Sean J, who was so polite and wonderful as well as accommodating. Ted’s at this location has always been our breakfast go to. Great atmosphere, staff, and food. Allergens friendly and filling. Just a great spot with great people!

Stopped by with my wife , son and daughter in law . Appetizers were great, we had calamari, pretzel, and guacamole and chips. Main meal was steak and cheese, shrimp tacos and grilled cheese with tomato soup. We also shared the carrot cake, everything was delicious, way to go guys

Just recently decided to try Ted's and I've been three times in about a month. I seriously can't get enough. I tried breakfast for the first time today and it was delicious. They're not kidding when they say the cinnamon bun is as big as your head! My favorite so far is the pot roast. Can't wait to have that again.

It’s a really nice place to go for breakfast. Hostess seated me and my server Ashley came right over. Took my drink order and she asked if I had been to Ted’s before. Since it was my first time I had some questions. They have something on the menu call Ted’s Tarts. She explained they are basically pop tarts. I ordered a Mocha Latte and The Big Mark Breakfast with a side of avocado. Brown Sugar Tart as well. Food came out very quick, was fresh and hot. Everything was very yummy. My Tart didn’t come out with my food. I asked Ashley about it later. She apologized and brought it out right away. That tart was pretty dang sweet. Love the atmosphere and it’s very chill inside. Would go again! Thanks Ashley D. You rock! 🤘🥳

We had breakfast at Ted’s Bulletin for the first time Friday and were blown away—especially by the service. Ashley took incredible care of us. She was warm, genuine, and provided the best service we’ve had at any restaurant in a long time. That alone made the experience memorable. The food was just as impressive. I had the crab cake Benedict, and my wife had the Turkish eggs—both were unique, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu had a creative twist on classics that made it feel like more than your standard breakfast spot. The vibe is like an upscale modern diner—comfortable, stylish, and lively without being too loud. It’s not an everyday meal price-wise, but for the quality of the food, the standout service, and the great atmosphere, we thought it was well worth it. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, spacious interior, friendly staff and delicious food. Had apple cinnamon pancakes that were fluffy and delicious. My companion had chicken parmesagn that looked amazing. Generous portions. Reasonable prices. Definitely plan to return.

Hash browns in crisp cubes, perfect hollandaise, a tangy frisee salad on the plate to balance the richness of the dish (and I skipped the salmon because I'm vegetarian but I'll bet it's amazing). This menu goes extra steps to win you over and justify the only slightly high prices (brunch entrees that I noticed were $16-20 - not bad at all). Lots of vegetarian options here. I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience at Ted’s Bulletin, thanks to Sean J. His service was genuinely excellent—attentive without hovering, friendly, and incredibly professional. Sean made me feel welcome from the moment we sat down and handled everything with ease and a great attitude. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both natural and thoughtful, and he truly elevated our visit. Kudos to Sean for representing Ted’s Bulletin so well. I’ll definitely be back!

Tried the crispy chicken ceaser wrap and it was delicious. Also got the cinnamon crunch toast latte that was also very good and recommend. We had Sean J as our server and he was the best. He was on top of everything and accommodating with changes in orders. Definitely recommend!

Sean was one of the best waiters we’ve had in a long while. Very prompt not overbearing and soft spoken. Food was great I had breakfast for dinner French toast and eggs were great! My wife had the chicken posts and loved it. The sauce and noodles were very good. I would definitely recommend Sean’s service and their food. We came around 7 it wasn’t too busy great place.

This is the fourth time going to Ted's Bulletin, and it's a consistently lovely experience. Today our server, Sean, was excellent on service. He refilled our drinks without us asking and brought out the kids' food right away as we mentioned. The food and drinks are always delicious no matter what we order (seasonal menu or regular). Birthdays also get a tasty treat. Table reservations are easy, and the tables are generously sized to accommodate the plates and drinks. Highly recommend this location for a future visit!

We love Ted’s for brunch! The food is pretty good (as well as the bloodys) but the service is really stellar. The servers have always been very friendly, attentive, and accommodating to my family which includes a baby. Shoutout to Kendall! She’s the best of the best!

Ordered takeout breakfast for dinner. Got farmers scramble. Good portion size, prepared very well and tasted great. Ready exactly when said it would and got text informing me. We always enjoy eating at Ted’s and takeout was just as good.

