Come on, who doesn't like late night foodie call from this place? If you're a stoner like me at all, this has got the wackiest selection of foods with red bull drinks and crazy food concoctions that you would definitely appreciate come late night. overall, just a great place to come and eat especially if you got kids watch a lot of selections, here's a tip if you didn't know. Try the egg rolls they are the best in town. You're welcome for that 1.

Came in pretty late with a large crowd and a big order. We got served super fast, order was done perfectly, and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone in the kitchen seemed happy and energetic. Will definitely come back soon.

Friendly customer service and I have noticed lately that Jack-in-the-Box seems to be helping the homeless community, they are allowing them to use the restroom and allowing them to eat and dine in. For this I am very happy. Great job jack-in-the-box!

I’ve normally had the worst experiences through drive thru. Didn’t get the ladies name, but tonight 10/25 she was on it, and amazing! Very sweet and truly a god given savior during a hard time in my life. Thank you so much for just being kind and observant. She was awesome!

The food was served very quickly and it was good! I just ordered a cheeseburger and fries! Hot on arrival! It truly helped my mood because I was waiting fir AAA to tow my car!

I used to go to this Jack in the Box all the time when I was practicing in Riverside. Haven't been there in a while, but today it worked out. I appreciate the upgrade of the interior, and I particularly appreciated the way they made the Jumbo Jack today, with fresh leaf lettuce, two slices of tomatoes, pickles & Jack's special sauce. This hamburger was delicious. Keep up the good work.

first time coming here and eating tacos - not bad - not bad at all - tasty meat, the lettuce and cheese were fresh - and it was hot. You can tell it was made to order and not just sitting there..i WILL be back

Went back to Jack in the box Jan 3rd at about 215. The cashier was super friendly, courteous and professional. She gave me good service and took the time to have a small conversation Not many people have good people skills. Wish I took her name down. I just bought 2 tacos for a dollar because I had not eaten. Went to work and forgot my wallet and lunch bag. Hope others pick up her good manners. She was a young Hispanic female. Thanks

Mid-sized dining room but the parking is tight. Also, flow of traffic is also tight. Great friendly staff and quick service. Taste is as expected from a chain fast food, consistent with other stores. Near the Riverside Court House and the reason why we stopped there. Can get pretty crowded with the lunch crowd so try to go during off hours.

When you first drive up, it looks a bit dinky. I always thought Jack In The Box tasted the same no matter which location you went to... I was proved wrong! I think this is the best Jack In The Box I've ever been to. I ordered three Chicken Sandwiches. Normally they're kind of soggy but these were so crispy and hot! I would put five stars but I'm putting four because the location is weird. Overall, really delicious!

Employees are usually outside taking smoke breaks as a group so sometimes the drive thru gets held up. I get it y'all need a break but maybe one at a time? Other than the wait times the foods pretty good and well constructed.

I went here on Halloween, extremely kind staff and the food was great and fast. However there was a crazy homeless man who was screaming, drooling, and broke the door and threatened people, and was banging on the windows trying to get in. Besides that I had a great time :)

Everyone but my family was greeted. Service was fast but they were not very friendly. Did not stay to eat as we noticed how all customers after us were greeted with smiles and hellos. As well given the option to use the kiosk or have have their orders taken by a person. We had to use the kiosk.

This is a tough one, I stop in for a quick bite and bathroom break, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in some time and someone was camped in one of the stalls and it seemed normal to the employees

So, Jack in the box.. what can you say? It's a typical day food chain. But this is one of the few fast food places close to the downtown square in Riverside. It's often packed during lunch time, but they do a pretty good job getting customers through. Being downtown, there's a lot of homeless people around, some do ask for money or food especially if using the drive thru. They usually run promotions of different meals for around $5 - $6, so you can usually find an affordable choice.

It's location keeps people coming in constantly throughout the day, however, they tend to get backed up more than most during lunch and dinner. Quality is decent and cleanliness is normally acceptable considering it is fast-food, but service does leave something to be desired.

