My daughter and I used the app to order our food today. I'm picky on how I like my food so I asked for my bacon western cheese burger to have a fresh onion ring and no bbq sauce and Luis took my special request. He had kind manners and excellent customer service. In the past, at other Carl's Jr's, they didn't make an effort to make our order correct. But Luis not only made my order good, he put fresh onion rings on my burger and service with a smile. Thank you Luis for your excellent customer service. There needs to be more managers like you.

Moe is the best, under their management this locations service and attitude has changed drastically. Moe always puts the customers needs first, doesn't fuss over customized orders and ensures the team is delivering high quality service and results.

I was approached by crew member Sonya and Luis (manager). This was absolutely a pleasant experience. Both Luis and Sonya were exceptional and friendly beyond belief. Luis was very kind and is certainly one of the more accessible Carl's Jr. employees that I've met. The food (BBQ Baron Cheese Burger) was served hot and delicious. 'Excellence all the way around!

Wanted a shake on a recent trip and went to this place. My chocolate was great, his strawberry tasted too chemical. The 2 for $6 fish sandwiches were so good, hot, fresh and tasty for a great price. It was early afternoon on a weekday and we were in and out zoom zoom.

This is my favorite Carl's. This is a corporate location. The prices are great. The employees I have become familiar with are Romelia, Paula, Yousi, And Elizabeth. These ladies are fantastic. They treat the customers with kindness, and respect. This is also the first Carl's I've seen where they actually take such pride that they keep the outside surroundings. I've observed them window cleaning, sweeping, and washing down the outside. This is above the cleanliness of the inside. If there was an award given by corporate this location is definitely in the top position. I've tried a franchise not to far away and where I get a really big carl for 8.33 at the corporate. I can get the same for 10. 97 at a franchise a few miles away.

This drive thru is open 24hrs fast paced great customer service!!The cashier was very nice and gave me plenty condiments the order was accurate and tasted great!! Did I mention it was fast! I ordered #18 it includes a combination different varieties of choices which are the Double Cheeseburger Spicy chicken sandwich, small fries, small order of a beverage your choice and a cookie just $6.46 !!!They have a 2 lane drive thru and there own parking structure. I recommend this location to you guys if your in the area check it out!!:)

Same Carl's Jr food, but there is a colony of homeless and I get asked for money sometimes. Like I said the food is good staff as well. I have no easy solution. Carl's doesn't manage homeless affairs in the parking lot. They make burgers, good ones at that.

Food is good. Service excellent. But your app sucks. Not user friendly and has glitches when trying to redeem rewards. Please improve it.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side. Food quality does depend on the specific cook and the time of the day.

Service was great but the atmosphere was hot. Not sure if the A/C was broken but it was a little warm in there. Plus side to that is the food didn’t get cold 😂

I like the chicken strips because they're fresh and almost too crunchy. One thing I don't like about them is how overly crunchy they are when everything is cool down. It can be a little irritating because the crunch is so hard. When you don't know what you want to get the big burger is always a safe Choice good fresh ingredients and really enjoyable to eat and have a great aftertaste.

Did walk-in. Stood a solid few minutes with employees roaming around saying nothing to me. Was blown away! Then saw a man handed his bag of food with no 'thank you'... Nothin'! Placed order. When over at my seat, general manager then shows up, really helpful to me regarding setting up the Carl's app on my phone and stuff. Food was standard Carl's Jr if you like it... I do. Just Very Bewildering how maybe good, maybe really lousy the customer service was

The best thing about this Carl's Jr. is the $4 meal deal. For $4 plus tax, you get a small spicey chicken sandwich, a double cheeseburger, fries and a small drink which you can refill at beverage station.I can't think of a better value than this one anywhere. The double burger compares to McDonald's, but tastes better. I would give more stars except for two reasons. First they use to be a salsa bar for the Green Burrito portion, but it has since been removed. That's a major loss. Second are the homeless, drug freaks that hang out around the place. Why this is allowed to continue, is a mystery to me. The restaurant inside is cleaner than it use to be. Service is usually slow.

Food Tastes Good by that I mean the frys taste fresh not like if they been sitting in reused old oil. Seems to always have a Ranch sauce shortage, everytime I come here. Kind of weird.

