The only issue I had was the drive through which was no fault of the very pleasant staff:A homeless man scared my mom and I he slip in on my side drivers side my window was down to place order.Long story short we said we had no money to give him well he refused.to take no.for an answer he stood there demanding money we said call police he still . refused to leave couldn't drive off another car in front of me.That really scared us both finally he left. I told the girl at the window what happened she apologized.So I put my order in came back around looking to.see if I seen him again. There he was inside Jack in m box 139 th and western. He was mentally ill I could see the faces on the patrons inside they were not pleased he was.standining in middle of the place acting very strange. US not giving him money agitated him.But we were not going to be bullied into giving him money. Frightening experience at the Jack and the Box on 139th and Western and Gardena California.

I come here like 5x a week bc my job is right next to this spot. 2% of my body's water is now Jack in the Box hot sauce. All good though. Their food looks like the pictures, and my order is never messed up. All you could ask for from a Jack's

Really enjoy you have the best chicken sandwiches to me the spicy is when I'm sick with a cold and the homestyle bacon with cheese lettuce tomatoe toasted bun was perfect for every taste bud. Thanks for it being nice and hot not cold as well as my fries. I recommend to everyone with high quality taste.

I was worried that something would go wrong because my boyfriend and I had a problem there twice with using EBT cards 6 months to a year ago. This time we wanted to pay for half with our EBT and half in cash and the guy repeatedly attempted to scan the card. When it didn't work, he saw how sad my bf and I were and he seemed genuinely disappointed for us and apologized. And said it wasn't because of us, and gave us our food anyways. That really made our day because everything can go wrong but that guy restored our faith in humanity. Awesome person, I hope that guy gets a raise :) 🙏 ❤️ 😊 👍😎🏆

Being from the east Coast I was tempted to try jack in the box as we don’t have any here. I like their shakes and everything else is standard fast food.

I really like the special that they had yesterday Friday 08/30/2019, on the double chicken sandwich with small fries and small coke for just $3.99, now not many people like chicken sandwiches the size was okay it was not big for sure but it was not small either. Overall it was okay I was just really how cheap it was.

Quick service in drive-thru. Polite staff. Food was what you expect from Jack N Box. I got a munchie meal with hash browns, egg, and bacon. It was good.

Not bad! A little rough around the edges but for the most part never had any issues and get hot food. Only issue is their soda machine isn’t a real freestyle soda. It’s never any real options and I wish we could figure out what drinks they actually have available

I don't expect much from these type of places. Is it me or do people who work at fast foods restaurants sometimes pretend not to hear you when your asking questions at the drive through window? People should stop being so rude especially when you are an employee. Its obvious when you pretend to not hear. So obvious when a person is ignoring customers. I still will give this place 4 stars because I go here a lot and my overall experience is great versus every now and then they have rude employees that I only see once and never again the next visit.

Good food and nice staff. Manager can be a bit of a douche but otherwise its good. Drive thru is pretty quick but they do have some bad days. Especially late at night. Other than that this location is one of my prefferred ones. Stay away from the JIB on Vermont and Rosecrans. That place is terrible. Drive a little farther for this location. It is worth it.

I just love the Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and specially the Sourdough Jack my favorite Sandwich. 😋 they messed up my order twice by not putting a sandwich in my order and the second time one of my sourdough jacks was changed by a diferent sandwich I did not like. 😞😫 but I'm a loyal customer. 😓👍

I ordered loaded breakfast sandwich (no bread). Sausage is way too salty for my taste. Other than that it was good. Next time I'll order the ultimate to skip the sausage, maybe I'll add 2 eggs for some extra protein. I like that they use real eggs instead of that liquid egg like some places use.

As much as I like Jack in the Box, they are on the pricier side when compared to all the other fast food joints out there. As someone who strictly goes for chicken, I find it rather unfair I have to pay more because I'm not eating beef. This particular establishment isn't bad but not outstanding either. Staff has been generally nice in all my visits though they sometimes mess up my order. Unfortunately, this is one place with one of those godforsaken Coke vending machines that serve fifty drinks but none taste like they're supposed to. One thing I absolutely cannot stand is JitB having served promotional food years back that absolutely deserve to be part of their permanent menu. There was a cheap five-dollar chicken sandwich combo done during the summer some years ago and I cannot even begin to describe my craving for their pannidos. The McRib is nothing compared to those.

