They deserve hire rating like 5 star. The buffet was filled with delicious salads , soup, pasta, tons of pizza and desserts . My kids and I enjoyed the food a lot. The tons of employees kept adding more fresh different flavors of pizza . They kept re filling all the items on the buffet . The server was great , he kept taking the empty dishes fast . All the employees were working non stop . You can re fill the drink fountain as much as you want . I was stuffed with tasty food . They also had an arcade for the kids to enjoy and were safe . The price was very low compared to other places . Low price and high quality and quantity . I advise everyone to try it .

I had lunch with my friend had a great experience. Betsy was Excellent!!! The restaurant was Clean Fresh Pizza. Betsy went to every table making sure everyone was having a great meal. I've never been to this part of town but will be back. Clean, Fresh Food, Great Attitude is what I look for.

I want to say this is the best cicis I ever been at, the whole place was clean. Great customer services! Amber was a great cashier and help explain the prices on everything. Betzy was very polite and helped me get a pizza I wanted to eat. The food was amazing, I will be back again! Thank you cicis pizza for being so welcoming for my first time coming there!

Please, see this as a 4.5 star rating as Google doesn't allow one to add that half-star which it should. In any case my wife and grandkids go to this CC's on the regular and the pizza and desserts are awesome everytime, even when the restaurant is very busy. Ms. Carla the manager deserves a plug because she does a very good job of keeping the store running well, especially the main line! We came in today and I did notice that some of the items on the salad bar were a bit wilted, like the lettuce, cucumbers and even the onions. I see that they keep the items under cold storage but it appears it's already cut up or divided and it's a huge bucket so I can see how even under refrigeration the items are going to get wilted before their used. The great thing about any salad bar is that the ingredients are all always very fresh. But, as I said overall this Cici's is a great store to eat at! Way to go Ms. Carla! Keep up the good work and watch that salad bar and those bathrooms... Thanks, Jack.

I really liked this place — very clean, and there was always fresh pizza ready to go. I also tried the wings, and they had a nice kick to them. Definitely would go back.

Today I will be rating my experience a 5.23987645845 / 10 Reasons for ratings: Hard as a rock Pumpkin cinnamon rolls Hard as a rock Brownies Pizza was decent however it was sitting out you could tell and there was hardly a selection Salad and noodles were goated as always Primary reason for the visit was for the Pumpkin Spice cinnamon rolls, I am a SLUT when it comes to Pumpkin spice anything. Hopefully next time the rating will be higher.

I eat in here a lot and it's great! Takeout most of the time is good too! BUT if you find yourself wanting to order takeout from them about 1-2 hour before closing time, DON'T. You'll probably end up with put together left-over pizza from the buffet line. We ordered 2 small pizzas and breads sticks, the slices were mismatched sizes, cold, and one of the breads ticks wasn't even facing the right side up. Would have been fine, right, but I payed full price for fresh pizza. If I'm going to receive left over pizza, I want a discount.

The young lady that rang us up when we got there also service in line she spoke so fast gave no time to listen to what I had to say ordered a special pizza because I'm allergic to the red sauce pizza was wrong had to redo it the lady that was serving pizza could not understand what I was saying in English then I had to order in Spanish what little I speak gave me somebody else's salad which I did not realize until I came and set down got up and the lady behind the counter came and switch the salads with me and gave the salad that I had to the other lady I don't think that that was right they should have made her a new salad other than that the pizza was great

Horrible place to be. Nobody here is friendly except the cooks and the cleaners. Tea spout has not been cleaned, and as a fellow food industry worker, they haven’t been cleaned in a long time which in turn causes mold. My child was going to get the tea, until I checked and saw the mold, I cannot believe I was about to allow my 5 year old to drink moldy tea. I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed in the worker’s they choose. If you hire incompetent workers, you will never go past any job higher than Cici’s.

Filthy!!!!!! The customer service was decent but the food was cold, the salad was rugged, they keep the shredded cheese behind the counter for the salad(you have to ask for it) and they only give you a small soufflé cup full. I also witnessed employees walking foot first over the counter where they station the serving trays and did not clean the area before filling it back up with trays. I am very disappointed in this location as it was one of me and my families’ favorites but they have fallen off tremendously and we will not be returning.