Food was fine, the fries were great. Would have liked to have a smaller hamburger, these are quite large. I rarely go to Carl's as I do not care for their ads.

Most of the empty tables needed cleaning, the 1 soda machine probably needed to have the nozzles cleaned, as it would periodically put out bursts of foam, one of which filled 2" of my cup and then some, overflowing it and getting my cup and my hand sticky. They also had no napkins in the dispenser by the soda machines. And an FYI, the men's room has no towels or even a trash can, but they have a baby changing table! (Hand dryers have been proven to be a source of nasty bacteria and molds, and really do not save vs. towels... Only because fewer people use them.)

Oof. Been going here for almost a decade never had a rude person til today. Trying to pay at the drive through with tap and the person at the drive through takes the card reader away so fast before my phone could pay. Then complained saying we were making it difficult for the person at the drive through.

There was a giant poster outside offering a free sandwich if we download the app. I downloaded the app but did not see the offer. I went inside and they had multiple signs posted about it. I asked how I could get redeem it, and the workers didn't know. I came to Carl's Jr. explicitly for that deal, so I waited until they could bring out a manager who had information on it. Absolutely no one knew anything about it. Why put up 5 big signs for a promotion that doesn't exist?? I ended up just buying a chicken sandwich that was pretty dry. I love Carl's Jr. but this wasn't a great first impression from this location.

Not great. The place is very clean, that’s the positive. The staff wasn’t friendly. They don’t serve food on trays even when dining in. Everything is just in bags. Not convenient to eat fries with ketchup out of a bad when sitting at a table. The burger lacked crispy salad (had only half a leaf) and onions. The meat tasted like it was cooked 3 days earlier. The fries weren’t fresh or crispy.

They forgot my burger in my take-out order and I didn't find out until I got home. When I drove back to get it, they didn't apologize and shut the drive thru door in my face. Food way okay, but the service ticked me off a lot. Also my food got cold. I'd visit another location next time.

I couldn't stop throwing up the morning after eating the jalapeño Angus burger. I don't know what went wrong in the kitchen but the food did not taste good in this location. I've never had a problem anywhere else but it seems the food didn't fully cook and I got sick

The supervisor is extremely rude. Slowest service and to top it off the order was all wrong. So beyond disappointing. Never go here and just drive somewhere else. Save your money. Service was 0 stars but can’t rate that.

Absolutely rushed into making an order at the drive thru as I barely had enough time to order before given my total as if my order was an inconvenience to Maria my server. Completely rude and unprofessional. Food was good but was still made incorrectly. Not the food staff the cashier probably rushed and didn’t edit the ticket. Was told to back up to save their times as the only Person in the drive thru. Horrible experience

When you show up at 10: 45pm and sit at the drive-thru for 5 minutes thinking somebody might help you because their hours say midnight, and all the lights are on, but they are apparently closed, that's a 1 star.

Stopped by at 6:18am to buy some breakfast and the restaurant was not open. They open at 6am, but the restaurant was dark and one of the employees was standing outside nearby. Apparently the opening manager is late this morning so the restaurant is late opening. I was going to go to Jack in the Box, but changed my mind and went here. WHAT A MISTAKE! With the early morning traffic I was not going to go back the way I came so I ended up with nothing to eat this morning. Nothing online or in the app stating restaurant closed.

I gave it one star just because there isn't anything less. Shift manager who said her name was "Maria" had a very bad attitude. She did not know her location number, and did not have a name tag herself but said she was the manager. As we were leaving the drive through she slammed the window. She totally lackw customer service skills.

On Saturday night at 11:30, we ordered 5 different meals and didn't realize one was missing until we got all the way home. I drove back to try to pick up the missing meal. It was 1152 pm and the listed closing time was Midnight. The lady working the drive thru had already closed for the night. I waved my receipt at her to indicate that I was not trying to order new food, but she refused to help me. I went thru the drivethru again showing my receipt, but she disappeared on purpose so that I couldn't see her anymore until I dove back around the building. Then, she was back out mopping the place thinking I had left. She was totally rude to us in the 1st place when we got most of our order. I guess we are out the $5 or whatever we spent for our hamburger even though she is clearly inside, and it wasn't even closing time when we arrived!!

I order a santa fe chicken burger and I didn't get any bell pepper and also found a hair ..nasty food only and this restaurant. .