This is one of the worst Jack's around. Just today after refusing to go back from past experiences I decided to give them another try. I place a large order of spicy type burgers. Each one were made with jalapeños on them. Once I arrived at the pickup window, I was informed that they were out of jalapeños. They actually made the burgers anyway and were upset because I refused to take the burgers. They even tried to convince me that spicy chicken sandwiches were an acceptable substitute for the burgers. Once again I was disappointed in that location. They actually allowed me to order my food and sit in the takeout line for almost 20 minutes knowing that they could not provide me with my correct order.

Ordered the number 27 for breakfast and asked to have my hashbrown substituted with medium fries. Came out to more than what it should've. The lady charged me for side medium fries and didn't substitute. The lady couldn't speak English, so that is why she messed up my order. I'm sorry, but if you can't understand what I'm ordering, then you won't be getting my money anymore.

The accuracy with this fast food restaurant is a hit or miss. Maybe the day crew is more on it but when I visit, usually after 9 PM, I strongly recommend you double check your order for accuracy as soon as they give it to you. My go to is always a staked grilled cheeseburger combo because it doesn't contain any pork, so I'm pretty familiar with the ingredients included. Tonight I ordered the same as always and before I take a bite I noticed multiple strips of bacon in it. Dissecting it further, I found my burger to have pickles and tomatoes. After I had to repeat it to the window cashier twice, I do not want those ingredients. You'd think they'd get it. The reason I give it a 3 Star review is simply because they have just about the same menu items as the other Jack in the box Franchises, they can't possible mess up an item that is the same in every single restaurant they have. Oh wait...

They make you stop your car before you reach the window so their speed of service looks good, but it shouldn't be up to the customer to wait farther from the window, it should be the employees that make the food quickly that makes your time look good.

The food was good and the cashier was great I'm just confused I ordered my food but I couldn't get sauce because it costs extra and I already use my card and I didn't have any change in my pocket is this a mistake? Or is this the way they do business

It was extremely delicious, if I'm being honest. I wanted to rate it five stars but it was just too expensive. Seventeen dollars for a double bacon smash burger combo. Large. Damn.

Although customer service wasn't that great. So was their fountain drinks. For some reason their fountain machine was broken and couldnt get a soda drink. But the only good that came out of this place was the food it was served fresh. So this is why I chose to give this Jack-in-the-box location a 2 star.

Fast food service has truly gone to the dogs; prices have gone up, quantity has gone down, and servers on the drive plus inside service have negative attitudes. They make going home cooking your own food so rewarding.

This place is way different than it used to be, now orders are smaller and more expensive, the small cup of drink is half of what it used to be and double expensive, it sucks, I think many of these restaurants are now franchises and when that happens everything goes to hell.

Went there around 12 and I had two cars in front of me, I ordered 2 cluck chicken sandwich meals and one jumbo jack Jr plain. The wait was long and the staff was busy to greet (understandable) after the long wait the cashier hand me the bag not offering any condiments and walked away so I just drove off. When I got home I noticed the jumbo jack Jr was missing which was my sons burger so I had no choice but to share and I had no time to drive back because I was on my lunch break at wrk. The only reason why u gave it a too because the food was good.

This location always has issues with its hours of operation. Signage on doors clearly states lobby opens at 6am but isn't opened at this time. 2 female kitchen employees looked at me, trying to use front doors, and immediately looked away and walked to the back. I tried the side door, which was locked as well. I went back to the front door, and the manager said they were closed and drive thru only. I can't go through the drive-thru because I don't have a car. I have gone to this location multiple times day or night as it's a quick walk to my house, and the lobby hours almost never match the signage posted. Have lost money on multiple mobile orders because I can't get inside the lobby to get my order. At night, this location is awfully dirty as well 🤢 I now have to take a bus to the Plaza location as I am no longer going to support this establishment

The reason why I gave Jack in the Box one star because anytime I eat their burgers or fries it gives me heartburn.. eating burgers at other places and that didn't happen. So I can only review something on my own experience. But I do love the dessert and their tea and their salads. I've also tried their fish sandwich and the same thing happened so I don't know if it's the bread or what but that's just my own experience. So try it yourself and see if you like it. Because it might not happen to you. I hope this helps

