Esperienza eccezionale. Personale gentile e preparato, cucina strepitosa. Ravioli plin con tartufo lasciano senza parole, come la tartare di manzo con tartufo di qualità sublime e le tagliatelle al ragù. Da provare per credere, e se dite il contrario mentite!

Pizza favolosa! Molto gustosa e ricca ma per nulla pesante, cioè ne eccessivamente unta, né non lievitata a sufficiente che poi rimarrebbe sullo stomaco. Proprio l opposto: alta digeribilità e croccante. Forse non proprio economica ma la qualità si paga. Il personale poi è stato molto gentile ed educato.

Piatti ricercati molto buoni, camerieri gentili e disponibili, prezzo proporzionato alla qualità dei piatti e la posizione sul lago, assolutamente consigliato!

Una calda e avvolgente nicchia dove ci si immerge piacevolmente , personale attento è molto accogliente , piatti curati e appetitosi , pizza ben condita, ben cotta e digeribile .

Abbiamo scoperto questa pizzeria nel centro del paese e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! Le pizze sono davvero ottime, preparate con ingredienti di qualità eccellente che fanno la differenza al primo assaggio. L'impasto è leggero e ben lievitato, condito con grande cura. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e molto professionale, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente corretto: si mangia benissimo spendendo il giusto. Consigliatissima!

It is a very nice restaurant on street that goes uphill form the promenade. The food selection consists mostly of fish and some Italian classics like pizza and pastas. Portions are not very large but perfect if you take an appetizer and a first dish. From the desserts the tiramisu was not our favorite but the Creme brûlée was perfect, would recommend. It can get very busy and we were very lucky to get a table as walk-in’s but it would be best to reserve a table beforehand.

I ate at this restaurant as I had looked at many of the local restaurants beforehand and this one stood out for a few dishes on its menu. It did not disappoint. The beef tartare was amazing and I had the enjoyment of watching it get prepared in front of me on my table. It tasted fantastic. The gnocchi in shrimp bisque was such a great flavourful dish. I also asked for a white pizza to take away for later and this was not a problem. The service was top notch. All the staff were pleasant and professional. The actual restaurant had a great atmosphere and I would not hesitate to return again. Well done Sans Souci for a great job well done. Just to add- I was lucky to eat here as I was a walk-in and managed to bag a free table. There were many people turned away as the place was very busy due to its popularity.

The restaurant is set in a charming side street full of character, a beautiful location just steps from Lake Garda. The friendly and helpful staff catered promptly to our large party of 10, and we all enjoyed the delicious food from the generous menu. The only downside was the overly loud live music from an ‘acoustic’ duo at the entrance to the street, which made conversation (and thinking) difficult. Everything else was so good that even that didn’t take away from a five star review. Superb, thank you.

We loved this restaurant so much, we ate here two out of the three nights we were in Lake Garda—and honestly, we would’ve gone every night if we could! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service made it truly stand out. A young waitress who was brand new when we visited (on May 1 and 2, 2025) took such amazing care of us. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and accommodating—she made us feel so welcome. Both nights, we were given complimentary desserts, and on the first night, they even brought us two because we couldn’t choose! We sat inside the first evening and loved it, but dining outside under the soft glow of the lights on the second night was even more magical. What really set this place apart, though, was what happened on our final night. We stayed a bit late, had a taxi mishap, and ended up walking 1.5 miles back to our hotel. Halfway there—after midnight—we realized one of us had left her purse behind, with her passport inside (which was needed for a super early departure the next morning). With barely any battery left on our phones, we called the restaurant and, thankfully, someone answered right away. They remembered us immediately and had already kept the purse safe. We rushed back, and they handed it over with so much kindness and grace. This wasn’t just a great restaurant—it was an unforgettable experience. We’re so grateful and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Amazing pizza and superb location. The pizza was authentic and delicious. We got a table underneath a tree, and that was lovely. The prices are affordable, a dinner for 2 was under €30, which is great for an authentic place in Gardone Riviera. It is open only for dinners, so be mindful of that when planning your trips.

This is a very cute little restaurant up a side street. We wanted something slightly off the main menu and they were completely obliging. Staff are great. The chocolate flan is to dye for, and defo worth the 15 min wait - another glass of wine. The house Rosé was very nice.

Set in a beautiful side street, sans souci is definitely worth a visit. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was calm but lively. Despite booking we had to wait for a table but were met with three free glasses of prosecco to make up for it. I would also add that one of our dishes was forgotten and we had to ask for it, however it then came quickly and was still incredible. The staff were very friendly and welcoming despite being so busy.

"The best restaurant in Gardone Riviera!!! The food is delicious and Luigi is a nice and good waiter. We defenitely come back here!" This was what I wrote in 2018, and in 2019 we came back and ate there almost everyday. Now in 2023 Luigi is retired, Hélena works somewhere else and the food was terrible! I cannot believe it, so disappointing... 😢