We had such a wonderful New Year’s Eve experience at Ted’s Bulletin. The food was outstanding. The brisket mac and cheese grilled cheese with tomato soup was absolutely incredible. Rich, comforting, and perfectly done. We also enjoyed an old fashioned and a boozy milkshake, both of which were fun, well balanced, and a great way to celebrate the night. What truly made the evening special was the service. Sean was amazing and genuinely made our New Year’s Eve memorable. He was kind, attentive, and clearly happy to be there, which made such a difference. He made each of us feel welcomed and taken care of, and that warmth carried through the entire experience. Great food, great drinks, and truly exceptional service. We will absolutely be back

We frequent Ted’s weekly! We have had the pleasure of having Sean J as our server, and he always ensures our experience here is top notch. Love this restaurant, all of the management, and servers! Me and my lady had a great experience at Ted’s Bulletin today. Olivia was our server and she did a great job getting to us very quick, always checking in with us, she was also very attentive and kind. I will definitely be back again soon. Thank you Olivia.

The food at this restaurant was good. The pancakes were delicious and fluffy. The food not only came out in a timely manner, but our server, Sean J was absolutely amazing. He always checked in on us to make sure we were good. Not to mention, he was friendly. I really enjoyed my experience.

The quality of the service is what got thos 5 start for you guys! Food was good and the atmosphere is what is expected but the server we had really made the experience worth every bit! Mario A. Was a top tier server with the grace and experience you want to see in a well curated environment such as Teds! He was knowledgeable of the menu and had some great recommendations such as the NY strip which was beautifully cooked and presented by the server! He was on top of the drinks and food and as someone who worked in the industry for years he knew what he was doing, and is going to be a crucial part of the team for years to come, as long as competition doesn't pick him up before then. I would if I still managed at my last place of business.

You can’t go wrong with Ted’s. We used to live in the neighborhood and were regulars. Today, we went back for the first time in a while and found they haven’t missed a step. Everything was very tasty, and our waiter, Sean, was extremely friendly and took great care of us. We had a very enjoyable meal, as we usually do when we go there.

We had our first Ted’s Bulletin dining experience last night and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food excellent but the service was spot on. SEAN J, our server was very professional and pleasant. He was helpful with suggestions and even though we could see he was busy, he made sure we were not forgotten and checked on us frequently. We’ll definitely be back and hope we can have him as our server next time as well.

We went in for dinner the hostess greeted us and sat us down and then our server Sean J came right over. Took our drink order and I couldn't be happier he went above and beyond with our drink order. I was very well pleased Sean replace our sprite when we told him it was flat he quickly gave us a fresh one. Food came out very quick, was fresh and hot. Everything was very delicious. We loved the service. Definitely will be stopping by again. I would recommend you ask for Sean J he gave us great service. Thank You Sean J. You the best !!

At a recent visit to Ted's, we informed the server that a member of our party had certain severe food allergies, which typically makes us hesitant to dine out. The staff took this extremely seriously, noting the allergies during the order. Then the general manager, Adam, came over and explained their plan to prevent cross contamination. The GM then checked on us multiple times over the course of the meal. I was so grateful that I was almost moved to tears. And of course, the food was delicious. Thank you to Adam and the Ted's team!

Very generous portions and friendly service, although a bit slow at times. $3 off all starters during happy hour so I thought the cornbread was a steal at $4. I think the food was pretty good but wouldn't say anything blew me away. Although the food wasn't my favorite, factoring in the portion sizes and reasonable prices, I'd say the overall value here is good to great,

Ted Bulletin in Gaithersburg is a go to for me. They have breakfast all day. They have juices, coffee or cocktails at flexible hours. Their service is fast and friendly. Their food is delicious. I took off one star because the chicken and waffles wasn’t coherent for me. Each component was delicious but they didn’t come together for me in one delicious bite.

Been here mostly for breakfast. Breakfast service is great, and the food comes out so fast so no complaints there. Brandon is the best server. Funny and professional. I like their Make Your Mark breakfast as well as their Huevos Rancheros. My daughter loves the pancakes - she orders the pancake stack with chocolate chips. Their hash browns are nice and crispy- the way it should be. Great breakfast option for Downtown Crown.

I recently dined here that left quite an impression on me! The food tasted really good, and the serving sizes were generous. We ordered a burrito, a side of pancakes, and a breakfast sandwich from their breakfast menu. The ambiance of the place was pleasant, with plenty of room to enjoy your meal comfortably. We had to wait 20 min for our table since it was during busy hours. However, once we placed our order, the food came out quickly, and we didn’t have to wait long to dig in. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a hearty meal in a nice setting!

Pleasant breakfast experience. Free street parking. Our party of five was seated immediately in a very large, comfortable booth. Service was quick and efficient. Service without a smile. Coffee and food, all okay. Clean bathrooms. I would come again. ♿️

Heard nothing but great reviews about this place and all I can say was they did not disappoint . Perfect location w/ plenty of street parking available. The service was great , the overall all vibe inside is great . Now the highlight was their all day breakfast menu. The French toast was AMAZING and the amount of eggs , sausage patties and hash browns was beyond fulfilling . Definitely enjoyed every bite! Most definitely will return.