Had a bizarre experience here. I ordered in the app at around 430am. I get that they are modifying the schedule but the app let me order. I show up at the drive though. The worker just opens with "hey, we're closed". Very blunt. I say, I ordered in the app, I paid already. He said "yeah, we're closed, I won't even be able to see order". I say, so will I get a refund, can you cancel on your end? He said "I don't see the order, we're closed, I don't know what to tell you". I just say, ok I'll just call later for a refund. I actually return at 6am. I TRIED calling before showing up to make sure I could pick up but the phone number listed was disconnected. It was 2 munchy meals. They were sub par, for example the tacos had no sauce or cheese and chicken sandwiches barely had any cheese on them. I get it, it's the graveyard shift and it's not the best area. The worker seemed kinda young and unexperienced so I wasn't even mad at him I'm just not returning here.

The place was dirty food was warm not hot was hot in there. The cashier was struggling to do more than she should considering there were 3 employees standing around on their phones she was trying to fill soda machine while cashiering and fellow workers just standing there. Tables were filthy guess the manager doesn't care much for the place

Lazy staff, borderline rude morning manager, bad food, their soda machine was out of almost everything in the dining area, bathroom was DISGUSTING! Urinal was backed up, both stall doors were broken, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, soap dispenser was MISSING, stall walls had either rust or excrement all over them.... All and all the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to.

I just went to this jack n the box at 2:45pm today. The doors were locked and no one had the common decency to at least 1. post a sign or 2. At least tell me their indoor section is closed due to low staff. Never again!! The drive thru line was long...what was I suppose to do stand in line with the cars???

Dirty inside and in the restroom. Nothing was clean, the tables weren't wiped, soda spilled on the machine, trash was full, windows were disgusting! And slow service. Waited for our meal of two for about 10-15mins. Better off going through drive through.

The messed up on my order and gave me attitude for them not getting it right. I order a spicy chicken sandwich plain no cheese just the meat and bun and they gave me cheese. The manager acted like she had 100 people to do the drive thru was empty and i even went in and said nicely i asked no cheese and plain

Incorrect hours posted- drive through is open only. Seems like staff gets lazy and closes up the dining room whenever they feel like it as they hours clearly say OPEN and they’re inside chilling but lock the doors mid day.

Went to the location on 14th street in riverside while here on a business trip and we were not provided a car for our trip and went to jack in the box and all the employees were to busy outside smoking doing nothing and not willing to help us out. Granted drive thru is for cars but when there is no one there for food not even in the parking lot would it be to much of a stretch to ask for a little customer service? I guess not with the employees that were to busy smoking outside not wanting to actually work. For being a tourist in this area I will never recommend this establishment to anyone ever. Poor customer service and no empathy for anyone. We are 3000 miles away from our homes and were just looking for a burger.

Dirty tables. No social distancing guidelines posted. Tables were set up like normal, just less tables. Sitting less than 2 feet from the next table. The area around the front counter is small and they allow people to bunch up and wait for their food while new customers attempt to squeeze in. She emptied fries that she put in a customers bag back into the fry heap and then substituted curly fries. With her bare hands...

What an awful place to eat. I took one bite and should have asked for my money back. Fries were old and not in a carton, so who knows if I got a medium. The floor was sticky from the door to the counter.

I was on an electric Riverside Bike after 10pm, (inside already closed), and they wouldn't let me order any food thru the drive-thru. Very annoying, as to they were one of three fast food joints that were open. Riverside raves about these bikes, you would think you could get some service while enjoying the bikes, .... But no..

This place is horrible in customer service. The woman at the drive thru wouldnt let us finish ordering 1 meal before interrupting us and ask is that it? What else? Are you ready yet? And then they made the order wrong they forgot the bacon, went inside waited for another burger to be made. The manager made it himself! And then get home and once again no bacon! Is there a bacon shortage?!?!?!?!?!?!? Are they using bacon only visible to hobgoblins and smurfs? I suggest taking the extra time to go to the next jack in the box. And the soda machine used for the drive thru makes the sodas taste like troll underwear.

If i could give them no stars I would. Every time I go to this particular Jack in the Box its always something wrong. Orders not right, they don't have condiments in stock, told to wait and not drive up to the drive thru window. I don't understand way this place is so bad. Don't waist your time going to this place.

