Exceptional selection of desserts, from brioches to pastries and cakes! The products created by pastry chef Oliver are top-notch. Kudos to Oliver and the guys at the counter :) But it's a shame the father figure wasn't very welcoming and courteous. Everything could definitely be improved, if we wanted to ;)

Prodotti di pasticceria buoni. Il ragazzo addetto al bar e ai tavoli, davvero,davvero gentile e professionale . Purtroppo i proprietari ,che dovrebbero essere da esempio al personale lasciano moooooolto a desiderare. Scocciati , quasi infastiditi dalla presenza dei clienti. Bei modi "zero". Il loro "battibeccare" dietro al bancone.......rende tutto davvero "stucchevole"🙈

Bar che una volta era il top del top come colazioni, purtroppo mi trovo a scrivere questa recensione fortemente negativa. Ci siamo seduti e abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora per essere serviti (palesemente senza abbastanza personale). Cappuccini nella media, sfoglia delle brioches buona, farcitura al pistacchio deludente, stesso sapore di quella chimica delle merendine. Le altre brioches erano buone. Peccato, mi è caduto un mito.

Food quality: I don't know, since I went to get pastries and there weren't any (it was Christmas time, so I can understand that production may have shifted to other types of products). Welcome: terrible. No one greets you when you enter, a woman and a young woman at the counter chatting while preparing drinks, but no one acknowledges you or even smiles. As I leave, thanking you after asking if there were any pastries, a man (I think the owner's father, based on the descriptions in other comments) says in a loud voice, "Who is that? What does she want?"

The products are good, but the interior is very noisy and the outdoor space is not accessible. The staff is friendly, if a bit slow; despite having more staff, service is quite slow.

I had breakfast at this place, and I have to say I was a little disappointed. A cappuccino and a brioche that didn't hit my taste. I found them normal. Certainly not up to the 3€ requested for such a breakfast. The courtesy is only from the counter clerk.. the other people... let's say not received. Personally I won't go back and I don't recommend it for breakfast. In my opinion there are much better places around.

Nota pasticcera , ottimi prodotti ma servizio scadente . Ci siamo seduti x la colazione e la commessa per più di 10 minuti ci guardava ma non e' mai passata né a pulire il tavolo né a prendere l ordinazione .. al che ci siamo alzati ed usciti .

Sono passata in questo locale di domenica attirata dalla mole di persone, e in cerca di una colazione da gustare mentre mi recavo in un negozio qualche paese più avanti. Sono rimasta in coda per 15 minuti per via del personale veramente lento, e una volta dopo essere arrivata alla cassa, mi dicono che non mi possono servire tre brioches d’asporto poiché sono riservate solo alle persone che consumano sedute ai tavoli. La trovo una cosa totalmente assurda e al limite dell’educazione poiché mi è stato comunicato anche in maniera scortese e poiché era pieno di brioches in quanto venivano costantemente sfornate. Se dopo poco tempo che sono aperti non servono più brioche alle persone che non consumano sul posto, possono mettere un cartello affinché le persone non si fermino per niente a perdere tempo ma vadano da persone che considerano tutti i clienti

Mi sono sentita presa in giro! Ci siamo recati domenica mattina alle 10:15 a fare colazione (direi orario normalissimo per una colazione) e dietro al bancone erano rimaste solo due brioche vuote e dei bomboloni alla crema. Alla domanda “sono rimasti solo questi?” ovviamente la risposta é stata affermativa. Vabbè facciamo uno e uno e ci sediamo al tavolo per ordinare il bere. Nel frattempo scopro che la brioche vuota non è così tanto vuota in quanto all’interno era piena di polvere di cannella (andrebbe almeno segnalato visto che non tutti la gradiscono) Ma sorvolo su questo…la cosa che mi ha veramente infastidito e che mi ha fatta sentire presa in giro è che dopo 5 minuti, terminati i bomboloni alla crema, dal retro si è materializzato un vassoio pieno di quelli al cioccolato e ogni tanto si vedeva che le cameriere portavano ai tavoli delle normalissime brioche che anche quelle comparivano per magia. Di sicuro è l’ultima volta che farò colazione in questo posto visto il modo di “trattare” i clienti e dato che la qualità non è nulla di speciale.

Terrible experience: a perfectly ordinary fruit tart for 10 people cost €120! They should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers like this... they couldn't even explain in a sensible way why they charged such a ridiculous price (€12 a slice... not even a restaurant, served, costs that much...).

This morning I went to the bakery to get some takeout croissants, as has happened before. When my turn came, the owner refused to serve me because the place was crowded and they didn't have enough croissants. There must have been about twenty on the trays, so I asked again if she could give me four or five to take away. She reiterated that she couldn't because the place was crowded. Basically, if I'd eaten there, I could have had some, but otherwise, no. Surprised and disconcerted, I had to leave empty-handed. As a customer, I would have paid like the others; takeout is provided by the bakery, which I occasionally go to for the quality of the products, but I don't intend to set foot there again. If the right amount of croissants isn't baked, it's not the customer's fault, and above all, I don't think it's fair that they should just use their own discretion to decide who gets served and who doesn't.

My experience at Pasticceria Oliver was unfortunately very disappointing. The owners were extremely rude and unprofessional, even refusing to sell takeout desserts for no reason. I also noticed disrespectful behavior toward employees, including unpleasant and condescending tones. This creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for customers as well. I should point out that this review applies exclusively to the owners, not the entire staff. I do not recommend this establishment: it lacks respect and courtesy, essential elements in a business open to the public.
