We ate at El Figón and the experience was fantastic. The food was incredible, with beautifully prepared, flavorful dishes presented with care. The waiters were very attentive at all times, taking care of every detail and making us feel very well looked after. It's a pleasure to find places that combine good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and such professional service. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place!

A fantastic place! We had tomato salad with spring onion and tuna belly, rice (a very generous portion), and for dessert, yogurt cream with passion fruit. Everything was delicious! The staff were excellent, very attentive and polite.

It's the best restaurant in Galapagar and the surrounding area. I went with some friends a few days ago, and the food is top-notch. The menu is extensive, with some truly interesting dishes. I should mention that I've been there 10-12 times before, so I know the restaurant well; it's been consistently excellent for a long time. The portions are generous, and the quality of my hake was superb—hake with baby squid. Among the starters, the razor clams with cockles stood out, and the mandarin sorbet for dessert was superb. It's a sure bet for a good meal. The only downside is the prices, which are starting to get a bit steep, although you have to pay for quality, and this place delivers top-notch quality. It's a shame it doesn't have a large dining room, as the restaurant is cramped, and the noise can be quite loud at times, and you're very close to the other tables. The waiters are excellent, offering great recommendations and attentive service.

This is a local restaurant in the Galapagos, a western suburb of Madrid. According to locals, it has been operating here for at least 30 years. Geographically, it's close to the city square, making it easily accessible, but not located on the square itself, so it's not too noisy. The restaurant has two floors, with indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as a bar, catering to diners of all sizes. The decor is typical of Spanish restaurants—red brick and wooden tables. In terms of food, besides the traditional Spanish tapas dishes such as pickled olives, ham, cold tomato salad, and lobster paella, its menu is comprehensive, featuring a wide variety of seafood, meats, and game (such as quail). Madrid stews are served at certain times. The cooking methods combine traditional and modern techniques, with meticulous attention paid to the preparation and presentation of ingredients. From a diner's perspective: The ingredients are incredibly fresh; The cooking techniques are highly skilled, resulting in authentic flavors—you can't go wrong with anything you order; The service is professional and patient. In addition, it is particularly worth mentioning that the bread served with the meal is delicious, with a crispy crust that resembles a roast suckling pig.

We try to come at least once a year to enjoy the incredible stew! A delight in every way. The meat is cooked to perfection, tender, and the soup has a great texture and flavor. A true experience, without a doubt. In the dining room, the waiter is not only a genius in his field but also attentive and very polite; it's a 10/10 atmosphere. My highest recommendation if you're in the area and it's a bit chilly—my sincere congratulations.

A restaurant serving traditional, very tasty and flavorful food. Beautifully presented with high-quality ingredients. Camaro's service was very helpful and attentive. Very pleasant. The sirloin steak with porcini mushrooms and the rice dishes were spectacular. The orange flan had a unique flavor, and the mandarin ice cream was surprisingly refreshing.

Good quality and quantity; it's certainly not cheap, but what they offer is worth the price. We had calamari, croquettes, and marinated anchovies, all to share, and then some had fish and others had various cuts of sirloin steak, and everything was good. The dessert was also good, although expensive.

Unbeatable value for money, and I'm not saying that because you're eating for next to nothing... The best vegetable stew you'll ever have in a restaurant. The sirloin steak was cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. Unless you have a big appetite, I don't recommend ordering a first and second course; it's better to have something to nibble on and then a main course. Attentive service, cold and perfectly poured beers, and a wine of the month that's good value for money (a Rioja Crianza in my case). The oxtail, sirloin steak, and lamb chops were excellent; the artichoke and foie gras appetizer was spectacular (all fresh ingredients). Definitely recommended; we'll be back.

We been in this restaurant on February 13 2025 with my family supposed to be firstime family dinner here but we very upset when we order 2 Tartars in 1 sup we pay for 110.55 euro not only this speaking of tartar they put alot of garlic and salt,thats why we call tartar garlic its so salty,that you can't imagine how we can finish.we eat alot of garlic,and sup for the price of 44 euro for only 1 person are so expensive but nothing ingredient inside just a bit of squid and some ingredient i can't explain what we call but they are essagirated to give us a price of 110.55 euro,sorry but not ricomended,