My husband, son , daughter in law and two young grandchildren met at Ted’s for an early dinner. Sean was server and he was wonderful, taking care of the very hungry children first and making sure the adults got our drinks before happy hour was over. The menu has lots of very good choices and there is something for everyone. There is also a great kids menu. The atmosphere is fun with screens showing clips from old movies placed so everyone can see. It is a wonderful place to bring a family .

We’ve been before and absolutely loved it. My carne asada was supposed to be medium rare and it was a step above well done. I was disappointed. I didn’t eat the protein. Also, we got carry out and no utensils were given so we struggled to eat our food at a local hotel.

Of course, this is a well-known local chain, with the first location opening over a decade ago on 14th Street in D.C. We stopped in for a late lunch over the weekend. The food is consistently above average—nothing fancy, but the portions are generous, making it a great value. This particular location is in a new development, so the interior is fresh and modern. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. I'm not sure if our server was between shifts, but it was difficult to get her attention to place our order, check in during the meal, or even get the check. As for the food, my burger was great—juicy and well-seasoned. But what really stood out was my mom’s Turkish breakfast with yogurt. One bite of that yogurt took me right back to my childhood in Ankara. I truly appreciated the chef’s willingness to explore other cuisines and fuse them with classic American breakfast fare. Well done. And then there’s the unspoken expectation of a 20% tip, which I believe should be earned, not assumed. As a customer, I exercise my right to tip based on the quality of service. Overall, it’s a solid modern take on the classic American diner—reliable food, a nice atmosphere, and creative touches on the menu, though this visit was let down by the service.

We went around 9:30 pm on a Friday and the place wasn’t busy at all. Nobody came to seat us, so we had to walk around to find someone to help. We ordered two tomato soups and one grilled cheese. The soup tasted good, but when it came there was no bread with it. I asked for some and the server said sure but never came back with it or checked on us. When we finished eating, he came to ask if we wanted the check. I reminded him about the bread and he just said oh I forgot and mentioned he would take it off the bill, even though we didn’t know he was going to charge for it. I was actually thinking about coming back with my daughter for lunch sometime, but after this visit I don’t think we’ll be returning, especially to this location.

TERRIBLE service at the front desk. They asked me how many we would be and I answered "4 adults and a child" so the lady replied me in a bad way "so you will be 5?!?" and I replied again, "yes, 4 adults and a child" so she corrected me with a terrible attitude "so 5?!?!" in a way as if this conversation was never going to end until I would say the word "five". They don't give you the table until the whole party is there, which is annoying, uncomfortable and dumb since you could be happily consuming food while waiting but NO, YOU CAN'T. They have condensation problems that they are trying to ignore as talking about the elephant in the room. The air devices are dropping water everywhere in the whole restaurant. some people needed to move to the next chair to avoid some leaks. all the corridors are wet, which is a safety problem because you can fall. Dirty water can land on your plate too. Even the cakes in the display case that they have in the front were not visible because it was all condensed. We bought 4 burgers, one with extra patty, another one with truffle fries and no onion, etc. all the dishes were combined in a way that they mixed all our requests in the kitchen which was annoying. when we asked the waitress about that she just said something just to get by and ignored us.

I ordered the Norway Eggs and found a long hair embedded in the dish under the sauce and hash. It was extremely off-putting, especially since it was clearly cooked into the food rather than something that landed there after. Totally ruined the meal. Unacceptable from any kitchen. Won’t be coming back.

Adam, the general manager, gave us 5 minutes to leave! Our party (four adults) had paid our bills and we were putting our food in containers when Adam approached us and told us that the time limit was 2 hours and we needed to leave in the next 5 minutes. Had he only checked with Kendall, our amazing waitress, he would’ve known that we were about to leave and render his demand unnecessary. The couple next to our table were there just as long as we were but, they were not addressed nor asked to leave as we were. The food was amazing, our waitress Kendall was awesome, food portions were generous, desserts were delicious BUT to be asked to leave was unnecessary, as well as rude, especially when we were getting ready to leave! MY WIFE AND I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THE GAITHERSBURG LOCATION AND will encourage EVERYONE we know to avoid bring business to a restaurant led by such a rude general manager like Adam.

Service was horrible and one of our entrees was not even edible / put together horribly. Not to mention our server, Lesly, never told us her name and had very poor service. ( learned her name from the receipt at the end.. ) As a server you should have a great personality but she didn’t have one at all. It overall was not a good experience and we will not come back. Get better service! 🙄