Maybe I just don't like Jack in the Box burgers I ordered a Jumbo Jack for the first time and couldn't eat it. Nothing wrong with the burger I just don't like it. I typically order the chicken and satisfied with the Chicken. The burger was cheaper so I got that. Sticking with Chicken Sandwichs

Made a quick trip here before my family and I hit the road. We ordered ultimate breakfast sandwiches, a bacon ultimate breakfast sandwich meal and a breakfast platter for the kids. Our sandwiches were good but the pancakes in the platter were sooo small. Like they are slightly bigger than a half dollar. Upon seeing the pancakes, my husband and I both turned to each other and said, " It looked bigger in the picture" 😂.

Ordering was fast and pleasant. Spicy chicken Strips fries and a Drink. It was to go and I waited for my Number to be called. It was noisy because of the Lunch rush and I barely heard my number being called. I wasn't to thrilled with the chicken strips. I like Jack in the Box, but I would not recommend the chicken strips

I was eating outside one day in my car and I saw a gigantic rat going into the trash bin of this Jack in the Box location maybe the manager needs to buy rat traps to put outside spend a little money please . Do not order the Boneless almond chicken it was so nasty looking I could not eat it. I used to go to this restaurant like 20-something years ago and it was in the hood and it was really nice and the service was good but this woman really had an attitude and I thought I was going to have to put my fist in her mouth for her to replace that portion of my meal. On the same note the shrimp fried rice was fabulous so I don't know what's going on with this restaurant I think they just need a overhaul and need some money to fix the restaurant up or go to another neighborhood

I normally like their food but the cashier gave me the wrong drink thru the drive thru. So I went inside to let know and to get a replacement. I noticed it wasn't clean in the cooking area and their English wasn't to good nor did they understand me. Never the less I still got the wrong drink.

After waiting in a long line about 5 minutes after I paid I was asked to park and my food would be brought to me after 15 minutes she came to bring my food. So 25 minutes later I got home and my food was COLD ( the cheese on all bergers wasn't melted) I also ordered tacos they were COLD so I waited over 20 minutes for COLD food. This is definitely not what I paid for. (my dog's wouldn't eat it either) so in the trash is where it went the 1 star rating was only because you can't choose no star's total WASTE of money

They didn’t give me my correct order, given smaller size than I paid for. The chicken cluck sandwich was pretty empty and tasted stale like the chicken was getting spoilt. I should have gone to another location instead of this because the attendant was rude. Wrong meal, terrible meal, bad service, wasted money.

This is hands down the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been in. This location is right near my work and I stopped in to get lunch. The place feels like a prison lunch room. The food sucks, really bad quality, and preparation. Also the staff is kind of rude. Then again if I had to work in that hole I guess I would be a little bitchy. Someone from corporate really needs to check this place out and get it running right. I'm a long time customer and I was really sad to see this pit of horrors.

In the middle of a bunch of huge companies and every company has a different lunch time. This place will take you 20 to 30 mins inside to get food and 15 to 25 if lucky in the drive thru of lucky between 11am and 1pm. The food is semi fresh but the orders are never right. Never give napkins. Has to ask for all condiments and they seem outraged when you ask lol. The inside is semi re modeled but it's not in the best part of Gardena so its already getting its wear and tear. I wouldn't even use the bathroom you can smell it walking it. Cleaner covering up urine. Homeless people stake and camp out at this jack in the box. What do you expect for a jack in the back in the middle of industrial Gardena ?

Horrible horrible experience I asked for an ultimate cheese burger with extra cheese no mustard I got my burger with mustard I told them about it I got it with no mustard but without extra cheese I told them about it again and instead of making it right they just gave me a piece of cheese in a bag and wanted me to put it in my own burger I've been coming here for years but after today never again I asked for the manager they said she wasn't here they refused to give me the managers name completely unacceptable really considering not ever coming to jack in the box ever again

Maria R Was Very Rude Bad Customer Service I Asked For 4 butter milks she gave me 2 and threw a bunch of napkins on top of the bag when I said I asked for 4 butter milks she called her manager to the drive thru window just to tell me I have to pay 25 cents. I Said Why didn’t she just say then instead of just handing me the bag with just 2 butter milks instead of having a happy customer the had an upset customer bad customer service. Why hire someone with terrible customer service bad for business Maria R could have just said that as I asked for 4 butter milks instead of seeing if I was going to drive off that’s so ridiculous.

