Sono stata per la prima volta in questo ristorante ieri sera. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione di 4 portate. In merito al cibo devo dire tutti piatti squisiti soprattutto la melanzana alla brace è stata davvero sublime! L'ambiente è molto intimo ed elegante; una villa storica arredata con stile e un tocco moderno. La presenza in sala dello chef Ilario con la sua professionalità e simpatia ti accompagna tra la spiegazione di un piatto e una risata durante la cena rendendo tutto molto piacevole e rilassante. Sicuramente ci torneremo😊
Siamo stati diverse volte negli anni in questo ristorante, l’ultima volta ieri sera, e non ci delude mai, anzi si rivela sempre un’esperienza fantastica. Location molto elegante e intima, livello e qualità dei piatti sempre molto alto, ottimo servizio e disponibilità del personale. Lo chef Ilario è molto presente e oltre a presentare i piatti, è molto alla mano e rende l’ambiente piacevole. Il prezzo è assolutamente giustificato dai sapori unici, dalla qualità degli ingredienti e dalla presentazione sempre raffinata. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per un’occasione speciale, non delude mai.
Sono stata a cena per il compleanno di un amico,location bellissima e come sempre accoglienza al top! Abbiamo optato x 4 portate... Scenografici il secondo ed i dolci... Tutto squisito 😋 e anche gli abbinamenti strani dei dolci ci hanno piacevolmente stupito!
Abbiamo fatto un aperitivo davvero piacevole! L’atmosfera era accogliente e rilassata, perfetta per chiacchierare in tranquillità. Abbiamo scelto di accompagnare il tutto con del vino, e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti: taglieri proposti, ricchi e curati nei dettagli. Un’esperienza semplice ma curata, che ci ha fatto sentire coccolati. Torneremo sicuramente!

Qui non solo si mangia ma si vive un'esperienza. È stato un pranzo fantastico dove ilario e il suo staff ci ha stupito con dei piatti creativi e con materie prime ricercate. La location è fantastica,molto esclusiva e me ne sono innamorata. Sono uscita da lì che ero appagata sia con gli occhi, che con la pancia. Consiglio assolutamente questo ristorante e ilario, una persona attenta ai dettagli e disponibile a interagire con i clienti.
Avevo già provato la cucina dello chef Vinciguerra altre volte in passato e tornare e’ sempre un piacere. Cena tra amici dove abbiamo optato per il menù ad 8 portate accompagna da bottiglie scelte da noi. Lo chef ci ha introdotto ogni portata con spiegazioni dettagliate sulla tipologia e provenienza degli ingredienti. Si vede che mette cuore ed anima nelle proprie creazioni. Tornerò sicuramente. Ottimo ristorante gestito egregiamente da Ilario e il suo staff , la struttura è una spettacolare Villa posizionata al centro di gallarate. Posti come questo ( parlo per le mie tasche ) sono per esperienze di gusto più che semplici mangiate . Consiglio le degustazioni se si vuole davvero assaporare tutto l’egregio lavoro della cucina . Lo chef e padrone di casa Vinciguerra è stato simpatico , professionale e molto disponibile anche a fare foto con gli ospiti .
Ristorante all'altezza delle aspettative: abbiamo preso un menù degustazione spendendo circa 100€ ciascuno e il costo è stato proporzionato alla qualità dei piatti e del servizio molto attento. C'è stata la possibilità anche di conoscere lo chef che si è dimostrato molto disponibile.
Ogni volta che passo per lavoro mi fermo a pranzo in questo bellissimo ristorante dalla cucina di elevato livello. Inoltre a pranzo previsto un light lunch ad un prezzo decisamente contenuto per la materia prima la lavorazione e la presentazione dei piatti. Da provare assolutamente.
Abbiamo festeggiato qui il compleanno della mia compagna. Location strepitosa e lo chef Ilario sempre in prima linea per rendere la serata perfetta. Menù fantastico. Un ricordo che sarà indelebile.

Gli spazi sono ricavati in una bella villa piacevolmente inserita nel centro di Gallarate. I locali interni permettono di ospitare le persone garantendo una particolare intimità. Il menù è a portate e si può unicamente scegliere il numero. L’eventuale iniziale incertezza sul vincolo della scelta scompare subito grazie alla sapiente gestione del proprietario. I piatti propongono sapori semplici ma decisi nella propria unicità, abbinata alle spiegazioni date. Esperienza sicuramente da provare e reiterare.
Questa sera abbiamo festeggiato il complanno del mio Compagno in questa piacevole Location. Aspettative superate tutte. Chicca... il grande Chef Ilario Vinciguerra.. Sicuramente esperienza da ripetere!!!!

Cena di grande livello mangiare dallo chef Vinciguerra è sempre una garanzia. Tutto ottimo curata la presentazione e gli abbinamenti, da provare il salmone affumicato a freddo assolutamente spettacolare.
A truly delicious four-course tasting dinner with wine pairings. Excellent ingredients, expertly and creatively prepared. Everything is presented clearly and warmly by the chef, who loves to spend a few moments with his guests in a friendly but unobtrusive manner. His artisanal panettone, available for purchase, is excellent.
Nine of us dined, including two children. The setting is extremely elegant and meticulously crafted, with a welcoming yet refined atmosphere. The restaurant offers exclusively tasting menus: before beginning, the chef personally inquires about any intolerances or food preferences, a truly appreciated touch. The dishes are distinguished by their originality and balance—creative yet not overly elaborate—and always impeccably presented. The service is attentive and discreet, and the chef, who passes among the tables to ensure everything is running smoothly, is friendly and passionate. A complete gastronomic experience, thoughtfully crafted and enjoyable down to the last detail.
I booked lunch with my family. I wanted to give to my elderly parents a treat at Vinciguerra restaurant, and it was worth it. We took the 8-course meal. The menu was indeed memorable. Ilario Vinciguerra himself juggles between kitchen and tables. He puts a great effort to attend the customers and he shows great care in his service. Really appreciated and highly recommended
Outstanding. The spaghetti are some of the best I have ever had, as was a cold-smoked salmon and a modern cazzoela (a cabbage dish from Lombardy). Deserves the star back!
Such an amazing experience, the chef was so informative and engaging and the food is without doubt the best in Milan. Was a work outing with 3 colleagues and we were made to feel so welcome and the whole experience was one I will never forget l. Definitely a bucket list to do visit couldn't recommend higher.

Oh Ilario...what can I even say to do your delicious food justice? Because it is more than food...it a work of fine art prepared with passion and attentively served. A simply amazing experience from start to finish that was miles better than the Michelin star restaurant I had two days later. Easily one of the top meals I have ever had in my life. Do the tasting menu and let the chef work his magic!!

Mr Vinciguerra is a crazy man, just look at his IM account and you'll know why. But his food is dead serious, deliciously serious. We had 2 amazing lunches her, one at the green table in the kitchen (which was REALLY crazy). The setting is mundane and modern, the service excellent. We will come back!

I went here for a romantic dinner with my girlfriend. I had requested the green table but somehow this request was lost so we eat on the verand instead. You can order what you like OR let the chef surprise you with a menu of 6,7, or 20 plates. We choose 8 plates. The various plates where really excellent and the service was very good. At the end 300 euro well spend.
