12-5-2025 I found this establishment on my 2good2go app. So I decided to try their specialty pizza surprise bag. I got their about 30 mins before my pick up time. So I decided to order something I haven't had for awhile eggplant parmesan. I received it within 15 mins. It came with a side of spaghetti and a piece of garlic bread. This was delicious and filling. I had enough to share with boyfriend. The specialty pizza was also yummy. Customer service was very friendly and lots of choices on their menu Will definitely be back to try other Italian dishes.

Enjoyed every morsel of our meal here. We ordered garlic fries, fried zucchini, veggie pizza, eggplant Parmesan, and linguini with shrimp. Owner was super friendly and told us about how each recipe is authentic and passed down from his grandma. Service was fast and food was delicious. Definitely a 2 thumbs 👍🏽

We came here after an Angels game looking for a sit down restaurant with gluten free options for 1 of us.At first when we pulled up, we were uncertain because it didn’t look like it was much. After we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. Authentic Italian restaurant atmosphere and greeted by the most attentive and sweet server. She was knowledgeable about the gluten free options and what was safe. We ordered appetizers, soup, salad, entrees and none of it disappointed! Such amazing authentic homemade taste and in big portion sizes. We ended up taking half of the food home and took their delicious minestrone soup to go. If you want a warm, welcoming and pleasant atmosphere with authentic food either dine in or takeout and is open late, this is definitely your place! We’ve now found our go to place and will be back again soon!

Nice Italian restaurant. Wanted to get a family bundle but we were informed that was for takeout. No problem though, the lady who sat and served us was amazing. There was no wait and our food was fresh and came out promptly. Great place we would recommend to a friend.

Good food! The portions were huge—I got super full and still had plenty left over. I ordered the trio, and it was great. The only downside is they don’t allow any substitutions, which was a little disappointing, but not a deal-breaker. The garlic knots were basically just bread without much garlic flavor, so I’d honestly stick with the free bread they bring to the table. Overall, I’d definitely come back.

Me and my fiancé went here on June 27, 2025. We went through the take out side not the dine in and the gentle man who was there was welcoming and was very helpful to get a table. I got a chipotle pasta with chicken and my fiancé got the Lagino and we stared a medium pizza. The vibes and the atmosphere of the place is cute. And he (the gentle man) brought us bread and our drinks. He was very regular on giving us refills. I loved the food it was very flavorful. We will be coming back to this place really authentic Italian food.

The food was great and their homemade sangria was amazing! I was not a fan of the chicken Alfredo, but everything else was really tasty. The breaded zucchini’s are fresh non greasy and very tasty. Right up front I want to say the food was amazing, especially for the price. But portion size is ridiculously huge. Like you could easily split one dinner entree between two people and still have leftovers. I am a big eater, but we ended up wasting so much food as we were traveling and had no way to heat up leftovers. At least note on the menu how much food will be coming, maybe offer a half size portion, something. My wife and I could have spent a third of what we did and still been stuffed. Service was really weird. No silverware on the table and had to ask for each thing. How am I going to eat soup with a fork? Also had to repeat what we wanted several times to the waiter. He seemed nice, he just didn't really listen. I still would go back here, because the food was absolutely amazing. But now I know to split with someone and ask for all the silverware up front to save some time.

I've lived in this area for 20 plus years and oftentimes pass by Carolinas periodically, I've tried them for carry out(maybe 4 times over the past 20 years). And each time if not ordering pizza I was not satisfied. This time I MUST leave a review: I stopped in last night to treat myself to a late birthday dinner it was late and I was too tired from nursing school to go elsewhere. I ordered the pasta trio that included Lasagna chicken, parmesan and fettuccine alfredo, the bread was great, My server was very nice. The food was SWIMMING in sauce. There was so much sauce I could not taste the food. I complained to my waitress about it then I complained to the manager about it. Both of non challantly commented to me t "Oh, I'll let the cook know". Not one time was I offered a replacement meal. Not one time, did either of them say, why don't we try something else The bill came $47.87 . The third time I complained, the manager came over and offered to take ten dollars off of my bill. The portions are huge but who wants horrible suit I left everything on the table.I am sorely disappointed and the only reason I gave the food a two rating is because the bread and the wine were good. I'm not sure how this restaurant is getting.Such great ratings, it's been over two decades.And they have always been below par to me.I will never stop in Carolina's again for anything !!!

