One of the best, if not THE best, Neapolitan pizzas I've ever had. The staff are friendly and professional, and the service is very fast. Besides the pizza, I highly recommend the first and second courses; the carbonara is served directly at the table, immersed in the cheese, beautiful and delicious.

Truly excellent pizza; I hadn't eaten anything this good since my last trip to Naples! For the first time, I found real buffalo mozzarella on a pizza, not just on the menu; the dough was delicious, the crust was soft and not a hint of dough... what can I say, everything was top-notch! I had the pleasure of discovering La Baita dei Sapori del Sud in Paderno Dugnano, a Neapolitan pizzeria that surprised me with the authenticity and quality of its dishes. Upon entering, you immediately feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The pizza was the star of the evening. I ordered a margheita and was amazed by the quality of the dough: light, fluffy, and with the perfect balance of softness and crunchiness. Cooking in a wood-fired oven gives it that unique flavor that only true Neapolitan pizzerias can offer. The ingredients are fresh and authentic: from the buffalo mozzarella to the San Marzano tomatoes, you can truly taste the quality. I must mention the service, which was impeccable: the staff is friendly, professional, and always available, ready to recommend the best dishes and share the history of the recipes. In addition to the pizza, I had the opportunity to try the light and crispy Italian-style fried food, along with a selection of zeppoline, crocchè, and arancini, which perfectly complemented the meal. Finally, I finished with a classic Neapolitan dessert: the babá, fresh and fragrant, accompanied by complimentary meloncello, which made the evening truly unforgettable. If you're in Paderno Dugnano and are looking for a taste of Naples and the South, La Baita dei Sapori del Sud is undoubtedly the place to be.