I was there with my friend ordering a meal. Cashier Patty pursued a conversation with her colleagues. In the middle of our order. She never excused herself with us first. Or telling her colleagues to give her a second while she finished assisting the us. Yet she continued the conversation with them. Wwhich I think one was a Manager name Claudia. I told Patty but it's poor customer service to talk to someone else in the middle of a transaction. So I give them both a 0 for poor customer service. That's being rude and poor educated she was very rude has no mannerism when it comes to the customer's. I confronted her in front of the manager. And after I walked away the manager never spoke to her in regards of what she did. When I went back to the counter I said excuse me. Patty looked at me and ignored me. Again poor customer service. I've been in retail for 10 plus years and I know all about customer service. No matter what the situation is the customer's always right no matter how we feel about them. We have to apologize with smile to always make sure there ☺ happy. It would of been different if I was rude first. But I was not.

This establishment couldn’t get the order right if a machine prepared it for them. I ask for a PLAIN JUMBO JACK and explicitly mention NO CHEESE ONLY MEAT AND BREAD. I still got a burger with cheese. They are always quick to blame you because they asked you if the order was correct on the screen. What’s so hard to hear me on the box when I said plain no cheese. I just tried to call at 9:30 AM and the phone only rings to no answer. I’ll be calling corporate and requesting a call back. I love too far to return and it’s unfortunate the lack of attention Jack in the Box promotes through the employees their hire.

The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional and had no knowledge off what they was doing. First of all, I ask the cashier if they take card- yes. He then ask. Are you fixing to order- I order to torn astound and be told that the card machine isn't working and hang been working now for a few days and there not taking cars at the moment. WTF.. Did I not ask if i could use my card. The manner throws my card at me and said go somewhere else. Hummmm.

For was soaked from the rain coming in from a hole in the roof. If you want more information just walk inside your store and do your my l job. Hole in roof leaking everywhere. Unhealthy and unsanitary. Store probably has mold. I did my job and reported it. And now I'm updating this. If you care about your store you can Fox the problems you don't need my help. I did my part. Do your job.

I ordered 2 tacos. The preparer removed her gloves and went to a back room to do something. She returned and added lettuce to my tacos & put them in the wrappers. Then she put her gloves back on and started preparing food for other customers. So she finished preparing my tacos with hands that were dirty from whatever she did in the back room. When I complained about it to the manager, the food preparer just laughed.....meaning she knew what she did & did it intentionally probably because I'm African American. UPDATE: 10-17. I had already reached out to Jack in the box and they said someone would call me, but nobody ever did. I escalated my complaint to the health department, because obviously JintheBox doesn't care that their racist employee is doing disgusting things to their African American customers. An African American woman and her son were leaving as I was going in. I wonder what this woman did to their food. ********IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN, I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO GO TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX. AT LEAST ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES IS INTO FOOD TAMPERING AND THE OWNER DOESN'T CARE.********

Just to clarify you he sandwich was good but I was charged for sauces (I wanted to make sure they didn’t forget them) while everyone else they were giving them out. It’s not even the fact that they charged me an extra almost two dollars it’s the fact that they didn’t charge anyone else who asked for them while I was waiting. The woman who took my order Griselda said that the first one was free but they charged for the extras yet she gave out 4 to one order in front of mine. Not fair or professional.

Another one of those spots where your order won't get messed up. I have visited here several times, expecting to have something missing from my bag, and they have disappointed me every time (it's a good thing). It is less crowded than McDonald's and they offer a breakfast menu all day. The service is great so far ans the staff is awesome. Update: This establishment must have had some kind of change in management. Went there this morning, and my order was wrong. Rather than explaining what happened, the person in charge gave me the worse attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager, the same person came back I would assume in a attempt to mask what happened. When the real manager finally came out to speak to me, it became clear why her crew boss had such a poor attitude. The manager never apologized for her behavior and, even worse, defended her poor customer service skills. I'll do myself a favor and stay away from here.