This jack in the box was a nightmare. First we ordered and lady on microphone was already rushing me to get my order. Then website says there is breakfast 24 hours and she told me there no longer serving breakfast. We were helped by Jasmine this girl had no customer service skills what so ever got our order wrong so we go back telling her the issue that our order was wrong she literally was talking back with an attitude and being extra rude. Then her supervisor or manager intervened and made situation worst. I couldn’t believe my eyes when we told him one of the burgers were missing bacon he opened burger in front of us and started picking in the burger and saying look it does have bacon. He was either high of something or drunk when we asked back for the burger that was missing bacon. He said it’s already in the trash if you want it back it’s coming from the trash can. Very disrespectful and flabbergasted!! He stood there arguing and fighting for a paid hamburger. I would not recommend this place is a mess. They were also playing Spanish music in the background like it was someone’s sweet 16.

The guy and girl who work graveyard are so rude. I Came through the drive thru and he was Just so rude and threatening and she was laughing and giving attitude. Even Yelled at me in front of my kid and slammed the window in my face. Will not come back

Constantly messing up order and not giving everything I paid for. Workers were talking laughing and playing in the back. One of the workers were smoking a vape pen while working. Asked if all the food was in the bag and lady said it was and got home to find half of my food was left behind. Had to feed my kids with my food. Very poor customer service.

I love Jack in a box but sometimes I hate it I ordered two orders of tacos that is for tacos in total and I sat there for a total of 12 minutes after they made my food and another person got their food before me after I ordered before them and then the employees try to scoop me away and not give me my food after I paid terrible customer service

I was very upset I came to this jack in the box today March 29th at 8am to find all the doors locked one costumer eating inside and a worker eating and drinking behind the counter didn't even acknowledging we were there . But talking to there co workers 🙄 very disappointed in the way they handled things. They could have told us the dinning room area was closed or put a note on the door. This Jack in the box is on my way home from work and I can say in the number of times I have gone there, I usually do not have a good experience. I have gone multiple times from the hours of midnight to 2 am only to go to the drive thru and be told that they are currently closed. When I look online even as I'm in the drive thru it states that they are open. I honestly have no clue what the hours of operation are for this place. On the off chance they are "open" their soda machine is almost always down. I pretty much stopped going there due to the fact that the drive thru is almost always packed, or if its not packed then they are closed even when their posted hours say they are open.

Not very happy this jack in the box has a night shift manager that is extremely rude!! She literally filled my shake with whipped cream instead of ice cream!!! And after I approached her that I saw her she literally argued with me and responded back to me by saying what are you going to wait then? 😡🤬😠😤 She charged me a large when she only gave me a children's size !!! Then she ended up slamming the window.. and walked away after... Only to see that she still didn't complete my order!!! I believe her name was or is Yesenia of I'm not mistaken...

It's very rare when I come here and order that the food is fresh and hot, constantly have to call in to notify them that the fries were cold and old just not my cup of tea. I'd rather sit and wait for my food to be prepared properly rather than to sit there for 5 minutes and get food that's been sitting there for about 20 minutes. Disgusting!¡

My experience at this jack in the box had to be the WORST I have EVER HAD at jack in the box!!!! the restaurant lobby was a total mess trash cans with trash over flowing the bathrooms were a complete mess no toilet paper and the customer service had to be the WORST and the food let me tell you Alpo or gravey train dog food looks ,smells, and even tastes better food here was very poor under cooked and disgusting don't eat there go some place else to eat or you will get sick from their food like me and my wife did.

My roommate and I walked in front the lobby around 8:30pm. We walked from our place to the gas station and decided we wanted Jack in the box. The door was open and there were no visable hours on the front. We waited in the lobby for a few minutes while people worked behind the counter and in the kitchen. Two workers came through the other door on the side of the building and told us that they were closed and only the drive through was open. We asked if we can order since the lobby was obviously open, even if we went to the drive through window and they told us no. I would understand if the whole restaurant including the kitchen was closed. Workers in the back saw us and said nothing. If this happened anywhere else we would have been served. Poor customer service.

this place is ridiculous and has happened twice...the first time, it happened i ordered spicy grilled jack wrap which they made by inserting extra side of crispy chicken in the middle and overall i couldn't taste neither grilled nor crispy and they charged extra..second time i again ordered spicy grilled jack wrap and they again gave crispy wrap...if you order at drive through they have problems in understanding and if you go inside they prepare wrong orders..above all, the workers will talk while customer is standing at the register and once two workers were arguing loudly and there were more than one customer..not at all good service.

