Ice cream and other desserts are good, other food is pretty bad though, really bland and soggy. I can't believe they even call what they have texas toast. The texans would be offended. Just get the dessert, eat food somewhere else. My food also definitely didn't come with the gravy that is being advertised in the ads.

Hygiene is bad in this branch and the staff is not good service , but the ice cream remains excellent and maintains the same taste

I got a melted Blizzard... I couldn't even grab the cup without it spilling everywhere. Also no one was wearing gloves inside either, and you're not ever supposed to touch utensils anywhere except the handle in food service, but I saw them breaking that rule, too... The service was okay. The food was pretty good, except the blizzard. I was really looking forward to a chocolate explosion like usual, but it was just acceptable, but the melting was so bad everytime I picked it up GENTLY it got all over my clothes and the car seat and I'm a VERY clean person whenever I eat. But this was so messy, aren't I supposed to get a free one if they can't serve it upside-down? I know it would've been all over the table if they tried. The photos are from right after I got it.

CLEAN THE TABLES AND INSIDE OF YOUR STORE. place is filthy. Always Super long lines. Just order online and come pick it up if you want a blizzard. Do not sit at the tables. They are disgusting... If you get a large blizzard make sure you check it before you leave. Only had topping on the top.. the bottom was just vanilla. So I got a small blizzard with a bunch of vanilla icecream... disappointing..

I went to DQ last night I got there at 9:50 and the employees were already cleaning up although they close at 10:30 . The employees were extremely rude they didn’t ask me if I was ready to order or anything in all reality they didn’t even acknowledge me I had to tell the cashier I was ready. And while she was taking me order she just didn’t have no customer service skills at all. Then a bunch of people started walking in so there was line almost formed outside . I then proceeded to fill up my soda and there was no lids so I asked one of the male employees if he could give me a lid please because there was none he just looked at me in disgust and put it up there nothing came out of his mouth . Food is good here but if customer service is always gonna be like that here I’m better not coming back here .

They couldn’t make a cone, that’s all you need to know. Staff was rude about the mistakes they made. Sad that this location drags down the name of DQ

I had a coupon for a blizzard or a cone and it wouldn't accept it here. Why are they giving out coupons and they are not getting accepted.

Hello, review is based on the staff....Linda. She was very unwelcoming to not only myself but my student with special needs. She ignored me several times as she walked past me at the register, her tone was dismissive and used sarcastic phrases when talking to us. Does not look at all appetizing. She literally just brought this out.

I went here 2 years ago the staff is very rude and rushes food and also this dq was a hour from my house pls make a dq GRILL AND CHILL near Glendale/burbank I promise I will buy every week anyways pls fulfill my wish the food was good and pls respond and answer

Horrible Experience The guys works with no enthusiasm looks like he hates his job and top of that we have to put the drinks on the cup holders ourselves because they wont do it such a. Shame looks like a good place to eat but the service is not there especially when your a high paying customer came in a 3pm today fyi

The worst customer service ever We had to wait in line for 30 minutes, and when it was our turn, the cashier just told us, "We're out of ice cream." The place was dirty, I don't understand why the city doesn't close this place for being so dirty. Match 3rd, 8:15pm

BLIZZARDS ARE NOT FULLY BLENDED. FOR PRICE I DON'T RECOMMEND IT I ordered a cherry chip blizzard it was not blended all the way to the bottom.

Honestly I love dairy queen been going since I was a kid and this place has always been decent. Tonight was one of the most horrible and disgusting experiences I've ever had in any fast food restaurant. The lack of cleanliness and regard for cross-contamination was Beyond atrocious and negligent. Yet the staff working seem to be having a great time amongst each other while the customers were hot irritable and left to wait for 30 to 45 minutes in order to place an order and just as long to receive it, multiple people received there blizzards served right side up and not upside down but due to the lack of cleanliness behind the counter did not want the next one free. I write this only because I truly loved Dairy Queen and the experiences that are associated with them but this one experience has truly dimmed the rest of them. I truly hope that this staff and franchise cleans up their act, no pun intended. To top off the night they got my order wrong and gave me the right blizzard but it was with the most attitude and both were served right side up needless to say I did not mention it and the reason being ,I will Not be doing future business with this DQ

Their deluxe hamburger is cold👎. The meat is so dry, like being outside for couple days. Look like they didn't warm the meat well. I have to ask them microwave the whole hamburger. Unlike chickenstrips👍, they deep fried.