I ordered the family meal for delivery. I called 4 times to place my order. First two times, the lady couldn't hear me. 3rd time a man answered, and then just stopped talking. I finally called from the hotel phone. The lady that took our order was friendly, however didnt tell me ther delivery time was over an hour until I already paid. It was already 7pm. My son wanted a cheese pizza. So that's what I got him. The rest of the food was to be dinner, with extras for snacks/lunch next day, etc. We got the food, delivered to the hotel. We spent almost $80!!! The special was for their family speacial for 21.99 as advertised. We added wings, 2 slices of cheesecakes for $6 and canolis. Quality of pizza was sub-par at best and the cheese was smashed on the lid of the box. Wings, they were okay, some were very hard. The salad was translucent, and had red cabage, carrots and dices tomatoes with 1 side of ranch. Fettuccine, decent. Not the best. Leaked any flavor and Chicken wasn't seasoned with a grayish. Cheesecake slices (tiny might I add) with strawberry topping- okay. Canolis were bite-sized. They were crunchy and good. Best part of the whole experience. Everything was cold (which is understanable for being delivered) we heated it all up in microwave. However, we had to scrape the cheese off the pizza box. No plates provided, utensils, napkins. Extra ranch was requested, but not provided. Most likely won't be this place again. Coming as a recommendation from the hotels advertisements I expected better.

We were hungry after Christmas day at Disneyland, and this restaurant was open. It's a cute little spot and as soon as we walked in it smelled delicious. There was one waitress and several tables were full. I ordered soup and salad and my husband ordered a pasta dish with garlic knots. My meal came out about 20 minutes later,my husbands on the other hand literally was served 1.5 hours after we arrived. I had finished my entire meal and was ready to leave when his finally arrived. We watched several other tables that were seated after us received their meal way before he did. His meal was good,but he was so annoyed that he could hardly eat. We were charged full price for our entire meal, which we thought was inappropriate but with it being Christmas we didn't say anything about that. Overall it was good food, but we were completely turned off with how long the meal took.

They served me and my family scraps of waste tonight. I ordered a family tray to feed 4–6 people through Too Good To Go, supposedly a “surprise meal” for us. What we got instead was a total rip-off: a soggy mess of glazed bread floating in goo and the most basic, bland spaghetti imaginable. That’s not a family meal. That’s scraps. You completely ruined our dinner and stole our money. Shameful and dishonest.

You are better off getting a frozen Digiorno Rising Crust pizza from your local grocery store. I ordered 2 pies, 1 topping each pizza for delivery. With tip provided, the total some was $40. It was beyond underwhelming. It was Like eating thick fluffy dough with pizza ingredients sprinkled on the surface. The Garlic Parmesan Oil that they charged us for was a 5 oz cup of cooking oil grease. The taste and experience was extremely disappointing for the price.

I know it's Christmas, BUT When I have been seated for well over an hour and my wife finishes her meal and other patrons that came in well after we did, one party that came in more than a half hour after we did and received their meals before me Is unacceptable. The waitress came up to our table twice apologizing saying that my meal would be out shortly and yet another 20 minutes go by. I had to ask for the garlic knots that I ordered three different times, one time from a gentleman that tried bringing soup to my table that I did not order. I finally received my dinner I would say it was about the hour and a half mark and again I asked for my garlic knots and the waitress asked if I still wanted them??? When I finally received my meal it tasted good but by now I wasn't in any mood to eat. I know it's not completely the waitresses fault but this restaurant completely failed tonight! There was zero offer to comp any part of my meal, even the $5 garlic knots?!?! That Is is poor customer service and I lay blame on the waitress for this! I was pretty surprised when I finally received my receipt. I still gave her a good tip being Christmas. I have been reviewing establishments for years and this is my first one star review. You definitely did not earn a new customer tonight, pretty disappointed!