I'm going to start off by saying how horrible the service is here and the lack of quality in food is. I've had several occasions that I've come here and the same lady manager is extremely rude. This review is specifically about 4 days ago, I had gone and was treated horribly by the older lady with glasses who had so much attitude and made not just me but the rest of the customers feel unwelcomed. I also ordered an Ultimate Burger combo and maybe 20 to 30 mins later felt instantly horrible. I don't know if they use bad or water or wash their hands after they wipe but I am still ill till this day. Hey Jack in the Box you might want to look for a new set of employees at this specific location, that or either retrain then completely. Don't come to this location

I don't even know where to begin with this.... service was absolutely terrible and the workers are rude as hell. I repeated my order 4 times and he still got it completely wrong. I ordered nuggets plus strips and he refused to give me more than 1 sauce. When I asked for my drink he said I didn't order a meal which I 100% did and was charged for. I didn't even argue and just left. I never leave reviews for fast food because it's fast food but jesus christ this place deserves to be shut down.

I’m writing this review very disappointed in the service I received through the drive thru at 1130p on 2/22 with I believe the workers name was Christopher. It was very rude acting like he couldn’t hear me as I was ordering and laughing breviary he had me repeat myself two times for every item I ordered. Then when I questioned him and asked if the intercom was working of course raising my voice because apparently he could not hear he said because you’re telling I’m not going to take your order then shut the intercom off. I drop up to the window and asked for the manager and of course he said I’m the one in charge I said are you Manager and he said we have no managers it’s going to be midnight. I told him that I will call on the morning to report this incident and he shots the window in my face while making a rude comment. He was so unprofessional. They need to train him again on customer service and not put him in charge to close this store. Very poor service. I will not be going to this Jack in the box. Oh and I called the next day and of course no manger working. I asked how do I file a formal complaint and the worker said he has no idea.

The food was cold, my burgers were crispy like they'd been left to long and the fries came out cold and I had ask them to remake them. This Jack in the Box is hit it miss on any given day. You might get cold fries, you might get a smashed sandwich, you might get leftovers. But NOW they have a "kiosk" to put your order in. God forbid an older person is in front of you. The best part is, there's no card reader hooked up to the machine so you HAVE to wait for an employee. Thing is, the staff won't even look at you. You have to wait a good 10-15 min before you can even pay, let alone get the food. Sauces are no longer left out, so if you need sauce...good luck. Better hope you can snag an employee before they literally turn their back on you.

I ordered an unsweetened tea from this jack in the box. It tasted like soda. I have had this problem at multiple jack in the box locations. I am diabetic and unsweetened tea is my go to. What a waste of money if all I get is something that tastes like watered down soda. The rest of the food was fine.

I forgot to tell everyone what happened to me. I eat at Jack in the Box at least three times a week. I can understand having a bad day I also know that a lot of homeless people drug addicts go there all the time but to be treated like I was nothing after I spent my money and then when I asked her about it she's practically yelled at me she asked me the name of the order I told her my name she was convinced it wasn't me and made me show her the receipt on my phone. The worst part was my food was cold it was horrible I'll never go back to that Jack in the Box

Came here to pick up an online order and the lady on the intercom is loud and rude. Can’t even get a word in to finish what I have to say before her cutting me off and saying come to the window. The food wasn’t fresh neither. I won’t be coming here again! Maybe hire people who actually have professionalism in customer service.

October 1st, Friday night at 11:20 I’m going through the drive-thru order my meal which is the new bbq chicken deluxe sandwich as seen in the picture and when I go to open the box the cheese looks like glue and there’s hardly any sauce and the bacon taste like it’s been microwaved. I’ve tried to give this place many chances to see if they’d get it right one day but they just keep disappointing.