Be careful at this location. The servers were not wearing gloves nor were they wearing masks. I went on June 1st, Wednesday around 7PM and even if I noticed all these things, I should of said something and NOT take the food that I ordered at the drive thru. Today, I woke up with a bad stomach ache and been taking meds for my tummy. I will not return to this location. Thanks but not again!

First we went to the one by Disney land and the order was wrong. So we went to the one one Harbor and Chapman. We ordered and asked us to move forward it'll be a minute. Well we watch 5 cars drive through. So we went back to the window and the kid said...here it is and that was it. Called to complain and they hung up. Terrible service .

I am very dissatisfied with the manager. She made it uncomfortable for the employees and my experience. I asked for a minute and as soon as I was ready I get a very angry response. I felt very rushed and condescended. I normally let things go, but this one rubbed me the wrong way. I get to the window and her employee was nice. We get our food and my wife tastes her orange Fanta and it was disgusting! It was flat, and it seems they need to fix the soda machine. I for one am not coming back to this one even though I live near this one.

I went to Carl’s tonight, was the only car at the drive thru nobody in the lobby. I ordered my food everything was fine the guy at the window gave me a small bag that should have had 4 burgers and 2 fries. I asked him if ALL my food was there and he said yeah and walked away from the window. So I went home, when I took the food out I was missing food. I called, they knew exactly who I was because I heard the guy said “I think it’s the lady from the drive thru” the supervisor got on the phone and I explained what happened, she said oh you can come another day for your food. Why would I want to go ANOTHER day for my food if I went because I was hungry right now!! Of course I got upset so I asked for my $ back and she said I would have to come inside to get my money. I told her I was going to do a charge back with my bank she said to go ahead and hung up. It’s not like they were busy, the place was literally empty! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!

I've been here 3 times already, and in all those times I visited, I ordered 3 different combos. In all those 3 visits I get a stomach bug and throw up and have diarrhea. This only proves that the food here is old and they have zero cleanliness in this specific restaurant. Will never eat here again

I placed an order and received the wrong order. When I tried to knock on the door to get it fixed, I was told to go thru drive thru. When I got to drive thru I was asked to wait till I got to the window to show my receipt and food. Once at the window they realized it was wrong and said a new order would be made. Spent an additional 15 minutes to wait for my food and to top it off the girl handing my food was rude. I really would have like a to tell you it’s unfortunate that I spent more than 30 minutes.

I place an order asking for the promotion they have buy one burger and get the second one for a dollar; FAMOUS STAR & WESTERN BACON were my options according to Matthew who's the drive-thru operator. So I decided and go with my two options I added 9 Piece chicken Stars and my total was about 12 long story maker short I drive home I'm eating my burger and I noticed that one 1 Burgers missing and I just that the burger that I'm eating it's not famous star nor the western. So here I am calling the store the same guy who took my order answer the phone that's how I was able to get his name I told him that he forgot to add my other Burger how long you received one Burger that's what I said to him and this was his response" no I didn't I'm sure I put those two burgers and I even gave you extra napkins" with such an arrogance he felt with such Authority on behalf of Carl's jr. She denied me talking to his supervisor or manager in charge and he quoted I am the person in charge of myself and if you want to talk with my manager you will have to wait until Tuesday. My my response; I'm not calling you to get a free burger from you calling you the fact that you charge my American Express credit card 2 burgers and my nuggets and I missing one Burger and if you're that sure check U cameras and you'll if I'm wrong or you are. Matthew's Matthew's respond; I'm sure bag 2 burgers. With this type millennials unprofessional representing their employer as a business is unacceptable. If you don't like your job then you shouldn't be there. Employees with this type of I'm miserable with themselves. My wife needed to use the restroom before we ordered our food. My wife came out of the bathroom Mo (says she's a manager) accused my wife of stealing toilet paper. She didn't see my wife stealing toilet paper she just had a hunch. My wife denied it and offered up her purse to show there was no stolen TP. Mo refused to look and told my wife to leave and never come back. Well Mo you screwed up. My wife isn't a theif and you should never accuse someone of any crime unless you have some sort of evidence. You were wrong and I hope your happy to make a 56 year old christian woman cry after being so insulted and degraded. I highly recommend that everyone steer clear of this Carls cause you might be accused of stealing extra straws or napkins.
