Pizza is delicious well cooked. Customer service is out of this world. To witness them perform for kids to see them happy was enough for me to wright this outstanding review. We drove from Riverside to come to this location. You won't regret it.

First time bringing my kids as well as my first time coming here too . They take your group picture when you walk in . Then it's the food and play card . We got two for our three kids . You can order food or just to play . We got one pizza and wings with drink . They give you a device that tells you when your food is ready . Omg the food was sooooo good the stuffed crust pizza is baked just enough to get the cheese stringy . Wing are super good too . Just be prepared to spend it's worth it to make memories with your children !!

First time visitor. I'll be honest I came with a negative perception of the place. I assumed it would be dirty and full of squirrelly kids and parents not wearing masks with tattoos everywhere. I was largely right. That said, my kids had a great time. The staff were pretty friendly. The tables and bathrooms were clean. The food was surprisingly expensive, 30 bucks for a medium pizza and a few drinks but at least it was decent. The games are pre pay card based, you can pay for points/credits or for a unlimited play, time based system. I really like this second option as it forced a scheduled on the kids and you don't have one with half their credits left at the end of an hour and the other run out in twenty minutes. We paid about $50 for two hour long cards (check the website for that deal) so at $25 each it was reasonable. The games were good, not to many out of service. A good mix of video games, carnival games and timing based games. Prizes are what you would expect, a lot of junk and the good stuff behind a massive pay wall. Overall, not a bad deal, I'd go again if my kids screamed at me enough.

I had my son’s 6 birthday at the garden grove location. Karina one of the hostess that took care of us the whole time we were there was amazing. She came by to check on us all the time, she took the time to cut our cake and made my son’s birthday by giving us more points to celebrate his birthday. She improvised really well when it came to a cake since it was short notice. She was really nice, thank you for everything

Of course chuckle cheese is pricey but I do have to admit… their chicken pizza and their wings are soooo good. I think it’s worth it maybe once in a while as a like rare sweet treat 🙈 ( if you’re on a budget ) it’s ok we don’t judge. But it’s huge. Lots of seating and space to eat. Kids always occupies. It is like an extra $15 for socks and to get on the jumping portion of the play area. It’s weird cuz they monitor by watching and then just say something to parent or idk. But besides that good is great! Beer is good. Pricey but it’s for the experience think it was like $10 ? Around. Don’t quote me on that. Always double check pricing. It always changes. Staff was nice and friendly! Very knowledgable and seemed happy and just better vibes than the usual people who look not so great and sad. My favorite chuckle cheese to come too! Try the pizza snd wings for sure! Super delicious. It will NOT disappoint.

should have more games for infant 😂 only one Chuck e cheese mini but the seat belt does not fit to baby 6 months. We will be back in a few months later 😄 However, the staff is friendly from the entrance. Love their atmosphere 🥰

The food may be sub par but I have a soft spot for this place cause it was mt first introduction to the concept of arcades. I go for that more thaj the pizza nlwadays if I ever go thrre at all...whuch isnt often but ehh...

Chuck E. Cheese is a good place to take kids to, especially when it gets cold and dark in the winter. They also have good deals on monthly passes if you're able to go more often. I did notice that some games at this location are broken, and haven't been fixed or some time, hence the lower rating. They do seem short staffed, but workers work hard here. Every so often, I'd see someone wiping down the machines and making sure things stay clean. Food-wise: * Pizza 4/5 - Pizza is nice and crispy here and tasted as expected. Get the bigger size as the personal size is very small and not good value. * Cheesy bread 3/5 - Okay, a bit bland. * Buffalo Chicken wings 3.5/5 - Tasted like Tyson's frozen buffalo wings. Not bad, but nothing special. * Fries 1/5 - These were not crispy. They also tasted very starchy and undercooked.

Really strange vibe at this particular location. There was a woman walking back and forth from the entrance to the end of the salad bar. Apparently she works there but had no identifying uniform or name tag. There was a very aggressive young girl in the trampoline zone who was pushing the smaller kids and taking their stuff. The employees attempted to get her to behave only after she knocked down the same display a 3rd time. The food is not good but that's probably why they serve alcohol.

We had a birthday party here and it was so nice! We did opening and honestly they didn't open on time so the times should be adjusted to when they start you all up. But it was clean and tables were ready. Ladies ready to take orders and set the tables up with food as it came out. But they were out of goodie bags, Charged an extra fee for the bounce house which is the only reason we came here over Costa mesa, and the managers and employees were bickering. Other than that, we really enjoyed the location and party. My bday kiddo really enjoyed it and had requested it out of the blue so we did the $99 party at 10am and we were not disappointed. Also. The ice scream we ordered didn't have the items as pictured with the gummy faces.

Pizza just great, just like we remember it, but they changed their breadsticks!! Not cool! They used to help crispy, made from the crust of their pizza! Now they're trying to make them like Olive Garden, without success!! They also had a lot of games, but many only paid out 1-3 tickets! Seriously! For a 2 year old! These were the toddler style games! Not the skee ball!

I am very disappointed in this location! I shouldn't be surprised, very poor customer service here. I bought the socks for my two children to go in the trampoline and when my 3 yo was trying to go in, the employee was acting like a bouncer at a night club. I showed him the receipt, he said he need the wrist ban because the receipt wasn't good enough! So I grabbed it, had to explain to him that my childern have sensory issues and won't wear them. Then to top it off, my brother ordered fries and chocolate chip cookie that looked like a brownie because it was so burnt! It took over 20 min for them to be made. Probably because they burned the cookie and under cooked french fries!

This visit was okayyy...I mean alot of the games weren't working and I had to go and get my card reloaded . They need to put signs when the games aren't working or out of order instead they don't and have the kids keep spending there points on games that don't work.its pretty sad because people spend more money on games for there kids . There's alot of Hispanic families that won't say anything instead just pay again .
