Love Red Robin and this location didn’t disappoint! We walked in and sat in the bar and our server was so friendly and so on top of our drinks, food and just general well being. She wasn’t pushy nor oblivious and she was fantastic. I hate that I don’t remember her name but we ate there while on a girls trip to Disney on October. It was so great that the next night we ended up ordering food togo while we were drinking at our hotel. Will always definitely come back here, thanks for the great experience!

We haven't been able to go since the pulled out of Alberta a few years ago but man it's just as awesome as I remembered. The food was delicious, there was a good selection of GF/allergy options (including a dedicated fryer for the fries). Even though it was loud and busy (loud enough it was hard to have a conversation with everyone at a table of 6) the table service was excellent. Both in speed and quality. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty burger, bottomless fries, great staff and an overall 10/10 experience. I'd also like to shout out our server, Sienna. She was most friendly and very good at her job. Can't wait to come back!

I haven’t been to Red Robin in a while and decided to take this spot for a quick lunch. I ordered their Cobb salad with garlic fries and onion rings both were bottomless too, but one round was enough. The salad was delicious, but it was a good size portion, I should of gotten a side salad size. The garlic fries were seasoned perfectly and cooked just right but the fries are more thick cut & I prefer more In-N-Out style but they were still great. The onion rings were also good and overall the meal was very pleasant. I’d definitely come back again for their garlic fries and onion rings.

Came in for lunch and got the $10 burger deal brought us our drinks right away and some hot french fries while we waited for our burgers to be ready. Bianka was our waitress and was super nice and very quick on her feet. We also had the assistant manager bring us over french fries and asked us if there was anything that we needed The food came out hot and fresh. The burgers were good. We had unlimited refills on drinks and they would bring fries that were also hot and fresh with any kind of sauce that you would like the bathrooms were clean. There was plenty of parking. This location has great service 10 out of 10. Totally recommend. They have a lot of specials as well As Large menu.

Burger and fries were delicious! Diet Coke tasted watered down, but still ok. Service was excellent and the dining area clean. The restroom however was filthy! With all of the Disneyland visitors eating here they sure made a mess in the restroom and I don't think the employees clean them that often. I would definitely come back for the food and service, but avoid the restroom. Prices are high for hamburgers, but luckily they have a special for a small burger.

Came to eat dinner after being on the road all day traveling to Anaheim. The place was pretty busy so it took a few minutes to get seated. Once we sat down the service was pretty fast. The main reason we came is because we seen the 9.99 big yumm deal. With prices now days, that’s a great bargain. It was a decent size burger with bottomless fry’s and drink. Needless to say, we walked out stuffed. Would come back again.

Our kids liked their meals but the waitress never returned to our table so they didn’t get to take advantage of the bottomless. My monster burger was delicious but the garlic fries weren’t. However even if they were we didn’t get offered for more. No complaints about the CA chicken burger with onion rings. We felt jipped paying for a side to take advantage of the bottomless and we were unable to. It was further frustrating that we wanted to pay partial with a credit card and the other cash. But the waitress never returned. We had to ask a buser for a to go box and to get the waitress. He gave us the to go box but the waitress still didn’t return . The worst part is we see her taking the orders of the table next to us, we did the whole do a little wave and I swear we made eye contact once but she didn’t come back.

I came here for dinner and the food was very good. I had the veggie burger and garlic fries. I enjoyed it so much that I went back and got wings the next day. I received a pretty good quantity of food and all their takeout options had a side included. Will definitely recommend.

Red Robin This is my husband's favorite place because he can get endless fries and they are gluten free (he has celiac). I'm gluten and dairy intolerant but still able to find choices. When our meals came, the chicken on my salad was cold. The manager came by pretty quickly and they made me a new salad (this time w/o the cheese, croutons and tomatoes.) My Ocean Blue Patron margarita was good but a little on the sweet side. The customer service was great. We always love Red Robin.

Stopped in for dinner tonight and our server Rose was awesome. She was on top of it and took great care of us. We got a southwest salad and Cobb salad and both were very tasty. My husband got the shrimp dish and garlic fries. The garlic fries are very garlicky which I love, but quite oily also. Great place to stop in for a family dinner.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to say something, they changed the fried pickles and they just aren’t good anymore. The menu says new and improved but its more like bland and unseasoned now, service was just as good as always and everything else was good but I was extremely disappointed with the pickles, they are pretty much the entire reason my fiancee and I still eat at red robin so its just not worth going anymore

I went in for the 9,99 burger with bottomless side and drink . I got a salad and root beer. It says no additional charge. Got a refill on my drink and an extra salad. Bill was 18.00 dollars. Which is far from 10.00 . I wish they were more clear on the price. The machine would not show me what I was charged or even give me a receipt. Which is shady. Be careful when you order here. They seem to make up prices . It would not be a big deal if it was clear and made since. No reason to sneak extra charge in there.

We got bottomless Mac and cheese and French fries and refills. And we only were able to refill them once whenever we asked for or refill, we were forgotten, but they sure didn't forget us when we were leaving. And because we left the table and didn't pay at the little kiosk, being at the table. We went to play the games first. While we were waiting for my salad that they never brought. And then they said that they took off the cost for the >>free<< appetizer and didnt charge us for the drinks ( eye roll) needless to say I did not tip. Very disappointed.

Imagine going to your favorite restaurant and being treated like a second-class citizen. This is exactly what happened to me at this place. On 3/08/26, my girlfriend and I decided to go to Red Robin and to my surprise it appeared things (service) had changed, not for the best but for the worse. I ordered a chicken teriyaki burger. When I asked for extra Lettuce and extra tomato, the waiter said, "We need to charge you extra for that." I did not have a problem with this but the way he said it, it made me feel really uncomfortable. My girlfriend ordered a strawberry lemonade, and I ordered a simple glass of water. When the waiter came back with the water and lemonade my girlfriend took a zip and it was very sweet. I took a zip and sure enough, it was very sweet. I poured a small amount of water from my cup onto her glass and took a zip. Within seconds, the waiter was at our table, and this is what he said, "You can't be doing that, or we will have to charge you for a second glass of strawberry." I told the waiter that I was just tasting it for flavor, and he said it did not matter. The waiter left but his comment made me feel extremely embarrassed. I did not say anything at the moment but as the waiter left, I did not think the waiter was being professional. At that point, I decided to cancel my order. I told the waiter to cancel my order and to go ahead and just charge the lemonade. We walked towards the front and noticed the waiter talking to the store manager. A few seconds later, the manager came to us and gave us the same speech that was given to us by the waiter. My girlfriend was polite in the telling the manager that we did not feel it was appropriate because his actions made us feel like we were under the loop. The manager proceeded to charge for the lemonade which by the way, my girlfriend had only taken a few zips. For those of you who like to go to this place be careful and make sure to review your check prior to paying. Not that it matters to them, but I am not planning to return to this or any other Red Robin restaurant ever again.
